Celebrated a baby shower here and it was such a nice experience. The service was excellent! They gave calamari and chips and dip on the house. The table ordered tons of food and I didn't get to take a ton of photos but, I can account for that almost everything was cleared. Everyone enjoyed their meal. There was chicken and waffles ordered and a pot pie. It was delicious. This restaurant is great for small and large groups. There is inside and outside seating, bar/counter seating. They have a variety of foods to choose from on their menu. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area. They also have a location in Frisco. Till then, let's eat!

Went in on an evening and ordered the French onion soup which was delicious and had a frosé. I also ordered the steak frites but my steak was well done and was upset. The server wasn't too attentive as I was expecting more how is your meal and seeing if I needed another drink. Hopefully next the service and meal could be better of service the next time. The atmosphere was nice and busy.

French onion soup and Reuben eggrolls

I really enjoyed the American cuisine here--great food and a nice atmosphere overall. I ordered the French onion soup and the Reuben eggrolls. The French onion soup seems to be popular here, and as soon as I saw that buttery-looking pastry puff baked on top, I knew I had to order it! It was definitely hearty, with plenty of onions (which I love). However, it was a bit saltier than I prefer. I do wish there were an option to substitute the onion soup with a chowder, like clam or corn chowder. The Reuben eggrolls were surprisingly good! I'm used to traditional Asian eggrolls, so I really liked this creative twist. The house-smoked pastrami, sauerkraut, and melted Gruyère cheese worked so well together. They tasted amazing with the spicy Russian dipping sauce (which I appreciated wasn't too spicy). It was such a flavorful and memorable dish! I'm glad I gave it a try.

My wife and I stopped here as stop #2 of our day date and it was a great experience. The ambiance was nice and welcoming. There were a lot of people having lunch there. We sat at the bar and the bartending was very friendly and helpful as it was our first time there. She let us try a bunch of different tap cocktails and frozen drinks. I ordered the frozen old fashioned, it was delicious! Super tasty, strong, good size, and price. My wife ordered a pineapple martini, which I tried and it was also tasty. The bartender came over and gave us a free appetizer tasting which was awesome. It was coconut shrimp, fried asparagus, chicken tenders & crab stuffed mushrooms. You can tell they really care about the customers. I would love to come back and try a full meal with my family.

Where has this place been hiding? I swear I've drivin this shopping center a hundred times over and never paid any attention to this cute little place. My friend suggested it and wow! I'm going back. We started with a few froze's. Shared the Spinach Dip, Coconut Shrimp, and split a bowl of the clam chowder. All of it was amazing. The service was great. Such a cute place and they have a great patio situation for when the weather gets warmer. We will definitely be back.

All I can say is WOW - after a long day my partner and I wanted some good food and good drinks, and fortunately we picked CraftWay. We came in pretty late (urgent care visit slowed us down lol) but were treated with kindness and quick, attentive service. I love a good frozen drink and the frozen Paloma did not disappoint. I ordered the crab cake on advice from our server and my partner got the steak frites. But we're amazing, but I swear - the lemon butter sauce that came with the crab cake is magical. Plus the brussel sprouts were probably the best I've ever had. You can tell everything here is made with care and the staff takes pride in the service and food. We will definitely be back soon - this might be a new regular spot for us!!

When I was here last month, I was brought to this location by the group that I was with, and the food was delicious. So when I had to return this month for some training, I brought the individual I was traveling with here. Great service from our server, Caleb, he was friendly and outgoing and truly displayed great hospitality. Their menu has so many great things on it that it is hard to choose just one item. Because I wasn't that hungry. I decided to go with a salmon bowl. This, in my mind, is actually the perfect portion sizing for dinner as it was a nice piece of salmon perfectly cooked and season by the way, on top of a small bit of cilantro rice with some tomatoes , avocado, red onion, and arugula. Truly the perfect portion size and I devoured everything on the plate.

My cocktail was good. A pineapple martini.

I love when restaurants split the plates without having to ask. This was my first time having beef Wellington and wowwww! So good. Service was great! Drinks were strong and tasty. Can't go wrong at craftway at all.

I made a reservation in advance requesting a booth (since it's a tad quieter) so we could visit and have a nice long lunch having driven so far to meet up and celebrate. We were sat at a table - right next to a very large group and it was so loud we couldn't hear anything we said to each other, I asked the hostess why we were sat at a table and no effort was made to rectify the issue. My husband and I have both made reservations and table requests in the past and have never had an issue. The spot is usually held for us. And the hostess did say she saw my request on the reservation- apparently just ignored it. Then came our server. Bless her for trying but serving at a restaurant is NOT her gifting. She was very very slow to arrive (over ten minutes seated before she showed up) and she immediately got my drink order wrong, when I told her she just stared at me and grabbed my drink and came back with the correct one but a lemon and not the lime I requested. When I asked for my lime - she literally walked back with it IN THE PALM OF HER HAND!!! Three different times she removed food or drinks from our table without asking if we were done with them. She was never apologetic or kind when she made a mistake and really seemed very unaware of the "service" job altogether. My friend and I are overly nice to service people. I still tipped her very well! But the lunch was a disaster from start to finish and NOT the first time experience or birthday lunch I hoped to provide for her. We started with the goat cheese appetizer- it was good as always tho a tad too much garlic. My friend got the chicken melt after asking our server several menu questions and not getting clear answers. And I went with the turkey chili but it was too spicy for me so I took it home. The server asked if I'd like some additional chips to take home with it and never brought them. We have long loved Whiskey Cake and this wasn't a good look at all to have my friend as a returning customer. The server who brought out our appetizers was very lovely- and when she stirred the goat cheese for us and got oil everywhere, including on me, she apologized profusely. Mistakes happen- and her response to it was professional and kind. And THAT is the star I'm giving. She gets the star. The rest would be a very sad zero.

