He has always helped us with every phone problem that we've had... Plus he has provided us with resources for other tech issues. His work is thorough and meticulous. Even when there are a few people in his kiosk, the wait is never very long. He's also even helped us when we've called him on the phone to ask questions. Really nice guy. We highly recommend this business. The owner always delivers and the prices are reasonable.

Moisture alert." I tried blowdrying the phone as well as the charger and instead of that alert, another warning came up. I waited overnight and the same warning. I knew the Samsung store was not only far, they would want to send my phone for repairs and would be costly. I took a chance and popped by The Phone Clinic. 20 minutes later the problem was resolved - he believed there was something corrosive in the port, squirted something in and let it dry - and for $35 I have a working phone. Damaged my PS5 during service and refused responsibility…read more I brought my fully working PlayStation 5 to this shop on 14503 Sherman Way, Van Nuys for diagnostics. The console ran perfectly for 30-40 minutes at a time before service. This was noted when I dropped it off. After their technician opened it, the console was returned in worse condition: - The heatsink was detached and loose, - The console shuts down in under 5 minutes, - There were scratches on internal parts, - The console had never been opened before, so all damage happened here. When I brought this up, the employee said on camera "this is your problem now" and threatened to call the police unless I immediately left because he "had to go home." I documented everything with photos and video. I've filed a complaint and am pursuing legal action. Avoid this place at all costs. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.

Anyways I finally got the replacement and walked into Verizon my carrier to assist me sadly I went to 3 Verizon stores and no one could help me get my information transferred over from my old phone to the new phone. I wasn't able to unlock the broken phone and its been a freaking nightmare all week. Anyhow I was referred to this store by Verizon and what a game changer cuz Romeo to the rescue. I explained the issue and he assured me that he would get it handled. I had my reservations because why would other stores turn me away and how are you able to do it he was able to explain to me what he was going to do and sure enough he did that and he handled my situation. Dropped my iPhone 6+ Space Grey, shattering the screen…read more Apple wanted $130 + 3 (3!!!) days to replace the screen. Calling around to 5-6 local repair shops resulted in a bunch of "Nope, we don't have the 6+ screen in grey" responses and one "Sure come on down!" only to have them try the old "oh no we only have white screen" rope-a-dope when I showed up at the store. Came across these guys at Wireless Hotshots on Yelp so gave them a call. I was a little hesitant since in my experience anyone claiming to be a "Hotshot" usually isn't. Long story short, they guys are hotshots. Great customer service on the phone and in person, fair price ($120), and work done within 2 hours even though there were several other devices in line in front of mine. I've had my phone back now for a few weeks and you would never know the screen had been shattered. No weirdness, no ghost scrolling, no phantom taps. Touch-ID works like a charm, etc. It works perfectly. The cherry on top was their putting a screen protector on for no additional charge. Don't quote me on that though maybe they just felt sorry for me. I am definitely taking my devices here next time one breaks. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. They were honest (didn't charge extra for a supposed "bent frame" like one of the other shops I spoke to) and did an amazing job. The only knock was that their credit card reader was out that night so I can to go get cash but to me that was nothing more than a trivial inconvenience.
