Carlos explained the process of the battery replacement for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Cost was cheap and took around an hour and 45 mins ish. - The battery replacement in my opinion better than the first time I got a replacement but it was a 3rd party. uBreakiFix uses OEM battery from Apple, which is something everyone should aim for since 3rd party are always iffy and cause my phone to having problems. - I recommend this location and much thanks to Carlos for my repair. 5/5

It took them roughly 3.5 weeks to "repair" my Ipad. However, they didn't even repair my Ipad, they actually gave it back to me in a worse condition saying there was no point in returning it to its original state since they couldn't fix it. I emphasized how I left my Ipad in great condition and it isn't fair that a literal device repair shop returns my personal belonging, damaged. The employee did not offer whatsoever any help to repair my Ipad of the damages they added onto it, and showed absolutely no concern over it either. Might I add, the issue the employee said they couldn't fix is fixable at another location so I have absolutely no idea why this employee thought it was okay completely giving up on my device (on the damages they added). They did offer to fix the screen once it starts working again... with a charge. I asked if it was going to be discounted at least and he said yes but probably not the kind of discounted I am looking for. I definitely wouldnt recommend this location when it comes to Ipad repairs.
