I was only able to eat the bananas off my crepe.
    Ivette T.

Complete disappointment from the service, management and cook. The lady taking my order came off and rude and condescending. I tried to make it as simple as possible, the location was loud and hard to hear so maybe that is where the frustration was coming from, but it still made me uncomfortable. No one wants to order from a place where they feel like they are bothering the staff. When I received my crepe, it was so tough and hard to cut through, it felt like leather. We took it back and asked if they would kindly remake it the cook was happy to. The manager had the worst attitude, the first this that came out of her mouth was, "First of all I didn't make it!.." who greets a client with a concern saying, "first of all!" She reluctantly took the crepe back and remade it herself only to give looks of displeasure the whole time. The new crepe was completely raw. I dont even think she attempted to flip it. I understand making crepes is an art but if you don't know what you are doing do not serve someone something raw and risk making them sick. I took one bite and had a stomach ache minutes later, but to someone who might not know or a child who can eat the whole thing you're a liability. Shame on you.

    Banana Crepe
    Hi’ilawe A.

Overall this was one of the worst crepe places I have ever tried. First off I ordered a banana crepe, the cashier said 'do you want chocolate or nutella' naturally i chose nutella. Then she says it's like 11 dollar and something when the menu said around 8-9 dollars. I was like damn did the tax really go up that high, no, she just charged me a $1.50 for nutella (without telling me it was more). If I had not said anything she would've charged me more without me even agreeing to it. She had attitude when I said I didn't want to pay more for it because I thought it came with it. She took off the charge and changed it to chocolate. After that she went to the back and took like 5-10 minutes to make a salad that we didn't order (no one else was in front of us). The best part about it was that the crepe was so terrible. It was hard, crunchy and impossible to cut. Not to mention overpriced. I really wish I had read the reviews before coming here.

Great crepes! Kids loved it. My niece ordered the berry crepes but since she can't have raspberry or blueberry she just doubled up On the strawberry. Topped with Nutella and side of ice cream. My daughter got the regular banana and strawberry Nutella crepe. I'd come back here again and try the savory.

I love going to places here at Haven City Market! A few days ago was no exception! I missed hitting here on Yelp day a few weeks back because the line was so long. So it was on my radar to go here on my next visit. It was well worth the wait. The lady at the cash register was super nice. The restaurant appeared to be really clean and has a cool look to it. I ordered a banana and Carmel crêpe and it came with ice cream and whipped cream. All these flavors put together were MAGNIFIQUE!!! It was so good that I will definitely be back here again soon! What's so cool about this place is that I can do breakfast all day or I can share as a dessert after any meal!

I Revisited 'Crepes de Paris,' Rancho Cucamonga was from our recent Yelp's Badge Day Event/2023 when they were extremely generous with the perk given out that event nite. Since then, that perk made me crave for more crepes. So I was going to fetch me some Savory crepes for our family lunch one day this week. The cashier I came across was friendly: she literally walked me through all sections of their menu. Now, that's topnotch customer service. Aside from that, she provided some details about some of their popular dishes. I tried their 'Le Moulin Rouge,' and 'Paris Special,'. which I learned that 'Le Moulin Rouge,' crepe was a tad too greasy for me. My favorite from this week's trip's visit was their 'Paris Special,' so same thing as from their Downtown Brea branch. I'll return again to try another dessert crepe. Thanks for being a fun and generous vendor from Haven City Market, Rancho Cucamonga. I'll.Be.Back!!!!

French Iced Café, Crepe with strawberries, nutella, and caramel

Crepes de Paris is one of many dessert options located within the Haven City Marketplace. We came in on a Friday night, and because Haven City has started hosting live music and movie nights again, it was much busier than usual. However, our order came out fairly quickly despite the crowd. We ordered the French Iced Café and a sweet crepe. The coffee was decent -- milky, not too bitter or too sweet. I appreciate that the employees were willing to make us a custom crepe that was tailored a bit more toward our taste (strawberries, nutella, caramel drizzle, and powdered sugar). All in all, Crepes de Paris is a decent choice for dessert if you find yourself at Haven City -- if not, I'd probably skip it. It's an average crepe, priced a little on the higher side, and the parking here can be a bit of a headache. Props to the employees, though.

Crepes de Paris is located within the Haven City Market. It gets VERY crowded here during lunchtime. Parking is hard to find during peak hours too. The wait for our food was extra long and it was pricey. Now the food is awful! I've tried 6 different crepes, both savory and sweet. The crepe itself has a texture that is off. The toppings on each of the savory crepes are a bad combination. The sweet crepes are ok, nothing exceptional or worth the amount paid. Skip this spot.