The inside was smaller than I anticipated but I really liked the aesthetic of the place. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the very friendly host and taken to a nice booth seat. My server Joshua was also friendly and made quite a few recommendations on what to order; I decided on the deviled eggs to start and got the butcher burger for my entree. I can't believe I'd encounter the day I didn't like a deviled egg. I didn't care for these deviled eggs at all. Something about the seasoning in the eggs didn't work for me, I thought the egg white part was really thick and tough and the candied bacon on top didn't work for me as far as cohesive flavors. The burger though made up for it, the burger was very good. I could taste the quality of the meat and the toppings weren't carrying the burger, the meat was thoroughly seasoned throughout, I really enjoyed it. The fries were great as well, skinny, crisp and piping hot. I wasn't a fan of their ketchup, there was some flavor in it that I didn't appreciate. I got a pistachio tres leches to go and it was just ok. I love tres leches cake, so naturally, if it's on the menu, I'm ordering it and I could see this being a fan favorite but it was way too wet to me, like drenched to the point where the cake disintegrated in my mouth and I prefer a less saturated tres leches. Other than the burger, everything else was kinda mid. I do wish the menu had more options, and honestly, I don't see myself returning just for the burger. There was an extremely large party, probably around more than half of the spots, happening at the same time as the restaurant was still taking regular reservations and walk-ins, and the entire situation felt poorly planned. I want to make it very clear that this is not a complaint about the servers, hosts, bartenders, or managers working that night. Everyone I interacted with was doing their absolute best, and considering what they were dealing with, I thought the employees did a great job. Our server, was especially great. Even with how busy and stressful everything clearly was around her, she never let that stress come through in her service. She was attentive, kind, and handled everything professionally, which honestly made me appreciate her even more knowing how much was going on around the restaurant. The manager, also really stood out. He seemed to be everywhere at once, helping his employees, checking on different areas of the restaurant, and doing everything he could to keep things running. You could tell he genuinely cared about his staff and was trying to support them. My issue is with whoever organized or planned the large event. Having a party that size while continuing to fill the rest of the restaurant made everything feel unnecessarily chaotic and unorganized. There appeared to be plenty of employees working, so this did not seem like a staffing problem--it seemed like a planning problem. As a customer, it made the experience less enjoyable, but more than anything, I felt terrible watching how hard the employees and manager were having to work just to compensate for what looked like poor event planning. I really wish the large party had been planned around better, whether that meant limiting reservations, reducing walk-ins, or otherwise giving the staff enough breathing room to handle an event of that size. Again, the employees themselves were wonderful. My server was great, The manager was incredibly helpful, and the rest of the staff seemed to be doing everything they could. This review is specifically about the way the large party appeared to have been organized. The staff deserved a much better setup than what they were given.

We were able to order the bucket of fried chicken for $20 off of the happy hour menu which was four boneless, skinless breaded fried chicken thighs and they came out hot and perfect! They were so good. We also ordered one Baja fish taco and we regretted not ordering more because they were really good. We also ordered the lobster Bucatini, which was an amazing flavor, but honestly a bit disappointing on the portion size, it could have come with a bit more pasta and sauce, and a piece of bread would've been nice for the sauce. We ended our meal with the crème brûlée cheesecake which I was kind of scared to order because I really love crème brûlée but I'm not a super fan of cheesecake but Earl's did it 10 out of 10 perfect! Hands-down, one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. For the drinks, I ordered an old-fashioned and my husband ordered a Moscow mule. Both of our drinks were great, we were very impressed and will definitely be back next time. We are in Plano. Dining tip: in order to take advantage of the happy hour, whether it be for lunch or dinner, you do have to sit in the bar, lounge, and I believe the outdoor patio counts as well. Your basic dining area does not give you access to the happy hour pricing.

Our corporate office is near this location so we decided to check it out for dinner. We arrived…read morearound 6:15 on a Thursday night and clearly happy hour was still going on or just wrapping up as it was incredibly packed with many other business professionals in the area. We were a party of six and got seated originally at a small booth. We definitely felt uncomfortable because it was a very very tight fit so we did ask to be moved at which point we were moved to two separate tables that were near each other. They can't put the tables together in some areas because they're actually voltage to the floor. So four people sat at one table and then two of us sat at another table. It worked out perfectly fine. We just couldn't all engage in the conversation, but it was fine. I ordered an old-fashioned and it was OK. I did order a second one and opted to go to Buffalo Trace . I will say their cherries taste like they are soaked in the house whiskey and it's a lot to take when you bite it at the end of your grain. For my meal, I got the Cobb salad with the sirloin and no egg. The salad was really good and I appreciated the steak. Steak is only about 4 ounces that you'll be able to see from the image so I definitely want a little bit more. We did get some appetizers - forgive me as I don't remember what the name of this dip was, but it was very tasty and was basically corn with avocado and something else. While all the food was good - the location was incredibly loud. I'm pretty convinced that anywhere you eat in the Plano area is loud.
