This place took over the old Mimi's cafe next to In-n-out. I was honestly surprised with how much I liked it when I finally got around to trying it! This spot offers hot pot, KBBQ anda variety of other items. The hot pot is a convection stove built into your table for each guest, and the KBBQ (unlike other KBBQ places) is cooked by the staff and brought to your table ready to eat, so no grill like traditional KBBQ places. I can't complain though because everything they brought was cooked great, and everything I made in the hot pot was equally as good. They also have a large selection of appetizers and greens, as well as a very large sauce bar to make your perfect dipping sauce. They also offer dessert for when you're wrapping up, including melon ice cream pops. I would recommend this place and will likely return. read more

I don't see nothing crazy about this place besides advertising as ayce and cutting people off. Beware, if you select the supreme menu and order the blue fin tuna more than 3-4 times, they'll tell you they're out and you'll still end up having to pay the supreme price. Husband and I went on a Friday for dinner, it was slow and quiet. There were about 3-4 other tables. We chose the supreme menu. U can order an item on the supreme menu every 10 minutes. We only got 2 things from the supreme menu. The blue fin tuna and snow crab. Blue fin tuna- Our 3rd order of the blue fin tuna, the waiter brought it to us and said "these blue fin tuna are very expensive." Me and my husband looked at each other like, okay? Half way thru our meal we ordered the 4th order of blue fin tuna and the same waiter came out with regular tuna and said they were out of the blue fin tuna. First of all, if you're out or low, you should inform the customers before they select the supreme. 2nd of all, if it's not ayce blue fin tuna, put a limit on it. It's false advertisement to advertise as ayce to get customers in the door and then tell them those toro are expensive and cut them off. We would've never select supreme if we had known they were going to lie and tell us they're out. Snow crabs- Our 1st order of the snow crab legs were medium size. We ordered a 2nd round of snow crab legs towards the end of our meal and they were much much smaller and scraps. The hot pot was mediocre. Came to check out this restaurant because of their current 10% off deal on Instagram. I was a little skeptical because usually with these restaurants that try to do too many things in one spot, it isn't the best. First off we walked up to the restaurant and there were workers just smoking out in front of the door. We had no choice but to walk through the smoke which was so gross! They have one set dinner menu that includes mostly everything, and then the supreme option offers just a handful of extra options, which weren't worth the extra $14 to me. The Korean BBQ meats are actually cooked by them in the back and then they bring it out, which surprised me. I do love cooking my own barbecue, but since we were with our kids, it did make it more convenient that they were cooking it already. The bulgogi and beef finger rib were our favorites. The nigiri and sashimi weren't really anything outstanding. The tamago seemed like it was frozen and defrosted because when it came out it was slightly cold/too firm. The only ones we liked from the sushi menu were the tataki options since they actually had flavor. From the hotpot option, I did enjoy my tom yum broth. And they had tons of options for ingredients, vegetables, and sauces, so that part of the menu was pretty satisfying. The only thing is, I wish they had all their buffet and sauce items labeled, because I really couldn't tell what a lot of the sauces were. I just played it safe with a few items that I could recognize. They have a few dessert options - a few basic cake options in the buffet line, and then a freezer full of a few ice cream flavors. My favorite was actually the banana pudding that had sago in it. Again no label on that so I have no idea if it had a name but that's the best way I could describe it. The service was pretty good, our first server was super helpful and friendly, but then she went on break or left a few minutes after we were sat. The second server was not bad, but not quite as personable. I do really appreciate that they have the tablet to place our own orders so we don't have to wait on the server for most things. Overall, it wasn't the worst, but I just don't think I'd come back unless someone else picked the place. If I want AYCE Korean barbecue, sushi, or hotpot, I would just go to that specific type of restaurant only, rather than one that offers all of it. read more

