Yum Yum! We came here for breakfast early on a Saturday morning. It wasn't busy yet but seemed to get busy around 10 or so.. I was super happy with their açaí breakfast bowl! I get tired of ordering the same sort of parfait yogurt granola bowls that most places offer if you don't want eggs for breakfast. My boyfriend had the short rib skillet and boy was that delicious as well! The bartender made me a spiked coffee that was something featured on New Years Day but was no longer on the menu. I saw it in a past Yelp post and asked if he could make it. He happily replied Yes! But said he was missing the giant marshmallow which I was totally fine with. It was New Year's morning. Got a late start to the day, and we were on our way to a movie at the O. Since most restaurants are closed, we decided to find a hotel that was open and serving. The Craft was high our list, and we lucked out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It wasn't very crowded, with a few other small tables. Everyone was being very quiet, which was perfect, after last night's celebration[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Got seated right away, at a table that was cozy warm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was afternoon, so we got the lunch menu. Lots of good choices. We decided on the Smash Burger, a single (1/4 lb) with sauteed onions, pepper jack cheese, "craft sauce", tomato and Lettuce. My wife got the chop salad. Didn't take long for the food to arrive. The burger was excellent, nice crisp edges on the burger, the additions were well balanced. Next time I am going to get the double (1/2 lb), and some extra "craft sauce". The seasoned chips were plentiful, well seasoned, and still warm. A nice treat. The chop salad was good, but not remarkable. The service the entire time was attentive, and friendly. Tough luck lefties.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Anyway, on to the Avocado toast. Dressed just right with cherry tomatoes, diced raw onions & dash of sesame seeds. I nixed the capers. Side of bacon extra crispy. I'd prefer a touch of chewy, buts taste is subjective. Conclusion: yes indeed, destination worthy. No regrets. read more

Pretty good experience for a hotel restaurant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice casual space to grab a drink and something to eat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Since there were no games going on, the restaurant was pretty quiet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I decided to sit at the bar and have a drink. The bartender gave me a good pour of bourbon which gave me an chance to review the menu. I opted for the pork chop. I've got to say that I was extremely impressed by the chop. Food is great always however the chipotle chicken grilled cheese clearly says SLICED chicken but when you get it it is clearly shredded chicken so it is misleading for sure . Also says chicken breast but it's shredded so could be any part of the chicken .. you should change the description .. but I will say it is good I would have preferred sliced breast read more

Lauren was amazing! She was so nice and helpful despite having a lot of tables. The cocktails were good. The chip appetizer with French onion dip was awesome. You could cut the hanger steak with a knife, and the lobster and shrimp pasta was so flavorful. The fries seemed over seasoned, but everything else exceeded our expectations. We had breakfast at Craft, in the Trade Hotel, across the street from the fserve forum. It's arranged around a bar with a high ceiling -- which made it loud because of the echoes from people's conversation. I had a delicious short rib hash, a little spicy with paprika, but with nice chunks of succulent meat, very tender. My friend had nicely super crispy bacon (at their request) and the avocado toast was beautiful. Recently visited Craft before attending the opera with my mom at the Performing Arts Center. We both enjoyed cocktails, the spicy margarita and paloma. And then we decided to share the caesar salad and crispy chicken sandwich and both were excellent! The food is good. The service must improve, a friend and I ordered take out, turned back once we realized the order wasn't correct. We were greeted by the hostess saying "What up" which I was very offended by because the white woman before us wasn't greeted as such. Really enjoyed the food for a basic hotel lobby restaurant. Cocktails were well made and priced fairly. Breakfast is tasty and I'd recommend stopping in here if staying at the hotel. read more

Sat at the bar , had a cocktail, my empty glass sat in front of me for 15 minutes, was never asked if I wanted another, put my credit card by my empty glass and another 10 minutes before the bartender bothered to ask if I was done.
