Brought 4 mud tires to be mounted on new rims for 2014 jku. Previously a happy customer of craigs.Told them that these were not my daily driving tires. They told me that the Tpms might not work, I said if it works great if not only for trail and hunting leave it off. They said they would let me know. 2 hours later I get a call saying they cant do it and said I should find new wheels. I told them not my DD tires and wheels leave the tpms off, they said they dont want to mess with it. Old gentleman there with a bad attitude said if i get a blow out the tpms would make a difference.???????? Never going back. I'm a first time customer. After putting $1600 worth of new tires on the car, I wanted to get a 4 wheel alignment to protect my investment (and maybe tweak the handling a little). At 8 AM, I was greeted by name as I walked up to the counter. Jeff (the service manager) remembered who recommended me to the shop. I met with Markel (the alignment technician) to review my desires. I got a text that it was complete by 11 AM. Picked it up at noon. A follow-up e-mail gave the before and after alignment specifications. And the price was very reasonable!
