Copied from Google Reviews: Might as well add my poor experience on Yelp too. I never like to leave bad reviews, but sometimes you just have to. I'm not gonna go into the full details of my experience, but just know it was absolutely abysmal. I reached out to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, the BBB, and the Crash Champions email, the info@crashchampions one. They better not respond to this review (if they do), and say please email us, because I already did. If you'd like to read my full experience with them, refer to the BBB review I left on their site. Btw, Crash Champions' response to me was poor as they took zero accountability and simply stated a fact that they called me to schedule the appointment. Didn't even say sorry. Besides that, there are many things wrong with this shop: 1. Their MVC Registration expired in 2024 and they have it all covered up on the left side of the front desk counter with hand sanitizer, etc. 2. They didn't want to give me a receipt when the work was done. 3. The new manager, John, is extremely incompetent. Please get your act together. Unprofessional on the phone, little to no communication, etc. I could truly go on and on but for that, I'll put it on the BBB. The one and only good thing about this shop is the front desk lady, Monica. She is so sweet and just wants to do the right thing and get my issue resolved. Overall, the new management is slowly ruining this shop's ethics, integrity, and reputation. They were actually pretty good when I took my car there a couple years ago, now it's just gone downhill. My wife and I dropped our car off after a severe accident. Crash champions rep Brian seemed very nice and professional at first, but they took almost a full month to repair the car. They ended up not repairing all the damage, they were unwilling to stand behind their work, and we actually had to open up a second claim with the insurance company to fully repair the car. read more

after a minor accident, I was sent by my daughter to Crash Champions. That accident was on the driver side of the car. I had my own scrapes and scratches on the passenger side. Between J and Monica, a plan was discussed., And the result and qualitywas fantastic. Jay did not make promises that he couldn't keep, and I left a very happy customer. You will not be disappointed! This is my second time using this business and once again they have gone beyond my highest expectations. From scheduling an appointment, to the estimate which is exact, to picking up my car looking better than when I dropped it off. JUST GO TO ROBBIES Wish we could rate a "minus 1" Ever since Towne was bought by Crash (cash) Champions fit, finish and quality has dropped off a cliff. Insurance company recommended Towne, car needed fender replaced and repainted, easy enough for any competent body shop or backyard mechanic, not easy for Towne/Cash Champions. They told me would take 2 days, took them 1 week. Ok.. Get car back and fender had paint drips and fish eyes, all over. Really Cash Champ? Did some kid do this in his driveway? Refused to take car back, advised they needed to make this right. Car ready 3 days later, while the finish is better the red metallic paint has light and dark spots all over it, clearly my vehicle was used to train the amateurs they hire, refused car again and advised they need to make this right, the paint finish needs to match rest of car or else I would take this up with the insurance company, 3 days later get car back, paint and overall finish is fine now. WOW, who knew we would have to jump through hoops to have a simple fender replaced? Few days later we are washing the car and FIND DARK BLUE OVERSPRAY on rear bumper. Really?? Clearly the over spray is "Payback" for my vehicle being in their shop 3x to get it right. NEVER AGAIN TOWNE Myself and friends have used Robbies previously, never one issue, JUST GO TO ROBBIES where its done right from the start. read more

I do not recommend this shop at all. I took our car in for repairs and the communication was very poor. Updates were sent via email AFTER I made a call. 3 times. Promised returned phone calls that never happened. Vehicle was retired 6 weeks later. We were told that if we noticed any issues after taking the car home to give them a call because it had a lifetime warranty. What a joke! Two days after taking it home, we noticed that the fuel door was not sitting flush with the qtr and a finger smudge was left on the clear coating. My first thought was, no big deal a quick wet sand and buff and an adjustment on the door it should be a quick fix. Well, when we called. The customer service went out the door. They were rude on the phone talking down to us as if we were giving them more work to do. My wife brought the car in only to be talked down to by one of their supervisors and giving her 1000 excuses on why it wasn't there fault and that nothing could be done. After calling in and finally getting them to look at the car and try to fix the issues. We were told that they needed anywhere from half a day to a day and that no promises were made. Needless to say, we didn't want to return. They have lost our future business and we will inform friends and family to avoid this business and leave plenty of reviews for all to draw up their own conclusions. read more

I have always gone to Robbie's for all my needs. I figured that this place would be okay. well let me just start by saying the work was done we got the car back. two weeks later we noticed the car now had a leak. we brought the car back and they said they would try to fix it and we were told the work was done. they didn't charge anything more for the work which I found to be very kind however they said they hoped to never hear from me again which was a bit rude I think they were meaning it as a joke but still. anyways the next day after we got it home it rained and low and behold the leak isn fixed.shocked I'm completely shocked. so for the past week with all the rain we have had I have been outside trying to find what the issue actually is. what I found was work not fixed from when they had the car in their care the door seal wasn't even on you could see through it and the inner mounding where the seatbelt retracts was never snapped back in place. I'm finding some things I think it might actually be. since they didn't want to hear from me again I will be taking it somewhere where it can actually be fixed for good this time. however I feel that it all stemming from the original car accident . once it I have it looked over I will find out. then I will get with the inurance company to figure out what to do to get my car fixed properly. I would deffinally NOT recommend this company no matter the location. sloppy work at best unfortunately. read more
