We sat on the patio with our dog. Greenfield Road is a raceway! And so loud. Aside from that, the patio is nice. Our server was so nice and friendly and attentive. Our brunches were great. The vegetable beef soup was delicious. My husband loved the 'shattered' potatoes that came with his omelette! Great place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. read more

Always good and consistent. If you order something with gravy, ask them to go a little heavy as they don't give you much. Overall though you do get large portions so you'll likely leave full and happy. read more

The potatoes are my all-time favorite here. They are so delicious and crispy, yet soft. I am from out of town and come here when I visit Arizona every single time. The French toast is incredible. I had the eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce and it was so good. The crêpes are also so delicious, it's my favorite breakfast place in Arizona. read more

We have eaten here over the years - we get to go orders - and the food just keeps getting worse. Ordered a side order of bisquit and gravy. The food tastes terrible and is very unappealing to look at. The over easy eggs had raw egg whites. Yuck. I really don't think we will eat here again. Nothing special. My breakfast sandwich wasn't hot, I got the end of a tomato slice and a brown/black piece of avocado. Was with a group and didn't want to make a big scene, so paid, told the manager after who then gave me a card with a free meal for next time which was nice, but since I won't be going back I gave it to someone that was waiting to be seated. read more

My parents brought me here for brunch on a Monday morning. For homemade food with some unique menu items, this place could rival any other of my favorite breakfast places. My true test is the biscuits and gravy and they were delicious. The biscuit was fresh-made and the gravy had a good peppery sausage. I also really like how they made their potatoes- thin sliced, sautéed but not greasy. My dad says every dish he has had here so far has been good. Service was friendly. We had an amazing Breakfast here. So Happy that they are dining room ready now. During the lock down they were open with to go orders. I have been to this location twice now. So both times we had a wonderful experience. First time before the lockdown, & second time now. Absolutely incredibly delicious food here and wonderful service. I would recommend going here anytime. I loved their Eggs Benedict. Crabcake Benedict delicious. Euro crêpes Fantastic! I loved their Potatoes. Endless coffee. Lots of parking in the lot clean bathrooms relaxing atmosphere. Fortunately we did not have to wait to get in, we were seated right away. Customer service was mediocre. Social distancing was in effect. Masks required but once to the table could remove. Waitress was fair, while she was friendly, lacked personality. Food was okay. I had the scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy, while the gravy was good the biscuit wasn't what I had hoped, and I didn't have enough gravy for my biscuit. My best friend had the bacon, avocado, egg sandwich, she did rave about this sandwich. Great flavor and a favorite of the restaurant. read more

I love this place so much. The food is exceptional, coffee's nice and robust, staff is helpful. My adults kids and I were seated immediately and were pleasantly happy and surprised because it was on a Sunday around 9am. We saw the parking lot full already and we were like, "uh-oh" the wait is going to be crazy and it was not. Busy? Very much so, as always. Our server was polite even though you could tell he was juggling anywhere from 4 tops to 10 tops simultaneously. Good on him for working so efficiently! I didn't take pics of my kids' choices, but I did on mine. I wanted sweet and savory and you can't go wrong with a French toast breakfast. Not only was it French toast, it was Texas French toast with bananas and pecans. Delicious. Sides were their awesome sausages with a flavorful snap and my over easy eggs cooked perfectly. This is comfort food at its best. What's a better way to treat yourself than eating here for National Treat Yourself Day. Omg this atmosphere is awesome, friendly, tons of people here. Very yummy food; I felt so bad because we showed up 10 minutes before close without realizing, however they still seated us and insisted that it was okay that we were going to be staying for a bit after they closed to finish our meals. Our server Michael was so nice and hospitable; he kept assuring us it was okay that we were still there finishing up, even though they were cleaning up for the day. It was so nice of them to allow us to enjoy our meals when they 100% did not have to do that. 10/10 service! read more

Been going here for many years (10+), hadn't been but once after the Pandemic and went today for breakfast, loved (but to not anymore) their Eggs Benedict. Their Canadian bacon is no longer the kind they used to have. It was so paper thin, could hardly see it or taste it. I mentioned it to our waitress it was paper thin (you could read a newspaper through it) and tasteless and what happened to the thicker cut kind they used to serve. She said this is what I've ever seen. I said not so, I've been coming here for over 10 yrs. Her reply, 'I've only worked here for a year, I'll ask the manager." She comes back and said "the Owner said this is what we've always had". Unless it is a new owner, not so. Oh and waitress only came by once to refill our coffee. read more

Great breakfast! James was an excellent server and made great recommendations. I had the Chimichanga which was their special- proceeds went to charity which was cool. It was amazingly delicious. My kids had French toast and pancakes and both were perfect. I don't remember what my husband had, but it had carnitas that he said were incredibly good. We have found a new go to place! read more

Always a great meal. The place is usually pretty busy so time it right. Friendly service all the way around and the menu will give you wonderful selections for breakfast and lunch. My family goes here kinda on a regular basis. Prices are fair so you won't feel like you didn't get your money's worth. After being referred here by a few friends as well as the owner of Sunnyside Breakfast Lounge (see my review), I decided to try this location. I had been to the one in Tempe and it enjoyed it. THANK YOU to everyone who recommended it to me. The service was great, the food was HOT, and our breakfast was about 7.00 cheaper than the above mentioned place. Also, safety protocols are actually in place and utilized here. I had the "Daybreak" and Tortilla Soup. I will definitely be returning here again even if there is a wait to get in. read more

Stayed in the area for a week and ate breakfast here every day. Weather was great and eating on the patio was lovely. My wife and I frequented the other location in Tempe so we were pleased that the quality of food was held to our memory's standard. But the staff, they truly made the trip worth it. Michelle & Camron deserve to be highlighted for their attentiveness, they both remembered us and made our family feel welcomed. It's the small things that matter most and these two made sure that all the little things were tended to. Staff aside the food was great too, I went for the "222" the first day, then the huevos rancheros w/ carnitas thereafter. Excellent. When our family is back in Mesa, we know where breakfast will be. I met a friend for lunch Fri, Sept 6,2024. I had gone to the Iron Ave location in the 1980's for breakfast and knew the food to be fresh and good quality. The Greenfield location is very nice. I had the Run Through The Garden sandwich, which was served with a side of ranch dressing. The starter was a cup of potato soup, which was so delicious I came home and looked for recipes so I could make it at home. Get the potato soup! I got a bread pudding dessert to take home to my husband, it has a berry compote and sabayon sauce, which I had to get a recipe for too. I wish I hadn't stayed away so long. read more
