    Lamb lollipops, and scallops
    Pilar R.

Tapas were excellent. We had the scallops, shrimp with crab meat, lamb lollipops, and the short rib pasta. Every single thing was delicious.

First time here, but we will be back. Matt did a great job of taking care of us while helping train a new person. You can do small plates or entrees. We did some tapas with salmon, eggplant, short ribs & beef carpaccio, while one of our group got the short rib rigatoni Nice collection of wines & specialty drinks as well. Like I said, we will be back!

My daughter and I enjoyed a spectacular dinner at Liberators in Ocean City. The shrimp and scallops ceviche was phenomenal -- fresh, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor. We also ordered the meatball tapas along with a few other selections, and every single dish was outstanding. Everything we chose came from the tapas menu, which made for a fun, shareable dining experience, and not one item disappointed. Our server, Matt, was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which made the evening even better. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience, and we absolutely can't wait to go back.

I have been pondering this review for a little bit of time. It is nice to have a Liberatores in Ocean City as I know they offer great cuisine and beverages. The staff at this location is still undergoing training however it was difficult to tell because everyone was very professional and knew what they were doing. Ian behind the bar is a master and we experienced the best espresso martinis I think I ever had. The food was absolutely amazing very tasty and fresh. The one improvement that could be made is that the manager that was on site was not very friendly at all, unlike the rest of our staff. We noticed that she was consistently, frowning, and almost came across as angry, and I only saw her smile or talk to anyone when she saw a couple she must've known. That does not set a very friendly environment for patrons and it was a good thing that her staff what's so warm and inviting. We will definitely be back.

OK, this place is amazing! We always have a plan to eat in Ocean City. Includes Spain, wine bar, The Hobbit possibly sunset Grill, and a few others. But, we had every dinner except one at Liberatores this vacation! Nothing was lacking. The service was amazing. The host kept checking on us, and the food was beyond! And, and keeping with Olive gate 2025, they had amazing vodka martinis, and no charge for either being up or the blue cheese olives. Overall, I cannot highly recommended enough.

Excellent food. Lovely ambience. Matt was a great server and all the servers had great teamwork. Ordered the beet with whipped goat cheese crostini, cranberry glazed meatballs, and 2 different kinds of pizza. All were very good. I hope this restaurant lasts a long time.

This is the coconut mojito! Amazing!

This is a fabulous new restaurant in OCMD. When you walk in, you think you're in a swanky Manhattan club. The bar is beautiful. I've been twice now and it's my new favorite place. Each time I went the place was jumping! They're killing it! Tapas food is great to share. The burrata melted in my mouth. The meatballs are wonderful. The drinks are made to perfection thanks to Marshall's drink menu. Try the pear sangria! It's autumn in a glass. The staff is on point. I can't say enough about it.

The main bar was not crowded when we first arrived so we easily scored two bar stools with backs overlooking the south side of the bar. The bar started to fill up after 4 PM. A guy with a guitar sang some songs as per last time. The views of the Atlantic ocean and the bay are great from the Vista rooftop bar and restaurant. . They now offer many flavors of margaritas. Before we left the bar, all high tops were full with customers including customers who were waiting for our bar stools. Some customers seized the high tops, while some went to the secondary bar. A second bartender was called in when the bar became very busy. I opted for my three strawberry margaritas with salted rims for $8 each. I also enjoyed my Tsunami Wontons with Atlantic lobster, jumbo lump crab, avocado, pico de gallo, and wasabi and red pepper coulis for $20. The happy hour menu is different from when we last visited. Bartender Mark served both of us very well. My friend and I split our bill in half. My share of our bill was $49 including a 3% credit card surcharge, but excluding gratuity. We agreed we will return here again for happy hour.

