The Worst of the Worst shop to ever take your Jeep. My son took his Jeep there to get his rear main seal replaced. Well the owner Rob said that it needed rotors and brakes on all 4 wheels. So we wanted 2 weeks to get his Jeep back and paid $2500, only to get a Jeep back with the rear main seal still leaking and a grinding noise coming from the right front rotor. When we brought the Jeep back and showed him the leak he became belligerent and cursed me out because he said he did the work and didn't care if it was leaking because he could have received a bad seal and its not his fault. What a joke this shop is. Look at the other reviews that tell the story of the poor work they do and then he blames it on his health issues or no good staff to work on vehicles. When my son showed me the receipt, I noticed he ripped me off and charged me an additional $200 for parts not even on my son's Jeep. We had to dispute the charges and send pictures of the leaking seal to prove he didn't do the job correctly and didn't know what they were doing. Now I'm going to take my son's Jeep to a Napa Authorized Shop and have them look over everything he says he did and if they say those parts used weren't what he charged me for or aren't even on the Jeep, I'll be seeing Rob in court. My next stop is the BBB to file a complaint. No one should be scammed or taken advantage of and charged for work or parts not received. Beware and read other reviews! TOTAL SCAM AND RIP-OFF ARTISTS! If you have a Jeep please take it somewhere else. They Do Not Have Any Mechanical Skills! My son took his Jeep there for a main rear seal and Rob the owner said he needed all new rotors also. After $2500, my son called me and said the Jeep still leaking and is making an awful noise when pressing the brakes. So I went to the shop with my son to bring the Jeep back, showed the oil leaking and Rob the owner became belligerent, cursed me out and said he fixed even though its still leaking and said get the F**ck out his shop. So we disputed the charge with the credit card company for work not done and my card was charged $200 extra dollars for parts that I didn't even have. If my son wouldn't have given me the receipt, I would have never seen that extra charge. When other reviewers say Run, You Better Run the other way. Don't say you weren't warned. The owner always has an excuse as to why the work isn't done. He told me he had to fire his entire staff of mechanics. "Crazy" Nae's is right. I took my jeep in for a toe alignment after replacing a tie rod end. Dropped my jeep off and a couple hours later received a call stating that it would be an extra hour of labor because my track bar was installed "incorrectly." Fast forward I show up 6 hours after receiving the call that my jeep was in the shop. Upon arriving to pick up my jeep after walking in I was told my jeep wasn't ready yet. After I started questioning why (because the job should've taken no more than an hour to do) Renee started being hostile. She took me to my jeep which was still on the rack. After trying to figure out why my track bar needed to be taken off to adjust (it's adjustable while on the jeep) Rob became pissed off when he found out I had installed the track bar myself claiming it was installed incorrectly. He claimed "we're not working on anymore customer worked on jeeps for this reason" and stormed off. Once the other "technician" lowered my jeep off the rack we went for a test drive. During which, my jeep started having death wobble. The "technician" claimed it came from my tires. Mind you, I didn't bring my jeep to them with a death wobble issue. After having it put back on the rack and inspected for what Rob claimed was from numerous parts that are unrelated to death wobble. When I asked what the track bar bolts were torqued to he replied "we impacted them" "our impact goes to 105 ft lbs" which I replied "the bolts need 125 ft lbs." He stormed off. Renee started asking if I was ASE certified (which I am) and I grabbed my torque wrench and checked the bolts. Both track bar bolts as well and the clamps we're loose. I was working on my own jeep on their rack. Once she saw that they were under spec she started saying that I'm more than welcome to work on my own jeep in the parking lot because me doing so on the rack was violating their insurance policy. Once I tightened all the track bar bolts to the proper torque spec we went on another test drive. Amazingly the death wobble was gone! At this point I was just ready to get out of there. Upon checking out Renee said I had to pay in cash for "customer supplied parts." Which I didn't bring them any parts to install. She allowed me to pay with a card which my bank has a claim for after them. After a few smirk remarks and her being nice to me now after I fixed my own jeep in their shop. I left now that my jeep was somewhat drivable. I went home a rechecked everything and come to find out all the bolts they touched were loose and covered in red loctight. Mind you I only took it here because it was a simple toe adjustment. I brought my jeep here last summer and that's a whole other story which should've made me not let them touch my jeep again. I took my jeep to my normal shop and they had to fix what they messed up and now my jeep drives like my BMW. No bad parts. The only bad parts are the owners of this somehow still functioning establishment. I'd call them YouTube mechanics as best but that would be a complement. Just wait for their response to this review and you'll see for yourself. If they don't reply then read their replies on other peoples reviews. I've added pictures of what they did as well as what my normal shop did and what they said about Jeep Waves work. The pictures show how off centered my axle was that they charged me extra to "fix." Granted the other stories they told me of this place were a lot worse so I'd consider myself lucky. read more

If you're considering this shop, just don't. After forking over $9k for engine replacement I picked up my jeep in pieces nearly a year later. Owner is a complete scam artist. Revolving door Employees have zero knowledge on how to do anything. Complete waste of money not to mention the stress. Take my advice and go elsewhere. I'm not going to write a long winded review. I could go on forever. Basically they had my Jeep in the shop for like 3 months with constant excuses. When I finally got fed up and told them to figure it out or give me my deposit and jeep back they suddenly figured it out......or so I thought. I got it back and it didn't feel right. So I took all back roads to work keeping it off the freeway. Turns out this was the right decision, because when I took it to my trusted mechanic, which I should have done first, but they are far away, they told me I was one pin breaking away from losing total control. I showed them pictures and descriptions of everything they did wrong. To zero resolution. I was told the ONLY REASON. i didn't wreck and lose total control of steering was a last resort cotter pin. These people are playing with other peoples LIVES. And the cherry on top is they stole my brand new spare that I had JUST put on, when they put my new tires on. Stopped by for minor soft top hinge repair. Within 15 seconds, a person greeted me in parking lot; then the co-owner came out to take over; then the other owner. They fixed the hinge within 15 minutes...and talked "Jeeps" during that time. Nice folks. read more