Lazy Pot is one of those places where I was skeptical with the concept: AYCE hot pot, Korean BBQ AND sushi.. and wondered, "Okay, but which one of these is actually going to be good..?" Because there's no way you can have a restaurant that serves it all without compromising the quality of food. Turns out though, I was pleasantly surprised! Not as bad as I thought it would be. I came here with family about two months ago while visiting California, and we decided to do everything because why limit ourselves? I wasn't the one footing the bill (thanks, fam!), but looking at the prices, it can definitely add up and I don't think I would pay for the upgrades personally. But for this visit, I definitely left so ridiculously full that I don't think anyone could accuse me of not getting my money's worth. There is a limit to how many items you can order at once, which I know can sometimes be annoying at AYCE places, but it didn't bother me much here. Our orders came out at a pretty reasonable pace, and our server was nice and kept things moving. There's also a self-serve bar with other food and sides you can grab, so you're not exactly sitting there staring at an empty table while waiting for the next round. Now, the FOOD. Seafood is absolutely where Lazy Pot won me over. The sushi was surprisingly better than I thought! I went here expecting it to just taste subpar but anything seafood-related we ordered was superb, and I kept going back for more sushi throughout the meal (especially the sashimi). Easily my favorite part of the experience. Not the most exquisite sushi ever but great quality for this type of restaurant. For hot pot, I chose the tom yum broth and really enjoyed it. Tangy, flavorful, and a nice contrast when you're eating an ungodly amount of food in one sitting. The meats, however, are where that fifth star disappeared. The quality was just okay, particularly with the Korean BBQ and hot pot meats. Nothing was necessarily bad, but compared to how much I enjoyed the seafood, there was definitely a difference in quality. Then again, after you've cooked and eaten what feels like your 47th piece of meat, I feel like your taste buds start waving a white flag and everything becomes "meat." Still, if the meat quality were a little better, this would have been an easy five stars for me. I also really liked the atmosphere. We were seated in an area illuminated by blue lighting, which gave the room a cool, almost lounge-like vibe. Our table happened to be close to the restroom too, which normally isn't something I'd bother mentioning in a Yelp review, but after AYCE hot pot, KBBQ, sushi, AND multiple trips to the self-serve bar? Location, location, location. Lazy Pot is ambitious for trying to cram three different AYCE experiences under one roof, and while I do think some quality gets sacrificed with the meats, I can't say I walked away disappointed. Quite the opposite. The seafood exceeded my expectations, the sushi was genuinely good, I loved my tom yum broth, service was pleasant, and I practically had to roll myself out afterward. Crazy Pot is definitely more than just a meal, it's an experience! The fun part is customizing your own hot pot. Each person gets their own broth, and you can add whatever you want from the many options: mini quail eggs, different noodles, rice cakes, theirs crab boil, veggies, and so much more. There's also a sauce bar with lots of options, plus fruit and other sides. We upgraded to premium, and overall there were a lot of things we really enjoyed. The ribs were SO good, the bulgogi and kalbi were delicious, and I really liked the tuna and seared salmon from the sushi options. I even got a second helping! The lion roll was another favorite of mine, and my girls loved that they could get simple rolls like cucumber or avocado. The buffet had calamari, fried chicken, and other items. The calamari was good but nothing stood out. Unfortunately, the crab legs were very overcooked, which was disappointing, and the filet mignon was also overcooked. They still had decent flavor, but those were not highlights. Every 10 minutes you can choose from different premium items and other meats, and the nigiri/sashimi selection includes 8 pieces. At the end, there are different ice cream flavors to choose from, which was a fun way to finish the meal. My girls had a great time, and I think that's what makes Crazy Pot special, it's interactive, fun, and there are so many choices that everyone can find something they enjoy. Wild. $52.40 per person... I'm lost for words when it comes down to value. I came here for dinner, $40.99 per head. Mind you this was their lower tiered option, and for me it missed the mark. I was impressed with the entrance as you are greeted with a small waiting room area right in front of the bar. Greeted immediately and was seated when my party arrived. We were seated to the room just right of the bar which was very spacious, meant for larger parties. I was impressed at first glance at how massive the tables were and how they had a tablet to order. This where things got a little interesting. Our server did a great job describing our options: - everyone can order their broth - 3x items per hot pot protein, kkbq and sushi rolls - 8x items for sashimi - reorder every 10 minutes - order white rice and drinks with server Simple instructions, yet the downfall was that the ordering device was at one side of the table which made it a bit challenging to order