so this chain is surprisingly good. It's located in the most random places: supermarkets, gas stations, convenience stores but the reviews are all remarkably similar. The chicken is definitely better than KFC, more flavorful and crispy..a little on the saltier side but still good. The pricing is also reasonable. Drove 35 minutes on a Sunday night to get there (yeah we do that for halal options ‍) It was a surprise to see the place but there were other customers and we thought its a good sign. We ordered 8 pieces meal with two extra sides and the guy said 20 minutes. After waiting for that 20 minutes it took them additional 30 minutes, they were out of mozzarella sticks and he gave us some chicken bites instead. Fries were stale but the chicken itself was fresh and piping hot. I wish I could give this place no stars. Myself and many others waited more than an hour for our food with what seems to be no luck in ever getting it so I had to ask for a refund in which the clerk was mad about telling me he couldn't give me a refund because the food was already cooking. The food that was supposed to have been done 45 minutes prior was still cooking, how could I trust him if it was going to "come out soon" if he was already misleading before.
