We received our thai tea and it was pure milk and I usually i'll just not say anything but i drank some and my stomach started hurting immediately, i decided to ask for some tea to add more and the lady brought me more very nice of her, and in our order i got spicy sauce and my boyfriend ordered mild because he doesn't like to eat spicy food and we got our order and they mixed up the spices so i had mild my boyfriend had spicy and we didn't realize till after because my bag only had corn and my boyfriends only potato. Once we left after eating, my stomach started hurting immediately and i felt very bloated and i went to the bathroom and I was in the bathroom for 30 minutes straight. I loved the food here and there was an older lady who was usually there and nothing would ever go wrong and no food issues and nor my stomach ever hurting, but I feel like the new people don't try their best. You are about to have one of the BEST dining experiences of your life. From the moment I sat down, Kyla greeted us with such good energy I was ready to order the entire menu just to stick around longer. She's got the perfect mix of personality friendly, funny, fast, and just a little bit of "you better finish those crab legs or I'll help you" vibes . She recommended exactly what to get (she's got the insider scoop no pun intended ), timed every round of food like clockwork, and somehow managed to check on our table right when we needed extra napkins, more sauce, and that all-important crab-cracking encouragement speech. At one point, I was knee deep in a seafood bag, looking like I was fighting for my life, and Kyla walked by and casually said, "Don't let that lobster tail win." I nearly choked laughing it was hilarious and the motivation I didn't know I needed. Not this location ever again. First you pay first, its kinda small and when I got to go boxes,the Asian girl gave me a plastic tray not a bag and definitely wasn't assisting with it. I had to ask for a bag because that's what you served it to us in. So what's the tip for?? The guy barely checked on us. If you pay up front there is no incentive to even do a good job. Also, we waited for a booth to clear and as soon as one did some black guy waited for his to go order and sits in it and politely told him we were waiting for it, if looks could kill. DO NOT TIP WHEN ORDERING ONLINE. I made an online ordered and made the mistake of tipped ahead. The order was ready 30 minutes after the pick up time. There was no communication about the delay. I asked to have my tip refunded due to the terrible service. The person pretended to refund the tip. After reading other reviews it seems like they don't do any refund for the online orders. To make matters worse the food was terrible. The shrimp was over cooked. They were squishy and hard to peel. It was very oily with minimal flavoring. We will no longer return to this location. They make you pay u front with the excuse of many people dine and dash but I think that's not the case I think they make you pay up front because they now their food it disgusting. We order 4LBS of seafood and the back was only a quarter full. And paid $80 dollars for quarter of extremely disgusting food we couldn't even eat it and left. We came here to celebrate our anniversary but we were so disappointed with our order because the Hawaiian sauce was super spicy and super salty. We ordered not spicy (original) and it was so spicy we couldn't eat it. And it was so hard to eat the seafood because it was very salty. I have been here a few times and each time I say I won't be back lol, but in the AV seafood is hard to find especially a good spot. This day I chose to give it another shot. I am super upset I went against my gut. First we stood waiting for someone for almost 15m before someone finally spoke to us. The food is expensive and very greasy. I ordered shrimp, cluster of snow crab, sausage with mussel and mom had the same. For $100plus the food should have flavor in every bite but nope it didn't. Seafood Boil is one of my favorite messy eats and that was why I was super excited to check this place out. My most highly recommended items to get here were their fried calamari, oysters, and their CNS Combo! The fried calamari here is the best I had so far; they were so crispy and chunky that I swear they double fried them to get this perfect texture. The oysters were so fresh and delicious. It's my first time trying raw oysters and I'm glad I tried them here because the sauce they gave us really complimented the taste of this dish. My favorite was the CNS Combo because 3 lbs of your seafood choice alongside corn, sausages, and quail eggs is such an amazing deal! Everything was served hot and spicy (cause of the CNS sauce we got). You could tell we love our shrimps since we ordered all 3 lbs of it when you could mix and match if you like. Last but not least, the King Crab was just as good as the rest of the meal because the meat was so tender and juicy. The only con to king crab is their prickly legs and hard shells that makes eating them a challenge in itself. And, note their King Crab is market price so it tends to lean more on the expensive side. The popular flavor for the seafood bags, NO salt what's so ever, I'm not sure if its because health wise for people, but I'm sorry I need salt for potatoes! So they gave 2 condiment cups of salt & pepper, and I, trying so hard to like it, it didn't do much, so I asked for 2 more, which barely did justice. And this was the Captain's Choice Combo with extra sides of sausage, potatoes, and corn(yummiest thing there). I personally ordered the Cajun pasta...