items. Small screen and those who sat next to the device had no choice but to place orders for everyone. I saw other tables with two devices which they should do for all tables for a smoother experience for customers. Side dishes - typical appetizers. My party unfortunately had what seemed like an old batch. As the fries were not crispy, the fried rice was lukewarm, calamari no crisp bite. Seasoned well. Sushi options - mid at best. Quality was a bit lacking for me. The hand rolls were decently sized yet they felt like premade rolls and not made to order. The wasabi and ginger are hidden - they're located alongside a wall... not the best placement. Korean bbq - disappointed. The precooked meats were small portions, lukewarm, and lacked the bbq flavor that one would expect. No grills here so don't expect the cooking experience. Their steak was good despite it being thin. Hot pot - the shining star. Duh, it's called Crazy Pot. I orders the Szechuan spicy broth. Good kick. Decent options of seafood, mushrooms, noodles and other proteins. Overall just okay. The space itself is large but the flow and placement of where things were made it a bit challenging. Behind the bar was the appetizers, sauce bar, bowls, cutlery, fruit, ice cream and greens/veggies. A variety of items that made it a bit confusing and hard to find things. Not properly labeled and can get crowded. The hot pot items were placed in a walkway so people walking behind you as you try and select items. Be careful. Their trays are massive so you tend to grab more but once you're back at your table, playing Terris is a must. Glad I tried it once. But I don't think I'll be back. Not bad. This is a new AYCE hot pot, sushi, and Korean BBQ spot in Sacramento. You place your orders through a tablet, and there are also buffet-style items you can grab yourself. The tablet setup wasn't the most convenient for larger groups since it's stationed at one end of the table, so one person basically had to read through all the menu options for everyone else. One thing I liked was that the Korean BBQ meats come out already cooked. If you've ever tried managing both hot pot and grilling BBQ at the same time, you know it can be a lot. The galbi and shrimp were both well-seasoned and cooked nicely. I also really enjoyed the tom yum broth, it had a great balance of flavor without being overly sour, and it stayed flavorful even after cooking everything in it. I didn't spend much time looking through the tablet menu, but they seemed to offer a good selection of quality meats for the hot pot. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't perfect. While scooping food out of my hot pot, I found a sticker in the broth. I initially brushed it off, but later I picked up a piece of avocado sushi that appeared to have what looked like a squished bug on it. After that, I lost my appetite. Our server was sweet and attentive. She explained how everything worked, checked on us several times throughout the meal, and made sure we had everything we needed. Came here to celebrate my cousin's birthday last night. The restaurant had plenty of seatings! It looks like there was about 3 big main rooms separated by walls for seatings. Our server was great! She was so attentive and friendly. I ordered the Tom yum soup and it was very flavorful. It's an interactive restaurant, where you get up and go get your choice of side items and hot food! As for the main dishes such as meats for your hot pot and sushi and grilled meat items, you order those on an iPad that's connected to your table and they'll bring those dishes out to you. I heard about Crazy Pot from a friend and decided to try them out for lunch. They do have a promotion until July 1 that they are taking 15% off the entire bill. The pricing for lunch is $25.99 and Dinner is $40.00. I think the pricing is great! Lunch had plenty of options. You pick your hot pot broth and you can change it up each round. I always love Tonkotsu so I stuck with that. My meat I stuck with prime ribeye and pork belly. My appetizers I ordered honey glazed pork belly, and cheese corn. My sushi... I ordered the Philly roll you can do half or whole rolls, Salmon shashimi and Tuna sashimi. The toppings you go and choose and get yourself and there is a wide selection even seafood. There is a buffet area with hot food items and a sauce and toppings bar. There is a organic station with fresh fruits and vegetables. To end your meal they have a freezer filled with different ice creams. The inside is decent. It's clean and siting a decent amount of patrons. The customer service didn't miss either. I really wanted to fall in love with this place. The combination of things made it seem like it would be a match made in heaven for my tastes. Let's start with the positives: you can grab stuff from the buffet area, which is always nice. There's an assortment of starters and other things. You can add stuff to your hotpot with all the different things there. Additionally, you can order via tablet, which makes the whole process streamlined. There is a timer in