Today was my first visit to this shop to have my lash extensions done by Mae. She had excellent reviews in Yelp and rightly so! She made me feel very comfortable, was sweet and friendly (so were the other girls in the shop!), was very fastidious and took time to clean and prep my lashes before she began, and did a terrific job!! This salon is just the best for lashes - and I have tried several. I have never had any problem with reactions from the products or eyes burning, which I hear about from people who've gone to other salons. My lashes look terrific, very natural, and they stay very well. They offer all the newest techniques, and Mae is just a wonder, as is her husband. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They did a horrible job on my nails. My nails started chipping a day after I got them done. Also both of my pinkies are different. One is longer and skinny and the other one is shorter and wider. They don't even match as you can see on the picture. The lady didn't even paint the sides of the nails. These nails were such a mess. There was no conversation at all. The shape of the nails doesn't look round at all they look more almond shape. Overall nails are horrible. There customer service is terrible too. The lady's there are so rude and give you dirty looks. They get mad if you ask for the prices. It was my first time there and it will be my last. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.... STAY AWAY there's better places you can go to. read more

Love this place! I went to a salon that totally botched my nails one day and I hated them so I decided to stop in here at Creation Nails & Lashes and talked to Lucy. She fixed my nails and they looked so natural and so much better than before. Nina does my nails now but I'm so happy I stopped in everyone is so nice and does such a great job. They're patient with my daughter and it's her favorite thing to do every month with me. It's always clean and every time I need an appointment or last minute walk in they're always available! I started going here for my nails because it's conveniently just a few minutes away from home. I think I set an appointment maybe once or twice in the beginning, but eventually, I just would walk in and they would always accommodate quickly. I never had a "fantastic" experience here, especially the last time I went, which was actually right before memorial day. I had walked in and asked for a fill. They seemed busy, but I genuinely didn't mind waiting since I had nothing else to do for the rest of the day. I was in no hurry. Yet the gentleman that works there quickly had me sit at the end closest to the sinks and I waiting for a bit before he came and started my nails, and then passed me over to another one of the nail techs. Mind you, this was the second nail tech within 5-10 minutes. It was so busy that I literally had 4 different nail tech's throughout the entire process. This isn't a huge deal, but I was mostly upset with how inattentive they were to detail, because first, one of the techs (I think Jackie) was filing my nails and literally filed a cut into my finger, and then used acetone on it. This is NOT what you're supposed to do and I kicked myself afterward for not saying anything to them about that. They also didn't drill underneath my nails where you usually have dirt build-up to clean them up. Lastly, when it came down to the drying process of the gel on my nails, they would absolutely NOT dry. I had to put my nails under the light so many times and the nail polish just looked really bad. I haven't gone back since and I would rather have a good experience than go somewhere that's conveniently close to home. I do NOT recommend going here when it's busy. read more

I come here for my lash extensions and Mae is just amazing!! I love her work and she really listens to what you want and does her best to give you exactly that! She keeps your lash health a priority and will not over do what your lashes can handle but will still work some magic if you have light and thin natural lashes like I do. I've gotten single lashes and volume and love both. I've been other places for lashes as well and I have had the best lash retention with Mae and I think this is the best combination of quality work and moderate prices. read more

This is my go-to recommendation for lash extensions in the valley! Everyone's always welcoming when you walk in. Mae is super sweet & patient when listening to your requests while still letting you know what she thinks would look best with your eye shape. She takes her time to make sure they're perfect & always checks up during the appointment itself to see if a certain extension is irritating you. I am so thankful for Lucy ,she did a amazing job on my full set of individual lashes.I went here after I had gone to Diamond Nails on Monterey.They charged me for a full set of individual lashes,but they put clusters on which is half the price and they didn't even stay on for three days,when I came here Lucy felt so sorry for me for what I had gone through at Diamond nails ,she had to take off what was left and do a new set of individual lashes (that are still on after one week ) plus she she gave me a discount.Lucy is the sweetest ,but most of all she knows what she is doing ! read more

I recently came down from San Francisco to visit my parents and I decided that I wanted to get eyelash extensions, because I was tired of looking like Rocky Raccoon after my mascara had slid down under my eyes in the triple digit heat. When I arrived, I was attended to immediately, with absolutely no wait. While I was getting the extensions, I decided to also get my eyebrows waxed... something I was quite leery of after having been burned at the last salon that had waxed them. Horrible paid $35 dollars for a french tip pedi that came out ok and a mani i didn't get because she messed it up 3 times. Greeted and seated right away but she took 2 hrs for just a pedi. We didn't have an appointment but we were both helped right away and other than everything ending up a little pricey, we both loved our nails. Van did mine but I didn't get the name of the very nice woman who did my friend.
