I like the strict COVID precautions and it is good to see the staff adhering to them. Clavell gave me a sheet that explains how to set up my new phone. Easy access to this location, right off Mannheim and the Ike. Free parking. Quarantine hours are slightly restricted, but they are open to 6:00 pm today, so I was very happy to get in and score a new phone today. Great staff. Very clean store.

Not only did they make sure to help me within 10 minutes of me walking in, they got me transferred with new phone in hand in less than a half hour. I was very impressed! A female employee asked what I was looking for and proceeded to behave as rudely as she could toward me, talking over me, repeating her answers loudly and with a lot of attitude. I don't know what her problem was, but she really seemed to resent my questions. I had to ask them because T-mobile has some very complicated promotions for phone upgrades and they are confusing. There were plenty of other employees standing around who probably could have handled my questions without the attitude and the nastiness. But they just looked on or at their own phones. I am a longtime T-mobile customer with a family plan and numerous lines. I was considering locking in another 2 years in order to get upgraded phones. But I don't want to be treated this way and will be shopping around with other carriers now. Ugh.
