Nope, all locked up. Not a stable business, wasted probably an hour of driving all combined. Good thing gas prices are cheap. Save yourself the annoyance.

Horrible customer service. Switched to another ISP after dealing with spectrum over the phone, but…read morehad to go in to the store to return equipment. First of all, having to wait 90 minutes just to return equipment is ridiculous. The whole time I was there, two associates were helping two separate families with setting up mobile services. 90 minutes and they were STILL setting up their devices? That convinced me that I NEVER want to get mobile services through them because how does it take that long? Finally get called up, employee scanned my devices which took about 30 seconds so at least that was fast. But the employee did not want to print a receipt that I returned equipment. He kept joking and being sarcastic, like "oh, you won't tell me which service provider you switched to, but you want me to print you a receipt? Why should I help you when you won't tell me that?" Finally printed the receipt after a few minutes of nonsense, but just a perfect example of why I will never be using spectrum again - however they are training their customer service representatives (both in store and on the phone) needs to be seriously examined, because it is some of the worst customer service I've experienced.