between rounds, but we didn't find it an issue during our time there. The KBBQ is interesting. The menu is definitely not as extensive as other places in the area, even compared to those businesses that also have a combination of offerings and not limited to KBBQ. They do the cooking, which means more time for you to eat. You don't have to worry about tending to the grill. However, even with a limited menu, the meats weren't the best. The cuts of the meat were subpar, when compared to comparable businesses. The tastes of the marinades were also not as good as we were hoping. Similarly, the sushi was not as good as we were hoping. When compared to other places that offer both KBBQ and sushi, the sushi here wasn't as good. Hotpot was solid, I will say. The amount of meat per order was impressive. I'd probably lean towards this place being a hotpot forward place, with some KBBQ and sushi. Other places are more KBBQ forward, but this definitely gave the vibe that hotpot is their feature that they're best at. Staff was awesome. The combination of everything made it feel like an OK experience but more leaning towards as could've been better, and Yelp gives that as 2, so I'll give them that. read more

The service was great. The $55 for the supreme choice was crazy expensive for what you get. You could only order 3 items from each category (sashimi, shabu meats, and etc). That wouldn't be enough food each round unless you are a party of 3 or less. You have to wait for 10 minutes to be over until you could order again on the tablet. You could order more with your waiter but they are limited in how much more they could add on. The sashimi was okay. I usually base my sashimi on salmon and I gave it maybe a 6.5/10. The blue fin was decent at 7/10. They had good sauces, lots of add-ons for the hotpot, and good hot foods (chicken wings, shrimp tempura, etc). The galbi was good and juicy. Tried this place out tonight, and it wasn't too bad! I have had my fair share of hotpot with kbbq and/or sushi and I would say this ranks in my top 5. We went for the supreme menu for our first try, because we like to go big or go home. Also because we want to be able to try everything so we can rule out if we will try it again. For $54.99/adult and $27.99/child, I would say the price is steep. It's almost like Redhawk prices. For the supreme menu you only get snow crab legs, raw oysters, filet mignon, and bluefin toro. Is it worth it for $15 extra? I'm still debating. The main focus is hotpot and sushi, and then you get a side of Korean bbq that is order off the menu. You can focus on your hotpot while the rest they bring out to you. That is a plus, because sometimes I get overwhelmed when you have to grill and cook your hotpot! Service was good! Emilio took the time to explain the menu, he was very attentive with clearing our plates as long as being so kind to bring my cutlery even though it was self serve. He grabbed me crab crackers when he brought out my snow crab legs, and went to grab me a knife when I asked for scissors and they didn't have it. The place is really sleek and clean. Everything is granite inside and on the dark side. I liked that each table had a spotlight so my videos turn out clear. 4.5 stars I've been to almost all of the sushi/hot pot/kbbq combo places and this one is the best imo. The broth was actually pretty good, which was a pleasant surprise. Usually that's the biggest disappointment at places like this. Tonkotsu could've used a bit more flavor, but it was good enough. Tom yum had good flavor. It's self-serve for hot food, veggies, fruit, sauces, noodles, seafood, ice cream cups, etc. They had some giant shrimp/prawns that my partner enjoyed. Noodles included ramen, clear (potato?) noodles, udon, vermicelli. It was decent selection overall. Sauce options were pretty limited though. They definitely needed yuzu and to label what was in the house and pre-made sauces. The meat, kbbq, and sushi is ordered through the tablet. It was nice that you can order without having to wait for the waiter. It's just 10 min between orders. I loved the American Kobe and Australian Wagyu (dinner only). They were freshly sliced and perfectly thin, like I like. Most places shave thicker slices, so it's not as tender. But here, it's thin like it's supposed to be. I liked that the kbbq meat is cooked already because then I can focus on my hot pot. The bulgogi did t seem like good quality, but tasted fine. The short rib was average and same for pork belly. Sushi is skimpy on rice, but that's fine because I'm trying to save room for other stuff lol. The corn cheese was not it.. I wouldn't get it again. Idk what they mix in it, but I didn't care for it. Looked more like cream cheese than cheese-pull type of cheese, if that makes sense. Service was great. William checked on us often and explained the menu, how to order, etc thoroughly. There's a lot of staff working so they clear dishes off your table quickly and bring out orders fast too. Layout of interior is large, but a bit confusing and not the most well thought out. It's