I never eat there, only to go, so right when I get in the car I open the boxes so they stay crispy since it's so hot. My favorite item to order is the fried shrimp. I come here as well as many of neighbors. Don't order Jumbo full whole wings because they will put in your box what they say are party wings (which were not even wings). I have gotten a half a box of drumsticks/drumettes and 1 half wings/wingletts (received this pm). I order in person and online, and via phone from here alot. The girl I order from she always gets it right and gives me exactly what I order which are JUMBO FULL whole wings not drumettes, and winglets. If you are not paying attention and don't check your box when you leave they will give you this. This is the the third time this has happened and is fustrating. Honestly, I wanted to just return my order and move on, but was tired and too fustrated to continue with hearing them try to rationalize rather than simply resubmit order with right items. What I also noticed in time is that they only provide one small container of hot sauce (small) and 1 (small) container of cocktail sauce if you buy a bunch of chicken and seafood. You must ask a number of times and most times they will tell you to buy additional small dressing containers for an additional 1 dollar each?! I suggest you buy a full bottle of your own ranch,cocktail sauce or hot sauce at walmart or dollar store and is a dollar and you have much more to last.
