The business states that they close at 6pm on the door. I arrived at 5:56pm and to my dismay all lights were already turned off and doors locked. I then proceeded to call and left a message in hopes management or the owner could speak with the staff. It turns out it was the owner himself and he attempted to lie to me to cover up. First he said he left at 6:05pm then once ai showed him my call time before 6pm he grabs his phone and sees the call on his end as well. I was hoping for a little empathy or perhaps a discount seeing as it was a $20 uber ride only to find that he decided to close up early. To add insult to injury he lied and was exposed. read more

Terrible service and attitude. Found chewing gum stuck on my clothes. Was told it was my chewing gum and the cashier had even seen that there was gum on the clothes. So rather than charge me for cleaning the non existent gum they left chewing gum on several of my clothes. Was offered a pathetic $5 refund and I still continue to find chewing gum on my hoodie pocket, polo shirt, underwear and tshirt. read more

Horrendous service and such awful behavior. I would very very strongly recommend people to not go here. I cannot believe this place is still running. My father took a scarf for dry cleaning at this place. When we got the scarf we saw that it was not dry cleaned ( the staff forgot to do it) or it was done poorly as all the stains are as is. The shop owner told him that if they want another dryclean on this scarf, he should pay once again. When my father told him that he had already paid the first time, and asked them to redo it as they left all the stains, the shop owner threw the scarf along with the two other clothes. He literally threw them on the table towards my dad and said - " do whatever you want. Pay or take away your stuff". He was extremely rude and not at all willing to see that he had returned the garment without cleaning even though it was paid for. He will just not listen. My dad mentioned that there are two partners/ brothers who run the place - one of them is really rude and it seems other people have had the same experience. I am so so angry and cannot believe that they would treat their customer, and more particularly an elderly customer like this, even when they are clearly at fault. Keeping public service in mind, I must retract my original review of Crescent Arms Dry-cleaning. They destroyed a favorite shirt of mine. The shirt was massacred, as if it reperesented a political ideal abhorrent to whoever was in charge of cleaning it. The label on the Ksubi shirt said "DRY CLEAN ONLY." That's why I took the shirt to a Dry Cleaner. They washed it, destroying the material and shrinking the shirt beyond the imagination of anyone but Jonathan Swift! I am devastated. Maybe it was a language problem. The shirt can't be replaced, and to try and get any money back, was a lesson in futility. I need to find a different cleaner. Crescent Arms Dry-cleaning is not the cleaner to use for nice clothes. Sorry to write this, but they slaughtered my shirt. read more

i've used this place for a while and its time for me to find a new one. its hit and miss. sometimes clothes are fine but every other time its either not cleaned well or its damaged. the latest coat they cleaned had burn streaks on the back (white streaks on a blue coat). pants with a stain from the pressing board... not sure what that was. the fact that i have to inspect my clothes every time because i neve know when it will be damages is not good. too bad because its convinient. read more

Great place to have quick dry cleaning done in Belltown. They always have a quick turn around with fair prices. Pretty standard-fare dry cleaner- clothes cleaned and on metal hangers. The only thing I would make sure of is check all your pockets before dropping off as they do not. I left a receipt in my shirt pocket and unfortunately had to pick pieces of paper out of the pocket after I picked up. My fault for leaving it so no negative marks on them. We liked this place because they had good prices and it was a quick turnaround on our clothes! However, on day of pick up we drove over after work, arriving 7 mins before close to grab our clothes and the business had shut down early. I saw the owner of the shop see me, and then duck once I got to the door. I am sorry but if I were the owner of this establishment and I saw my customer come before close I certainly wouldn't pretend to not be in there knowing that people rely on business's posted hours. The door and google both said they closed at 6 pm. I thought it simply was rude cause he clearly saw me, we took 20 mins to drive over and then when we got in his car he went back to the register. Great Dry Cleaner. I discovered them when I lived in Belltown. They always took great care of me and my clothes. I have since moved to Pioneer Square, but travel cross town because finding a trusted dry cleaner is difficult and I trust the Crescent Arms. Not only do they do an excellent job dry cleaning clothes, they repair them as well. Recently my dog chewed a belt loop off the left front of one of my favorite slacks. They were able to take extra fabric from the inner part of the pant and replace the belt loop. With a belt on, my dog's destructive work is essentially unnoticeable. To the reviewers who say they don't remember you, my guess is that your lack of personality has rendered you completely forgettable, probably even to your own mom and dad. I recently moved to Seattle and needed my suit dry cleaned and this location was very convenient. Pro: the service is prompt and hours are relatively convenient. Con: they tore the seams inside my suit jacket, while it's not visible outside, it's very obvious when you take the jacket off. I went back to the dry cleaner to make aware of the problem I have with them, he said it was my first time there and it was likely broken when I brought it in (which I know is false because I inspected my suit before drop off) He offered to fix my jacket for a fee. My drycleaning always comes back beautiful. I have used them for laundry services, too. These also come back looking great. But the prices, whoa, $25.00 for a flannel duvet? Queen sheets, top and bottom and two pillowcases, ouch -- $32.00. Pure cotton or egyptian cotton wrinkles and they are difficult to do, thus, laundry service. I am an apartment manager and have used cresent for the last 5 years. I have brought them with me to several buildings that I have managed over the past years. I offer dry cleaning services through cresent to each of our residents. This is a great service that I am able to offer to our residents with free pick up and drop off of drycleaning. In downtown every mundane task like dry cleaning that can be eliminated is always a bonus! They provide you with a laundry bag that makes sorting dry cleaning from normal laundry super easy. With one drop of a bag to the leasing office my clothes return 24 hours later cleaned and pressed. Love them. read more

Haven't experience such a rude behavior ever. Their minimum price to deliver keeps changing. On asking why so, the person mentions that its his business and he has right to decide when he wants to deliver and when he can't. As I was a regular customer, I had their bag which I used to drop my clothes. As I decided not to get it dry cleaned from him anymore, he asked me to return his laundry bag. He was always rude but I still kept on going to him because of convenience. But since my last experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do NOT take any alterations here, they sewed my two dress straps together and when I brought it back, the lady who did the alterations said she doubled checked it after finishing the alteration (very defensive attitude) and didn't take any accountability for her mistake. On top of that, she wanted to charge me for her mistake. On regular men's dry cleaning, they have great prices compared to other Queen Anne dry cleaners. However, when they miss an easy spot on a shirt, the lady makes it difficult and does not want to take accountability. Also, when they misplace one of your clothing, they have you wait 3-4 weeks for them to find it. Then they tell you to purchase the same shirt and bring the receipt in....what about bringing in the previous sales receipt of the shirt you lost and having them reimburse you. They said NO. WTF? The lady has poor customer service skills. Go to the younger gentlemen, or manager, if you have any issues. Good luck! read more

They are terrible! The worst quality dry cleaning. They shrunk my shirt and would not give me a credit or anything for the shirt. Apparently you need to try on everything you get back from them to check that nothing has shrunk before it's too late!
