He seemed to whip through it pretty quick, steak looked perfectly done for a thinner, lunch cut, and we both just drink water since we're traveling and had more appointments. First of all, you're an establishment, not a company. You have all of 2 locations. WOW!) On a side note, why do you have more than 5 host/hostesses (who are all on their phones, even though they're not "supposed to be")? You need 2-3. Why do you have 30-50 waitstaff for an establishment that warrants 10 at best? Do you enjoy bleeding money? The fruits used here are frozen. The woman was at first apprehensive about us getting the shots, since they close in an hour and had already cleaned the juicer for the shots. The other woman seemed irritated to have to clean the juicer again. The shot is exhilarating, bite from the ginger and cayenne and a nice pucker from the lemon. The spinach green tastes super healthy, not so sweet, earthy, like liquid grass. Imagine face planting into a pasture of grass and getting a mouthful of long bladed grass and dirt, that's what the first sip or two comes across like to me. I get how the cows must feel. Since this is a teppanyaki spot, we were seated at a shared table they were working to fill, standard hibachi rules apply. While waiting, we ordered drinks because... obviously. I went with the lychee martini (pronounced Lie-chee, not Lee-chee, gotta respect the fruit LOL), and my colleague ordered the sweet plum. Bonus points for the fact that I spoke the language, which led to a mini conversation about why I was randomly in the middle of Michigan, always a fun topic.
