The base is thick and doughy, layered with some mozzarella, a tasty sauce, and slightly charred pepperoni. The tavern style provides a nice contrast. Served cut into squares, it has a solid thin crust that holds up nicely under some melted cheese and loads of flat pepperoni. This remains my absolute favorite deep dish in Chicago, and I go anytime I'm in town visiting. Pro tip: Make a reservation well in advance because walk-in wait times get incredibly long.

4.5/5 for service I took out from here and was impressed with their operation, even while they were overburdened with work and balanced Covid precautions. Although there was some wait, the food was served hot and delicious. 4.5/5 for pizza I ordered the Bacon Bianca Pie, which is always delicious! There are a lot of toppings to choose from, but there aren't a lot of them. The crust is, without a doubt, the best component of the pizza. It has a good bite to it. This didn't get a perfect score was because of the additional grease on the bottom. 3.5/5 for the salad As delicious as their pizza. Yes the pizza is amazing. Yes they use the freshest lettuce for their salads. What I really want to comment on is the amazing staff. A large group of my friends (and two kids) came to celebrate a birthday. Everyone who worked there were so wonderful to us and especially one of the kids with us who was SO interested in watching the pizzas be made. The staff was tossing the dough up in the air for him to watch. It was the perfect place for us to get together and celebrate. Thank you for a great night. read more

This place was a great find! I came here to try something a little different, a little unique. Went for the most unique pizza pie I could find and Craft didn't disappoint. Usually I enjoy the crust best as it can be such a nice contrast with the cheesy and soft part of the rest of the pizza. Here, it was interesting.
