Alma helped get my phone going, troubleshooting a couple of minor issues with connecting to the network. And truly, she's just so personable and lovely to deal with, which is increasingly rare in a world where people don't have to go the extra mile in terms of friendliness. And this location is clearly just really well-run, managed, and supervised. P.S. I actually don't live near this store, but after a terrible experience at a Metro store near Sherman Way and Topanga Canyon last year (long story short -- overcharged for a phone, the transaction was kept off the books, the employee kept the money, had to take it up to T-Mobile corporate to get my money back and get the employee fired) I was more careful this time and looked for the Metro shop with the best reviews. I originally called Spectrum because I was planning to cancel my internet due to the price. I had been paying about $90 per month for 600 Mbps, which felt too high. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and worked with me to find a solution. They ended up offering me 1 Gig internet for $30 per month, which honestly shocked me. On top of that, they also sent me a brand new WiFi 7 router to my home free of charge. When the new router arrived, I called customer service again to get everything activated. The people on the phone were knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to work with. They walked me through everything and had my internet up and running quickly. After that, I went to the Spectrum retail store down the street from me to return my old router. I was honestly expecting the typical telecom store experience where sales reps are pushy about adding services or making it difficult to return equipment. I have had that happen at other companies before. Instead, the experience was the complete opposite. The store was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional. A gentleman who I believe was named Reese helped me. He was kind, efficient, and not pushy at all. He processed my return quickly and made the whole visit very easy. Overall, the entire experience from customer service on the phone to the retail store visit was excellent. I went into this expecting frustration and instead walked away very impressed. Very happy with Spectrum right now.

My son and I have been to this particular Best Buy throughout the years. On this visit we were looking for a phone charger for my son's I-phone 13. An employee helped him find exactly what he was looking for and the price was affordable. $27.40 (including tax). As he was shopping for his charger, I was on the 1st floor looking for different styles/labels of vacuums and microwaves. Sarvin and Kelly were very helpful showing me different models of both appliances. They were a tad expensive for our budget. The last vacuum that we got from here is almost 10 years old. We will definitely return to see if they have anything that costs a little less. They do have some sales items which is a plus. It's a very nice, clean store with plenty of parking all around. 10/10.