We were seated on the rooftop and had a great view from our table. Immediately we were greeted and brought water and had our drink order taken. Our waitress explained the menu and we decided on all Tapas. The street corn is something I could eat for breakfast lunch and dinner every day so 10/10. The crab dip was delicious as well but not super strong crabby taste which made it about a 7/10 for me. I'm not a huge mushroom fan but I did have one and I enjoyed it a lot! The crispy calamari was a 10/10 as well and the chipotle aioli that came with it was the perfect pairing. The Gambas Al Alijo was also delicious! Perfect amount of seasoning. We also got the flank steak which was very good but we did ask for it to be cooked medium and it came out more well done than anything but still delicious! We ended the night with a nice little birthday surprise tart, complimentary. A very cute touch! Overall we loved the place and I'll definitely be visiting again and recommending!

Great place for a date night or a group dinner. Located on the 8th floor of the Cambria hotel. Park in the red cement marked Spain Wine Bar spaces; blue is for the hotel guests. Delicious food with fun cocktails and wines. Here is what we had over three dinners: - Cheese and Charcuterie Board with Drunken Goat cheese (mild flavor) and Jamon Serrano. It came with olives, apricot jam, and mixed nuts. We ran out of crackers and cheese quickly, so I would recommend getting two cheeses and extra bread. - Roasted Beet Salad - lots of cold beet chunks and sprinkled with Valdeon cheese (white cheese similar to feta), Great way start the visit - Short Rib Bocadillo - really loved this - it was short ribs on a lobster roll (no lobster) and the onions really made the flavors pop - Coffee Rubbed Pork Ribs - not spicy - Mmm mmm good! - Flank Steak with green chimichurri - tender and delicious. It did have tiny ribbons of fat on some of the edges. - Patatas Bravas - good size of roasted potatoes, tomato sauce with a drizzle of garlic aioli - Jamon Serrano Croquettes (ham and cheese) - Lollipop chicken - really good fried chicken legs with lots of meat at the top - Pan Seared Blackened tuna with corn avocado salad and micro cilantro. This was tasty but not a lot of tuna for the price - Pistachio gelato - light pistachio flavor - Olive OIl Cake with vanilla bean ice cream - big enough to share. We enjoyed it and it was different. You don't taste the olive oil. It was a denser golden cake. - Flourless chocolate cake covered in a white anglaise sauce and sprinkled with cocoa powder We had the red sangria which was good and came with a dendrobium orchid. We noticed the amount seemed low, about 1/3 full, in the glass but the table next to use had more like 1/2 full in the glass. I tried the Tiramisu White Russian drink for a dessert, and I really did not love it but just drank it to finish it.

At the time, we had just eaten dinner at a nearby fancy restaurant that was underwhelming. Last night, we finally made it in. As other reviewers have pointed out, parking is limited but got a spot as our reservation was at 4:45pm. In other restaurants, at times I would observe other servers being better than ours. However last night, I felt we had the best server. Olya was very good care of us and was really friendly. As for dinner, whenever my wife and I go to Italian restaurants, we tend to split items. We got the Insalata di Cesare ($15), Margherita pizza ($18), and Polpette ($14) which are 3 meatballs mixed with beef and pork. We ended dinner by splitting the cheesecake ($12) that included chocolate chips and a small cannoli on top. The only minor change I'd recommend is to change the croutons in the salad as they were really hard. Otherwise, everything else was absolutely fantastic!

Tucked in west Ocean City in a unassuming area, there is a small parking lot- which we were able to snag a parking spot. We made a reservation for 8:45 and walked in around 8:35. It took a few minutes but we were quickly sat. Nice lighting, dark accents and an intimate feel - I liked the decor immediately. For an appetizer we got the burrata which came with crostini and tomatoes. The tomatoes were yellow and the burrata was standard - a nice compilation of the necessary ingredients for a strong start. I also added a cup of cream of crab soup which was good but was lukewarm. For my meal I ordered the chicken parmigiana. Let me start by saying it was good and the rigatoni that came with it was al dente and good as well. But there was little to no sauce on the chicken. It was basically just a cutlet with some sauce garnish. The chicken had a nice fry to it and the seasoning was good - it just reminded me of commercialized Italian like you would get at an Olive Garden. Not saying that's a terrible thing - just wasn't the homemade feel I like in Italian. They were out of a lot of desserts so I settled on tiramisu which was very good. You wouldn't think Italian at the beach but this is a nice place off the beaten path in west o. Give it a shot.
