We stopped by a cafe that was extremely busy so we decided to a pivot. This had good views on Yelp! As we walked in, we noticed only 2 patrons sitting for breakfast. We stopped by around 10am on a Tuesday. Understand, this is a bar not a restaurant. Looks to a fun location at night. The tables were a bit sticky and there was stuff on the chairs. Our waitress came over, she was very polite. Most the time she spent on her phone. We asked for iced coffee which was not an option. We stopped in Wednesday evening before the US World Cup game. We were the only patrons, smelt like someone was smoking a joint in the kitchen. We ordered 2 beers, the Kona Big Wave tasted skunked. Once again thankful for Yelp helping us find Crawl Street Tavern. We had a long Sunday and got hungry late at night, this was one of the few places open super late on a Sunday and their tavern style food was exactly what we needed. They have a some parking along a strip just past the place. It was late but there were some folks at the bar watching football, we sat at one of the side tables. I ordered a beer and looked at the menu. Wasn't quite sure what to expect so we went with an order of mozzarella sticks and I got a cheesesteak. Gentleman behind the bar was working hard holding down the bar and food for those sitting around. For a tavern style cheesesteak I really enjoyed this, very nice grinder roll and it was a really solid amount of cheesesteak, highly recommend. The mozz sticks were good as well, no complaints. Came here on a Sunday at lunch in early December. There were a few other people at the bar watching football and interacting with the bar tender. We were happy to be quiet at the bar without worrying about football but it provided nice background nose. We got a small cheese steak with tots and a bowl of soup (and a couple beers). Was all great! Will happily come back in the future. Since we were there in December, parking in the giant beach lot was free, so i can't talk to parking right around the restaurant. read more

The day after Oceans Calling, this place was closed with a sign on the door. When I stopped to read the sign, the owner came by and apologized, said she needed to give her employees a rest after the hectic weekend. WOW!! We had a late lunch with our family of 15 last week. It was walking distance from our condos, which was a plus. Food and service were wonderful. There was a good variety of food for everyone to choose from. It came out as it was ready, which meant it was served fresh. We were all talking anyway, so we didn't mind. Since I am the designated driver, I was on ginger ale with lime There was no cover charge and they had a live band something the bars back home have stopped doing. I believe that I heard the lead vocal say the bands name was Wild Honey but truthfully the place was loud, I couldn't swear on it We seated ourselves at the bar, placed our drink order with bartender and sat back to enjoy the music. My drinking friends and I found this place last summer after we left the bearded clam. We wanted some food and looked at their menu and went in side to try. They were so amazing there and personal. We had delicious orange crushes, and appetizers. Everything we had was wonderful crab dip, Everything crabcakes are good burgers, a good everything. The bartender was excellent and informative about the business. They ended up, giving us a bunch of bumper stickers and sent us on our way, and I definitely will be coming back.!!! read more

Stopped here for a drink and decided to have a crab cake sandwich. It was delicious. It was all crab meat no fillers. The bar tender Nutty was super friendly and very attentive. The place was very clean and the staff worked very well together. We saw they now serve breakfast so we went back the next morning and had a great 2 egg with meat and home fries/ English muffin /coffee and my fried had the same thing although she opted for a Bloody Mary and our bill was a little over $30. My adult daughters and I had an amazing breakfast while staying in Ocean City for two weeks. It was hands down the best breakfast we had the entire trip! I had the Salted Caramel French Toast which was amazing! While there, we noted a band was playing that night so we brought the extended family back with us that night. During the weekend of a cancelled music festival, my friend and I (both women) literally ducked In here...we were avoiding unwelcome advances from someone following us from bar to bar. Rayven, the worlds most kick ass bouncer, and tommy the bartender made us feel so comfortable and literally put themselves between us and the unwelcome visitor. 100% would come here any day of the week.
