I also purchased a bag of chips and hot tea ( which they refilled for a second pot). Very nice restaurant with accommodating staff.

I am from Long Island New york, and have been to this location 2 times now With my family. Liked the food, so decided to take my friends there today. One of my friends handicapped son was with us as well. Have to say I was really disappointed with the service today. First of there was a wait of an hour and 20 min, regardless of the fact that I mentioned at the desk that we have a handicapped person with us. Anyways, the wait would not have been so bad if there was good service to make up for it. when finally we were shown to our table, the waitress seemed preoccupied and rushed. We ordered our food and asked for water. When the waitress brought water, my friend politely asked if she could remove ice from hers. The girl very condescendly said, well we should've asked her before but she would do it anyways. Then she was like, please can you join the tables almost snapping, then realizing that She was being rude, was like well I am asking for your own good, as there is a little gap in between tables. Well that should've been done before seating us there. After all that, finally when the food arrived, there was one order missing, I had ordered French toasts, pancakes came instead, then after a little wait French toasts came, not the same like I had then before, you could tell the cook just sloppily put that together, we asked for ketchup for fries, but waitress vanished and my friend had to go grab it herself. I would like to know is it normal or was it because they saw all the brown skin women with a handicapped boy. If I hadn't been to this location twice before, I would say it was descrimination. The whole service was very sloppy & experience was very bad and I felt a little embarrassed in front of my friends for dragging them there all the way from Long Island NY. I am sorry but not recommending it to anyone again read more

I was really excited to go back to Cracker Barrel, so I put my name on the waitlist online. When I arrived, I was disappointed to find out that I still had to check in at the host stand, despite not being informed of this on the website. The food came out quickly, but I wasn't entirely satisfied with it. I ordered the fried chicken with gravy and eggs, and while it was decent, I was disappointed that it didn't come with toast or some type of potatoes. Even worse, I never received my side, and the staff wasn't willing to take a few dollars off my bill as compensation. I decided to add the spicy chicken sausage to my order, but for the price, I expected more than just two small links. Unfortunately, they didn't taste very good either. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the pecan pancakes with syrup and peaches, and the tater tot casserole was good as well. However, I found the portion sizes to be quite small, except for the pancakes. The biggest issue with my experience was the time it took to get the check. I waited over 20 minutes, and when I finally got up to say something, I was told by a different server that they were just busy. Meanwhile, other tables were receiving their checks promptly. Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects of my experience at Cracker Barrel, the miscommunication, small portion sizes, and poor service are areas that need improvement. read more

The ambience was very pretty at Cracker Barrel. It was packed. We were told there a 15 minute wait and seated at about 25-30 minutes. No prob. The food was good. The service was concerning! I don't think it was appropriate that the waitress, named Michelle, was trying very hard to flirt with my husband. Even he noticed it and it made our guests uncomfortable. I asked him if he thought I was the only one seeing it and he said that he definitely saw it, too. That was confirmed when she wrote him a little note filled with hearts on our check and signed her name for him to come back to visit her soon. Little did she know I was paying. I was decent about it and left her the standard 20%, as I busted my butt waiting tables through school. Debated talking to the manager. Since it was around the holidays, I found forgiveness in my heart and let it go. Buyer beware, though. Whether for tips or if she was actually serious, that was such a crappy thing to do on our visit. Smh. Grow up, young lady! read more

Cracker Barrel is very pretty and has an at-home feel. The food was okay. Comfort food, with a good price. Waited for a long time but our friends like this place and we all were out shopping together over the holidays. They have a cute shop out front that was jampacked with people, but that was expected around the holidays. What was NOT okay was the behavior of our waitress. She was efficient in doing her job but her flirting with my friend's husband several times during our meal was really obtrusive and rude! Seriously, lady? We all noticed it and it was awkward. I was going to verbally lay into her but my friend's husband shut her down each and every time. There are tons of restaurants in this area so we won't be back. Not professional! read more

The service was not good, since an inappropriate waitress was flirting with my fiancé and pushed the table to purchase more items. He was polite but shut her down. She also forgot two sides for two people on our party. Our guests were made to feel uncomfortable. She signed her name for my fiancé to come back to visit her soon. I left her the standard 20%, deciding not to talk to the manager and let it go. We also asked her to remove the items from the check not brought over and of course she forgot. I can't believe my luck that they have one of these restaurants so close to where I live! From the general store where I always find myself buying a bunch of candy, to the great breakfast, I'm a fan of all these restaurants. Our waiter Mike was very helpful and courteous. I like that he gave us enough time to order and talk for a few minutes before he let us order instead of swarming the table. I'm being generous with three stars. The decor of this place from the outside to the inside is unique. The food here is just pretty boring and bland. Nothing special. My grandmother likes the place, but that doesn't say much. I might be back if my grandma has the urge to sit on some of those chairs outside, but I'm going to try to persuade her towards a normal diner instead. Cracker Barrel is one of those places that always delivers. The food is consistently good every single time, which is honestly hard to find these days. The pancakes were the star of the meal fluffy in the middle with perfectly crispy, buttery edges that had me cleaning the plate. This was my second time coming to this particular Cracker Barrel and I must say both times I have left completely satisfied with my meal. The hostess and waiter that we had were both very friendly. I can't speak to why the wait list was handled the way it was, but the experience made me feel that we were treated unfairly.