a little skinny in the areas where the self-serve food is and can make it weird to navigate between other customers and workers with dishes, carts, etc. It also only takes one person to block the whole fruit, veggie, and sauce section, so it can be a bit of a wait to grab that stuff. Hopefully people can be more aware of others and try to make room for them to grab items at the same time. Location isn't great imo. It's near In-N-Out by Arden Fair Mall. Parking lot is kinda weird and I'm not sure what you do if you can't find a spot, as it didn't seem like a very big parking lot (though there may be more spaces that I didn't see). It's kinda far from me, so I'm disappointed because if it was closer I would def come back more often. Overall, I think the price is fair for AYCE, especially with all the options included. Most other places come with one option and you have to pay more for additional options (like you have to get hot pot and then it's additional for the kbbq or sushi). Came here for their soft opening deal for dinner. The wait was pretty long. They have a Yelp waitlist that helped but we still had to wait a good amount of time even getting on the waitlist before we got here. We got the table by the bathroom. It smelled pretty bad and they had a cart of dirty dishes there too. The table was also still dirty and sticky. The booth seating was annoying to get in and out of. The server explained how ordering worked through the tablet. The sauce bar was pretty minimal with little customization. The veggies were not fresh and tasted bitter. Meats we only stuck to the Australian Wagyu and it was pretty good but did notice that the quality go down the more rounds we got. The sashimi was the best thing. They gave good cuts but some were a bit frozen still. The sushi rolls took the longest and they were not good. They tasted really bland even with the sauce on them. We were informed that there was no more galbi short ribs since it was so busy. The rib eye steak was super pink still and we can't cook it longer since there is no grill. The rib fingers were good. For the bulgogi we only got scraps while we saw other table next to us get full big pieces. The corn cheese is terrible and tasted like plastic. Our server barely ever checked on us and we wanted to get the check. We got tired of waiting and went to the front and they sent us back to get the server to check out. We came here during their soft opening. It was around 5:30 on a Friday. We were seated right away since there was no wait. The place is nicely decorated and clean. After we were seated, we ordered our hot pot soup from the tablet and went to grab food from the food stations. They offer hot food, hot pot side items, veggies, fruits, desserts and ice creams. All these are self serve. For hot pot meats, sushi, KBBQ and drinks, you will order from the tablet. KBBQ meats are cooked for you, which I like as I don't have to worry about cooking them myself and will have more time to pig out =D. The quality of their food seemed decent to me. They were consistantly refilling the items in the self serve stations. For the items ordered through the tablet, it took a while to come out since they got super busy. We placed an order of the galbi short rib but it never came out. We flagged down our server. Then the server brought over the manager/owner. We were told they never received the order from their end. He quickly took care of it. Since it was a busy evening, the service was lacking a bit. They were just opened not long ago so I know to give them some time to work out the kinks and get things flowing more smoothly. Overall, this is a solid place. Food was good. Luckily I was smart enough to see if we could have reservations and called ahead of time which was great because by the time we arrived, there was a long waiting list of people trying to get in on a Saturday night. We ordered the supreme dinner and feel that it was completely worth it because we enjoyed many items that we could not have otherwise Scott such as the crab Oysters short rib, ribs, filet mignon ebi other items. The chef Juan spicy soup was very spicy and we appreciated all of the ingredients that we could select from to add to our hot pot in addition to the Kobee beef that we ordered. That sashimi was God. The half sushi rolls are quite a good idea. That way we were able to try a few kinds. The drink service was a little slow. I guess the bartender was backed up, but the waters were kept full, and the buckets for our shelves were emptied in our plates were cleared regularly. I would say that the service was good with the exception of the drinks. the food came out super fast and when we couldn't order off of the tablet or waitress put in the order for us. The tablet is a little bit hard for people that aren't sitting right next to it, but we ended up switching spots so that everybody could select what they wanted. While all you can eat, isn't normally something I are taken in this restaurant makes that an exception for me and I cannot wait to come here again absolutely dreamy! The only sad part is that I didn't get the 30% off or $.99 beers because even though I was told by the restaurant in an Instagram/Facebook message that that deal would continue until the post was taken down...it didn't! read more

