Additionally, there is a chance the staff will lose track of your order and not complete it so show up in person and stay in the restaurant don't sit in your car...they will forget you exist. New seafood boil in the house! This replaced the Rhode Island Ave Express carryout, which was bc I actually preferred their food over the carryout that remains near there. Anywho, ordered on door dash for pick up and it was ready by the time the app said it would be. I got a half lb of shrimp (head on) with the world special sauce and half a dozen lemon pepper wings. All my food was piping hot and high quality. Shrimp was sweet and firm, so you know it was fresh and cooked perfectly. The world special sauce isn't a flavor explosion like the whole shabang at Boiling Crab, but it was still enjoyable. It came with a corn on the cob and potato, but no sausages Wings were crunchy and good sized. The lemon pepper seasoning was light, so let em know if you prefer heavy seasoning. The inside is small with only 4 stools, but it's a great upgrade from the interior of Rhode Island Ave Express. Dessert options don't look that great. Service was also friendly. OMG!! The boil with the World Sauce is out of this world delicious! The crab and crawfish were fresh, the corn and potatoes were delicious and the sausage was incredible and super plentiful! We were honestly pleasantly surprised by how flavorful everything was! We haven't even cleared the table and I'm already writing my review. We just called the manager, Ash, to rave about the food (which we rarely do but it was THAT good) and he was SO kind and appreciative! Just go! You will be so happy you did!!! A surprising find! You wouldn't guess there was a great seafood spot in this location, but crab world is holding the title! They've been around the neighborhood since 11/2021 and are gaining popularity by the day. They've got a quaint yet nautical ambience and a wide selection of fresh seafood. I recommend upgrading to their Cajun fries, the $1 is worth it. Sweet potato is also a good option. They're a great pickup spot for lunch, but don't offer a lot of seating. I've never been in person, only ordered from Uber eats, but everything I've ordered has been excellent. I'm a big fan of snow crab which is why I started ordering in the first place but their buy one get one deal of steamed shrimp with garlic butter on the side is such a great value and so yummy, I've started ordering that instead. Everything always comes at the perfect temperature and is wrapped tightly to avoid messes. And I like that they actually follow special instructions on my orders! I like my seafood steamed with the sauce on the side and they get it right every time. And every time I've ordered they've thrown in some freebies which is awesome, sometimes it's some drinks, sometimes it's fruit sometimes it's some kind of dessert. Tiny little hole in the wall with a tiny counter and three stools, so don't plan to eat in. Most of their business is pick up and delivery. We had the Cajun fried rice and seafood noodles, which I thought were reasonably priced, especially for the huge portions they served. We ended up taking most of it with us. Everything had wonderful flavor, but the seafood was obviously not local (we're from the eastern shore of MD. We know!). However, I would gladly go back to try some of their other dishes. Also, the customer service was excellent! We ate in at the little counter, and our server was very friendly and accommodating. He even gave us little cake samples to take with us.
