I cannot stress enough how helpful Crest Pest Control has been. We had a situation in our attic involving some rats who mistakenly thought that this was also their home. I called Crest Pest Control and Darrell came out immediately the next day to see what was going on, and he calmly provided us with solutions without making me freak out any more than I already was. Within a few days, a crew was upstairs in our attic, cleaning it out, sanitizing it, and redoing our insulation. Caleb, the owner, came out and introduced himself and went over the plan. I am so impressed with the whole company- it's nice to do business with a company that takes pride in what they do, works efficiently, and truly cares about their customers. I had a fantastic experience with Marcus from Crest Pest Control. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he was not only knowledgeable but took great pride in doing a thorough job. My initial call to them was specifically for wasp nest removal and everything was explained--from how that pod would be taken down and to how the area would be chemically treated to prevent future nests. I was concerned about the type of wasps in that nest and if they would either burrow or attack and he provided full conversation on on the paper wasps I had. What really stood out were the small things: Timely updates via email & text prior to the service, service date/time reminders, service tech's name, chemicals used, invoice, etc. and even a text prior to alert me they were on their way. Using shoe covers when entering the house was also a nice touch. Thanks! I decided to sign up for quarterly service (paid monthly) and the wasp nest removal was included. Their rates were extremely reasonable (better than 2 other companies I'd asked) so I felt it was a no brainer. I used to spray my house myself with home depot stuff and terro spray but this summer, none of that worked. Felt it was time for something professional and timely.