Found hair in my crepe. At least wear some hair nets, none of the ladies working the crepe station are wearing hair nets. Please put on a hair net. We didn't get a refund they offer us another plate we said no thank you we won't be coming back

    Royal crepe

I'm probably way too spoiled in terms of crepes with Marion crepes (RIP) and Belly Good in SF, or just Japanese crepes in general that I hold every other crepe place to the same standard. We got the Royal Crepe for $10+. It's French style crepe on a plate, so aesthetics-wise it's not the most appealing to take a photo of. The crepe does come filled to the brim with Nutella and that makes it tasty, simple move. The strawberries are huge and they don't skimp out giving you lots of them. Bananas were spread out evenly throughout the crepe as well. It's not bad, but for that price, I've found better.

Way too overpriced for a below average crepe. They skimp on the Nutella so the crepe is so dry.

I settled on the mimosa flight and the avocado toast sampler. Both were amazing. Mimosa bubbly to juice ratio was just right, and all three toasts were fire! I especially appreciate that they used a nice sized thicker cut of salmon for the salmon avocado toast. Those salsas are also 10 outa 10! The orange one has me in a chokehold bc now I need that! The service was great- quick, friendly, and on point. Also the prices weren't bad at all! The portions are huge! French toast is as big as a literal brick

We waited an unreasonable amount of time, and after our food was served, we had to wave down the hostess four or five times just to get utensils. My food sat getting cold for 5-10 minutes while we waited. By the time we finally got utensils, my BF had ice cream was melted. and his sister received her food 30 mins later. To make it worse food was her cold. No one at our table was able to enjoy their meal together. The food was bland, poorly prepared, and not worth the money. Between the awful service, long wait, cold food, and overall lack of attention, this restaurant was a complete disappointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely never return I'll give them a negative 5 stars!

She played right along and had a great sense of humor. It's always nice when you get a server who doesn't just provide excellent service, but also makes the experience fun and memorable. Winter definitely did that for us. She made us feel welcomed and helped make my wife's birthday dinner a great one. DO NOT DINE HERE IN SUMMER HEAT…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel people should know. The biggest issue was the temperature inside the restaurant. It was uncomfortably hot from the moment we walked in. For a restaurant that markets itself as more upscale, it's unbelievable that the air conditioning wasn't working properly. It wasn't just us either--I saw the hostesses fanning themselves to stay cool, which says a lot when the employees can't even get relief from the heat. When we asked if the air conditioning could be turned up, our waitress explained that all of the air comes from the back private dining room, and when there's a private event and the curtains are closed, the airflow gets blocked. If that's truly how the air system is designed, that's a major problem. That is not a reasonable explanation to give paying customers. The heat completely took away from what should have been an enjoyable dinner. We noticed multiple other guests fanning themselves throughout the meal, so it was clearly affecting everyone, not just our table. If you're planning to dine here during the summer, I'd strongly recommend going somewhere else until they fix the air conditioning. Instead of addressing the problem, they seem content making excuses, and it resulted in one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I've had.

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the sweetest hostess at the front. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves a shout-out! She was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a table right next to the DJ. That little gesture made a huge difference and really kicked off the night on the right note. Our server, Lex, was amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and kept checking on us throughout the night, even with how busy it was. Excellent service like hers is one of the reasons we'll definitely be back. The DJ was absolutely FIRE! We went on 90s/2000s Night, and every song had people singing and dancing. The energy was nonstop, and it was the perfect soundtrack for a birthday celebration. The food and drinks were exactly what we wanted for a night out. We enjoyed Pineapple Express cocktails, Jack Daniels, Palomas, Mexican Candy shots, Green Tea shots (because... birthday! ), Lagunitas drafts, mozzarella sticks, chips with guac and salsa, and chili cheese fries. Everything came out fresh, and the drinks were great. One thing I thought was really cool was that they did raffle giveaways throughout the night. We actually won a karaoke machine, which was such a fun surprise and made the birthday celebration even more memorable! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the restrooms. Unfortunately, they were in pretty rough shape. There was toilet paper all over the floor, one toilet was broken, water was leaking from the ceiling, only one soap dispenser had soap, and the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. It was the only part of the night that didn't match the otherwise great experience. Overall, Punch Bowl Social is a fantastic spot for birthdays, celebrations, drinks, music, and a fun night out with friends. Great staff, an amazing DJ, fun surprises like raffles, and an atmosphere that keeps the party going. If management gives the restrooms some much-needed attention, this place would easily earn five stars from me. We'll definitely be back!
