Crafted Donuts has a huge selection of both basic and fun donuts. Prices vary depending on just how adventurous you want to get. Their chocolate frosting is solid, I had it both on a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and Chocolate frosted with sprinkles donut. Their cake donuts are better than their raised donuts, imho. That being said, I found the cake donuts ever so slightly dry so they may have been sitting out a while. My favorite of the three donuts I bought was a Red Velvet frosted cake donut. Flavor was really good on this one but again, it suffered the bit of dryness. Nothing too crazy, just a bit too much for my liking. This has become my new local donut shop. I moved two years ago and have been searching since in my new hood. The owners are the sweetest people. I've gotten them delivered a couple of times and both times there was a hand written note on the box and extra donuts thrown in. And they're sooo good. Damn fine donuts at a real donut price. I've been on a doughnut kick lately for some reason and this place really satisfied my craving. I got the green tea doughnut, the peanut butter and jelly filled doughnut, and the birthday cake doughnut. The PB&J and birthday cake doughnut were definitely the highlights. I love any jelly filled doughnut and the peanut butter icing was on top making for the perfect combination. I loved the icing in the center of the birthday cake doughnut. The green tea flavor on the green tea doughnut was a little subdued for me. But overall the dough used for the doughnuts was so soft and tasty and the doughnuts tasted like they were made with quality ingredients. I also got a matcha green tea latte which was delicious. I immediately run to the store and knocked but no one came to the door. I tried calling but to no avail. I had to check multiple times their business hours but it clearly states open til 8pm. I was upset but still came back a couple of days after. So I finally got my hands on the Creme Brûlée And sure enough, it's as good as the ones shown in the videos. The cracking sound felt like music in my ears. I loved it! I also wanted the Bubblegum or rainbow donuts but they were out so I was bummed again. CF has pretty big donuts that are much cheaper compared to other places. I decided to get half a dozen regular sized ones in different flavors.