Came in on a Sunday night and while the parking lot was full, we didnt have much of a wait. I will also commend our server who explained how the system worked, and checked in to refill drinks and clear plates out. This is a hot pot, KBBQ (without the grill), and sushi restaurant which is not seen in a lot of places around Sacramento. The buffet area was good, and had some seafood options. You can order via a tablet but do have limitations on how many you can order and how fast. One thing I noticed was that the cuts of meat seemed to be lower quality than other KBBQ restaurants where you cook yourself. Always take my reviews of K-bbq restaurants with a grain of salt. It's not my favorite type of outing, buty wife loves them. So, we had a great weekend, I work tomorrow, so thought I'd take her out. Note to fans of traditional K-bbq... This is different. You order via kiosk, which my wife jokingly likes so you can see how much you order at a time, so you don't over order. The hot pot is cooked at your table, but unlike traditional, they cook the k-bbq in the kitchen, and bring it to you, so it may seem less communal. But...less "clutter" too, I suppose? Our server was very friendly and adept. Sodas were filled, food was brought out in timely manner. A for service. The japchae was some of the better japchae I've had in awhile. One negative: the kiosk lists a bunch of sushi, but doesn't list what's in each roll. Allergists beware. Very nice ambiance. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed with the neon LED lighting, and the entrance-facing bar, which provided a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that was not at all overwhelming. The service was excellent. Our server remained highly attentive and came by multiple times to check in and made sure we were taken care of promptly. Now onto the food, typically with these types of KBBQ and Hotpot combination AYCE spots, there's a trade-off whereas one typically overshadows the other. However, not only were both the KBBQ and Hotpot were good, the sushi was also on point. From my experience, when the food at an AYCE spot is good, usually the fruits are underripe. However, not the case at Crazy Pot! From the longan, to the honeydew, apricots, watermelon, strawberries, etc... all of them were equally tasty. Even the self-serve Cajun crab texture was perfect. The menu was expansive and we placed orders through an iPad, with everything coming out promptly after we hit submit. All in all, a solid AYCE spot when your party cannot decide whether to eat KBBQ, Hotpot, or sushi. Can't vouch for the hibachi bar since we didn't try it but it's definitely something to look forward to for the next time we go, which will likely be soon! read more

i thought the quality was decent especially considering they're doing so much at once. the worst part of our experience was the service. the wait times are completely off. we joined the waitlist on yelp and it said the wait was 10-30 minutes which was very doable for us. we got a notification twenty minutes later saying to check with the host even though we hadn't budge at all on the waitlist. the hostess told us no tables were ready yet. as it was the soft opening, i figured as much and i asked the hostess how lunch longer she thinks she would be which she said 30 minutes. that 30 minutes became over an hour. after 90 minutes of waiting our party of 2 had only moved 6 spots up the waitlist. when waiting to be seated, a group had came in and wanted to see how long the wait was going to be for a party of 3. the wait time on yelp said ~20 mins and the same hostess that i spoke to earlier said that time was accurate. girlllll you told me thirty and it was nearly three times that. when we actually got seated we waited for ten minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us and ended up using the call server button on the tablet. i completely understand it was a soft opening but the extremely inaccurate wait times is what disappointed me the most. i wouldn't have minded waiting the wait as long as i knew what it was in advance. also the hostess could've been more realistic with the time. there was also a fiasco of my name getting taken off the waitlist out of no where but this review is long enough. read more

I came by for lunch on weekday. The buffet was very solid. I had the garlic butter shrimp, some sushi rolls, nigiri, and hotpot. The shrimp were pretty good, and the sushi was better than I expected from an ayce place. The area i thought it fell a bit short was the hotpot, I got the Sichuan spicy, which wasnt bad. I liked the variety of options, but I thought the meat quality was not that great. The slices were kind of thick and the meat came out a bit tough for me. I think I would have preferred the sauce bar to have labels right next to the sauce versus at the top, but the variety of options was great. It was also nice to have little small personal pots. Overall, I think that crazy pot was pretty good, and a good option if you want to have options, but I think I prefer dedicated hotpot places a little better. read more

