I came in the other day because I needed to kill some time before going out. I had eyelash extensions before so I decided to give this place a try, and I'm so glad that I did ! The technician that assisted me was Sarah. She explained the process thoroughly and was very sweet! I am all about customer service and she made me feel right at home. Her hand work is light, and to my embarrassment I actually fell asleep lol. With the extensions I had in the past, the lashes had 3 strands in one which made my eyes feel heavy. When I told her of the previous work I had, she informed me that the lashes they use are individually placed on each eyelash, making a more natural look! Totally recommend! Super friendly, clean and professional! I got a BEAUTIFUL new full set of nails with gel polish and sparkles with Lucy. They look gorgeous! I had an appointment only for my finger nails and my husband had an appointment for a pedicure. My husband's pedicure finished before my nails were done and he was so thrilled with his pedicure, he suggested that I get one. So then, Lucy fit me in to get a pedicure immediately after my full set was done with one of the other nail technicians. My husband was right! Wonderful pedicure and the water temperature was perfect! The massage chairs were not aggressive but soothing with a touch of class! My feet, legs and toes look and feel terrific! First time getting my eyelash extensions by Mae and she did such a great job... I will certainly be coming back for all my fillers!!! As for my nails... well... I could stand for a little improvement...they feel too sharp and uneven with small clumps on the bottom of the acrylic nail. Slowest place EVER. Had a 4pm appt for a pedicure. Wasn't done until 5:30. Asked for a gel pedi and the guy took the polish off and started all over again. My daughter went too. I really didn't want to dislike this place but this was the worst pedicure I've ever had and my dip nails came out horrible. I appreciate a place that's honest and would tell me they 1. Can't take me at the time I made an appointment for (they didn't start until 30 mins later) 2. Admit they Don't know how to do a dip nail 3. Admit they Don't know how to do a gel nail. I'm giving them an extra star because when I mentioned these nails won't last and said they're too thin, they tried to make them better. But they continued to file them. My friend got a gel manicure and after putting the polish on, they filed the polish. I've never seen anyone do that. I highly recommend the technician receive additional training and education on new techniques before making promises they can't keep. And STOP overbooking! read more

One of the best fill/mani experiences I've ever had. Great gel color collection, fast, attentive, careful service (no bloody cuticles from being sanded off), and overall polite and great conversation with my tech (sadly I forget her name! Mae did my lash extensions yesterday and she has given me the BEST lashes! I called that morning at 857 and asked if they had availability for extensions and they did! They asked me to arrive at 930. I've gotten lashes done on 3 separate occasions by 3 different technicians in the past 2 years-- mae has been the absolute best by FAR. She gave me her professional opinion on which ones to go with and took her time applying them. We went with the Russian technique and did 2 per lash. We had a great conversation and we were done in 1.5 hours. I had NO stinging and they feel SUPER lightweight. They look natural and just dramatic enough. I've already booked my refill appointment that her husband Vincent will do for me. I'm so glad I found Mae on yelp! She is so friendly and so was the man who answered the phone when I called. I called directly from yelp and forgot which business I called because I was looking at another lash salon as well but he didn't get annoyed that I had to ask which business I dialed. Tammy did a great job! I walked-in sans appointment and was greeted warmly at the door. It was only moments before a spa seat was set up and my feet were submerged in relaxing warm salted water. The scrubbing and snipping was pretty decent for the basic pedi and the paint job was spot on. She was very careful and accommodating and asked if certain things were ok without just diving in head first. A definite plus. They are a tad in the pricy side ($18) for a basic pedicure, but it was ok for today I suppose. Would recommend them to a friend for sure. Received eyelash extension services during their special deal. All staff are friendly. Eyelash tech informed me of what sizes would fit for my lashes. An hour and half later I had butterfly eyelashes. It has been almost one week and they are still looking great and intact. This place is simple and the treatment room is small. They keep the door open but the tech plays soothing spa music in the background. This shop was recently taken over by a new couple. Christine and her husband are wonderful! As stated by another review, they have plans to redo the shop, and they already have from what I could observe the few times I've been there! I read the older reviews of this shop saying it's dirty and unsanitary. I noticed that these reviews are from when the previous owners had the shop. I can assure you that the shop is changed! Those reviews do not apply to Christine's management at all, she has completely turned the shop around 180 degrees! I definitely would recommend trying this place out! Give them a shot :D You can tell Christine and her husband really have a passion for their work and they have heart. They're so genuine and friendly! I went in the July 12th for my very first set of eyelash extensions. Mae is the technician that did mine, and she did wonderful! I got the single set which is more natural looking. I would suggest going in without any makeup on your yes or lashes but mae helped me get it off before she started. I've been getting my lashes done for years at many different places and Mae and Vincent do a great job for an affordable/reasonable price. First of all, they only use Mink lashes, which are the best and most real looking. Second, my lashes last a LONG time (about 4-5 weeks).
