Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. Mike, Max, and Velgin installed the front windows, which were larger and more complex. Their skill and precision were impressive, especially given the size and weight of the units. They also installed the patio wood and bathroom windows. Jose, David, and Steven handled the west-side windows. Jose R., the Project Manager, completed a bedroom window that required stucco cutting to meet current fire codes. His workmanship was first-rate, and the finished result looks beautiful. During installation, a cracked bedroom window and patio lock were identified. Burtiny Carter promptly arranged for replacements after we sent photos, and both were replaced on October 18, 2023. The entire visit felt like a long sales presentation rather than someone actually trying to help with my window project. To make matters worse, he never even gave me a real quote. It was more like him saying the project would probably be around $60,000 for 15 windows and 2 sliders. There was no real breakdown or formal estimate, just a number thrown out there after all the talking. I had already received other quotes around $20,000 for similar work. When I mentioned that, the sales rep said that if someone is quoting $20,000 it must be cheap products that will not last more than six years. That sounded more like a scare tactic than an honest explanation. The most annoying part was at the end. I told him that it seemed like he did not even want to measure anything around my house and that it was fine if he just left. Instead of addressing that, he actually had the audacity to tell me that a survey would be coming and asked me to give him a 10 star review. After sitting through a long sales pitch, not even receiving a real quote, and then being asked for a perfect review, the whole experience felt like a complete waste of time. I simply wanted someone to come out, measure the windows, and give me a fair and honest price.

He measured our windows and asked us when we would like to have them installed. He told us that it takes three days to manufacture to spec. Mr Flores and his assistant came out and replaced our windows within a day. He hauled away our old windows, cleaned the new windows and rehung our window co rings - drapes and blinds. He also came out for a couple of hours the following day to caulk the outside of the windows and to make sure we were satisfied. We were impressed with his communication / letting us know when he would arrive, if he was running late and answering any questions we had. We ended up with ten double panes single hung windows with argon gas in between the glass. We were told that the argon helps to retain heat in the winter and keep out heat in the summer. The windows have a to tint to them so you can't see in from the outside. We were so impressed with his professional ism, his dedication to his craft that we plan to use him for another one of our homes.