Right by In-n- Out on Alta Arden, I think this use to be Mimi's or macaroni grill? AYCE for 24.99 lunch. Decent selection of hot food, I really enjoyed the brandy fried wings. It is a bit confusing when sitting down. You have induction table tops and you order everything through a tablet located on the table. Sushi, Korean bbq and soup bases. Hot buffet with some items are self serve as well as add ins for the hot pot. I wished they had ramen eggs available for hot pot but everything was pretty good. It's a different way of ordering and can be confusing if you never had hotpot before. Will come back and try Supreme with more item selections. Clean and updated on the inside. Layout is interesting. I had really low expectations for this place because usually when a place that does kbbq hot pot and sushi all together is not a good sign. However I was pleasantly surprised. Sushi was pretty fresh without any fishy smell. Kbbq items were cooked already so there's no DIYing. Ribeye was a little overcooked so it was a bit tough to chew on. Hot pot meat was decent and there were quite a few hot pot toppings to choose from. I hope they stay this way and not cheap out in the future because I'm planning on going back! read more

Decent parking, good service, tons of variety if variety is your thing. Another interesting aspect is they serve the kbbq meats cooked to you, so no need to cook yourself those meats. They have raw shrimp, tofu, leafy greens, Cajun food, fish, squid tentacles, mushrooms, fruits, ice cream, and other items to get too. You order off a tablet at the table. We got here during opening and got seated within 10 minutes, but then again we were a tiny party of 2 which tends to get seated faster. It started picking up crowds as time went by. Our server, a petite lady - she was really good. Timely, checked in on tables, and super knowledgeable. When folks wondered where there orders were, she let them know it's gotten busy so the food makers are going to get to it but that she would check on their orders. Once I overheard that, I didn't need to bother checking anymore. And of course, soon my 2 sushi plates arrived! Very nice. We ate hot pot , kbbq, and various sushi. Personally i got the spider roll and lion king roll. I wouldn't have mind trying the caterpillar roll too but there was plenty of other food to eat. We came during their soft opening where they had an incredible 30% off. If they had deals like this more often then I would come here more often. The normal pricing is much higher. read more

My husband and I came to their soft opening, and the staffs were very friendly and patient with us. They are still navigating their new system so please be patient with them! Their hot food bar was pretty good. I really like their bulgogi fried rice! They also have another side bar just for hotpot. My husband got the Sichuan soup base which was really good. I got kimchi soup base, but I was not fond of how it tasted as it too sour. It was still good overall. Because it was still really new, there was not a lot of people there. Our waiter was really attentive with us and I really appreciated with how patient he was when explaining how things work and when the tablet stopped working!! Maybe it's call Crazy Pot because there is a lot going on. There is of course hot pot, Korean BBQ, sushi, and some pre-cooked food. The meat is fresh and plenty. We ate from the regular menu, because we have young kids and they don't get fancy. Regular menu is plenty! We ate our fill with Australian wagyu. Try the hamachi fish collar if you've never tried. I love that you order from the table tablet. There is no waving down busy servers here. Just do it on the tablet. The portion is plenty, so don't order too much at once. The sushi is made fresh to order! They grilled the Korean BBQ for you, which is nice because you'll be busy tending to the hotpot. It also means you don't have to smell like BBQ afterwards! A hugh plus! The BBQ marinade is not too sweet. We love it! There is a sauce bar where you can make your own dipping sauce. I wish they would label all their sauce ingredients. I'm Chinese and I have problem telling between all the ingredients. There are a lot of non-asian fellow diners. It'll help them to know all the different ingredients, too. read more

Food was horrible , I wanted to like it I really did. The ice cream in the cup was the best part. Crab over cooked. Ribeye was tough, not a lot of options for sushi. And they will give u a time out on the food. Cant order a bunch at once. Server was ok he talked super fast. Didn't explain nothing to us. We were confused on the sauces for hot pot. Definitely not coming back so disappointed. $55 per a person for the supreme is not worth it at all. I'm soo upset and not satisfied at all. read more
