Jae is the man. He was the only one working inside but don't be fooled - he was a general handling both the cash register and the cooking, all with a great attitude and demeanor. I came here on a whim, looking for a single entree meal for myself to eat for dinner. This meant the lunch specials were over, but he still kindly allowed me to order a lunch box since I wasn't looking to buy a big order of chicken. He also let me taste test the chicken with a spicy sauce he recommended, which I thought was super generous of him since it was pretty much a few extra pieces of chicken for free. Although the chicken wasn't as crispy as I wanted to be, it could have been the sauce and the closed to-go container that made it like that. Despite the lack of crunch, the flavor was very good and the rice that came with it had some type of chili/onion topping which gave it so much more zing. The chicken was also served on a bed of shredded green onion which was a nice touch since I love onions. All in all, the food was good and Jae's service and welcoming vibes were outstanding, so I definitely plan on coming back to support him and his business. read more

This small mom & pop shop has to be one of my favorite Korean fried chicken shops near Disneyland. I absolutely loved the taste and flavor of the garlic soy and the sweet & spicy was not terribly spicy at all either. The rice is yummy and sticky, everything just blew my tastebuds away. Today was our first time here and we had a great experience. This is a small mom and pop shop and from the outside it looks very unassuming. But the inside was roomy and very clean. We got chicken rice bowls and it was a pretty good portion. The chicken was crunchy and fresh. They are also served with a side of radish and fried rice cakes. Everything tasted so good. We got a large half soy garlic and half orange chicken wing box with a side of rice and it was incredible. The wings were extremely crispy. Those sitting nearby can hear the crunch as you take a bite. I would definitely say this is one of my new favorite wing places. It's comparable to the best Korean wings found in Ktown.
