Love coming to Crave. I prefer their coffee here more than the Corona location but love both! Their coffee is sweet! Be sure to ask how many pumps they add depending on the size you get. I normally get great service with the cashier so never problems there! I would love if they had more muffins or pastries items like Corona! read more

It was the worse service ever today. Got 2 hot coffee, hazelnut and vanilla latte. Ordered the 16oz (both of them) and the girl give two of 12oz and when i told them i ordered 16oz she had the biggest attitude. She took it back and took 20min extra to "remake" and when i check it was half of the 16oz cup. I dont think she even made a new one. I think she just dump it to a bigger cup. Dont do customer service if youre going to have attitude to a customer that was nice to you. I didnt even complain, i simply said i ordered 2 16oz. Never going back. Now im in a bad mood, it taste like burnt coffee. Gross!! read more

We got the funky monkey without the banana syrup and a small french roast with sugar and cream. The funky monkey was good it ended up tasting like some kind of reeses cup frappuccino so that was good. The french roast was ok but I think I needed more milk or something to make it a little less dark tasting. The interior was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. read more

If I was still a student, this would be my study space. Their iced chai tea latte is my top pick. The staff is polite. The atmosphere is warm, laid back and comfortable (mostly student like peeps + book study groups + coffee date types here). Depends on the company, but this is​ my usual "let's​ meet for tea" spot. Needless to say, this is a good place for after a matinee (The Regal's across the street) and/or shopping @ Riverside Plaza hang out type of spot. read more

Crave is my go to study location (I prefer the riverside location over the corona one because they're a bit bigger/spacious). I come here very often and I've never had a bad experience. The baristas are knowledge, helpful and soo friendly! I enjoy that they play indie rock music most of the time. Restrooms and the entire place overall is always clean. Food/Drinks: Iced oat milk lattes are great. I usually add vanilla or coconut flavoring. A bear claw pastry warmed up is yummy. (Not to be confused with a donut shop bear claw; it's kinda different) I use to order an egg, avocado, cheese and tomato bagel but now I'm obsessed with it on a croissant instead (with same ingredients). I love that they offer real food instead of just pastries like other coffee shops. read more

Great little cafe near Riverside Plaza. The baristas are all super friendly and knowledgeable. I asked the girl behind the register to get me whatever drink she gets herself at the end of a shift. The iced white mocha I received was top notch, and I've gotten the same exact drink every time I go back here. There's plenty of seating for such a small shop, so I plan on coming back to sit down and study. The only drawback was the 'build your own bagel' thing that takes up half of the menu space. I found it a little expensive for such a mediocre product. For $5+ I would've expected a better bagel than my 8 year old cousin could've made. So I'm definitely not getting another bagel. Still highly recommend the iced white mocha though. read more

This place is super cute. The decor reminds me of Dave Navarro with a healthy twist. (As odd as that sounds) I ordered an iced coffee which was simple but delicious . Staff is friendly, place is clean. I ordered a redeye. Generally a strong tasting tasting drink. However, it tasted diluted/watered down. Also, I prefer to bring my own travel mug to cut down on waste. Upon arrival, I placed my travel mug on the counter in front of the barista and ordered my coffee. The friendly barista took my order, my money and washed out my mug. Then, went to make the redeye, leaving my mug on the counter. When I questioned about using the mug. I was told, she couldn't because it was against store policy. I was a little surprised, stopped her before she started making my drink and asked for my money back. I was told no, because the manager wasn't on shift and wouldn't be back until Monday. Again, I was surprised and very disappointed with the situation. Not wanting to wait two days to get a refund, I took the coffee. This is why I rated the place with 2 stars. Although the staff was very friendly, the lack of communication over store policy and the use of my mug; even after washing it out for me left me questioning, why wasn't something said prior to my order. Overall, my experience was below my expectations. Coffee tasted weak, not being able to use my personal mug, and not being given a refund upon request (before my drink was made). I won't be back and I will let friends know about the service I received. read more

Ordered hazelnut iced latte! Drink was excellent, not too sweet or too bitter, just right. The bagels on the other hand were just ok at best. Both the bagels were under toasted. I expressed that I didn't ask for mine to be toasted because I assumed they would do that automatically but then after looking at our food we could see a slight toast of the toppings on the everything bagel. Good tea and coffee and adorable and kind waiters. If you come here on a weekend or even a weekday you're bound to see college students in and out studying around the coffee shop. The WiFi here was a little spotty the last time I came here, but it's not their fault! I love their black passion tea because it's not sweet but it does have a nice and refreshing fruity aftertaste with it. My friend always gets the dirty chai with almond milk which, for a person who hates almond milk, I love the drink so much! Someone help me understand why a SMALL hot white chocolate mocha latte with almond milk cost me $6.25 ?? They offer soy, almond, and oat milk- all for an extra $1. Sure, I've seen oat milk be up to an additional $1 in some places. But almond/soy? Nope. It's unreasonable. With that being said, my latte was one of the best white mocha lattes I've ever had. BUT with that price tag I'd still be reluctant to come back and get it again. The atmosphere is cute, cozy, and quiet. If you're looking for a coffee shop to study at, it's okay. Reminiscent of Lift Coffee Roasters, who were previously homed here, but honestly I think Craves coffee was better! I was really excited to see they have oat milk as a option, makes such a good latte! But I have to say, they're prices are a little steep for me. I don't think I would make this a regular spot for that reason. (2) 12oz vanilla lattes with "alternative" milks ($1 extra EACH) came out to almost $12 I think. That's a baby latte for me, a few gulps, for a high price. Also, while the girl who helped us was nice, she seemed overwhelmed. It seemed that she was the only person working so she was barista, cashier, and food preparer all on her own. I wasn't in a hurry thankfully so the extra wait time as a result wasn't the end of the world, but it would probably frustrate me if I was trying to get in and out. read more

I was in need of a caffeine kick on my drive to Palm Springs and was excited to try Crave after seeing the reviews. I'm sad to say it was super disappointing for my partner and I! First, I was surprised and disappointed by how expensive a standard oat milk latte would be once you do additives. They have two size lattes but strangely, both have the same number of shots so the larger latte is just more milk. Two shots really isn't enough for a medium latte and to add an extra shot is $1 and to get nondairy milk is another $1 so it was $6.25 for a medium oat milk latte! It would have been around $7 if I ordered a flavored oat milk latte and that is just crazy to me. We also got a small drip coffee. I was hoping the $6.25 latte would be worth it and while the flavor was good, it came out lukewarm at best. I normally like extra hot lattes but this was borderline cold. Thankfully the black coffee was hot but wasn't very good. It tasted like your average drip coffee that you would get at a diner. On the plus side, all of the staff were really nice and accommodating. If I wasn't in a rush, I would have asked them to reheat the latte and I'm sure they would have because they seemed great. All in all, I hope they'll adjust their menu so that the different size lattes are consistent With a variation of shots. I also hope they will eventually not up charge for non-dairy milk---at the very least, charge little less than $1 read more

From what I've had their drinks are pretty good I just really wish they had special drinks like the Cortado. Overall the barista that helped me was named Christian and he helped me make the right choice on what I wanted to drink.
