At first, we told our waitress everything was okay, but after more discussion toward the end of the meal, we decided the expensive steak was truly overdone and mentioned it. Our waitress was incredibly apologetic and immediately offered to have a new steak made and to take it off the bill. The manager was also so helpful and amazing in making things right. I'm absolutely a lobster roll snob because I'm from Maine where we invented lobster rolls. The Jimmy's lobster roll is served with melted cheese, lettuce, and tomato - not legal anywhere I am aware of. I asked for and was served a lobster roll of cold lobster, served on a grilled bun with mayo on the side - just as God intended. The bun that this lobster roll was served on was nothing short of spectacular. I would've taken a dozen of them home. It was reminiscent of a French baguette with just the right crunch on the outside and a soft center filled with beautiful lobster meat, and just a hint of mayonnaise. Right on point.
