He stood in front of my child and was having him beg for stickers and when my toddler wouldn't ask how he wanted him to, he told him "maybe next time" and my son broke down in tears. My son is always very thankful and verbalizes it after but sometimes feels too shy to ask. HE'S TWO. Absolutely disgusting and WEIRD behavior of this employee to try and parent my toddler. Gross. And gross employees at guest services unable to do their job and answer the phone when a customer calls. 2 stars because they're harder to delete than 1 star reviews.

While we were still in the store, we watched other families buy the same product--including a 10-year-old child--and saw people looping back to rebuy. The policy was clearly inconsistent. When we questioned it, the manager mocked adults for buying Pokémon while at the same time refusing to sell Pokémon to kids, which made no sense at all. The situation escalated further when he told us to "get the F out of the store" in front of my child. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I followed up afterward and received only a generic response about an "internal review," with no real accountability. I usually like Best Buy, but this location seriously failed in customer service and basic judgment--especially with kids involved.
