Cronin Ford I am not one that likes to leave negative reviews on a company but in this case I am forced too. This is only my opinion on how I feel about Cronin Auto! 8/29/16 Very poor service department! I called in to tell them that I was driving my 2013 Ford F150 and that I had no brakes. First person i spoke to was Mack, the assistant manager of service. I would suggest the company reevaluate his customer service skills. Upon calling in I asked what they could do for me since I literally had no brakes. He told me the only option was to get the truck to them so they could inspect it. He informed me that they were booked up and did not know what day they would be able to inspect it. At this time I informed him that I was going on vacation on Friday and needed my truck to take my family down. I asked them for a replacement as I run a business with this truck and again also needed it to take on vacation. He said that they could not give me a truck until they inspected it, but could not tell me when they would be able to inspect it. He then further informed me that after they cleared the inspection they would have to get Ford`s approval before they could get me a rental truck. Also, found it a little strange that they will only give you a rental from enterprise and will not give you one of their trucks. At this point he had checked my master cylinder and said i fell under the current brake recall but could not do anything for me until the mechanics inspected it. After arguing with me and telling me he was trying to do everything he could for me I had enough. He gave me no options and told me that I was not a priority as other customers had their appointments already. I understand following appointments as you have other customers but this is different scenario. I would think Ford would pull any vehicle off their lot to make sure my family and I are safe; what lawsuit would be opened up if i had wrecked this vehicle? I however left and drove my truck 15 minutes away with no brakes to Colerain Ford. I walked into service. Spoke to Jeff King who made me a priority and had me a truck to use within 30 minutes. Amazing how one dealership goes above and beyond for a customer and the other was willing to do nothing. Before talking to Mack at Cronin Ford I even tried to work a deal out as my lease is coming to an end. They decided to come back to me with a truck with equal MRSP value and tried to charge me an additional $200 per month more than i was paying now. Clearly no one at Cronin Ford wanted to work with me. I now will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Through no fault of my own, I lost a vehicle in a rear end collision. It was Dec 26. There is no good time to lose a vehicle but the holidays & end of the business year crunch didn't make it any more pleasant. I don't buy new cars. It's just not my thing. The vehicle I lost was my wife's daily driver & our family truckster. We spent a few days looking around online. My wife has very specific 'needs'. There are certain things she feels she must have. So we stumbled upon the BMW X3. Cronin had 2 available, so that was our first stop. We went there on the morning of New Year's Eve. We were greeted by a young gentleman named Corey ("Bing"). We told him the two X3's got our attention & he proceeded to get the keys. We drove them both & picked out the one we liked best. It took a awhile......and it was New Year's Eve. Time was a factor. I had a few other things to get done that day. I was planning on at looking at other X3's at other places. One was 2 years newer & $1,000 less. Again, time was a factor. I had to leave in the middle of our talk. I had deadlines. But I came back a few hours later. The guys were nice. The car is very nice. My only regret is I didn't have time to negotiate to a level at which I was comfortable. A word to the wise: Cronin guys-NEVER tell a customer that the bottom line price doesn't matter. We all know there are things you can do to adjust the payment schedule. I need to know my bottom line price because this thing isn't going to term. Please.......don't offend your customers by making that statement. That's the kind of crap that makes car salesmen look bad. Just because it's common practice doesn't mean you should operate that way. So I didn't have time to get it where I wanted, numbers wise. That's my fault. It was priced fairly......not the point. I know there's room to move, especially on the last sales day of the year. Again, it's my fault I didn't have the time to make it work in my favor. I have strong credit, so financing was breeze & on good terms. The car has a 3 month/15K warranty (or thereabouts). That was factor in our final decision. The BMW X3 is a nice car. It's fun to drive & my better half loves it. All of the Cronin staff was friendly & helpful. Just please, separate yourselves from the rest of the dealerships by not resorting to the standard tricks of the trade. Give your buyers a little more credit than that. read more

I can't say enough about Cronin Kia and their staff in Harrison Ohio. After 4 months of trying to find a new Kia Seltos, I kept coming up with nothing. The Seltos would sell right off the truck. I was told time and time again I would need to order one and wait 3 to 4 months. I finally called Alexandria McDaniel at Cronin and she promised to help us find one. With the help of Michael Monroe, a short time later she called saying she found one, the color and trim level I wanted on a truck coming to the dealership. I put down a very minimal down payment and two weeks later (sooner than I was told) I had may new Kia Seltos. No mark-up, no crazy add-ons, just the base price I was quoted. Rich Underwood made the paperwork process a breeze. He made us feel comfortable by explaining everything in clear detail, no trying to up-sell us with any crazy extras. Alexandria got us pumped up about our new purchase by explaining all the cool features on our Seltos. I did a lot of research on the Kia Seltos before ever thinking of purchasing one. The team at Cronin, (Alexandria, Michael and Rich) really made me and my wife feel comfortable with our purchase. It's an amazing SUV with a ton of great features at a great price. I have been looking for a car for awhile, I have been approved at other dealers, but the payments where always out of my reach. I contacted Joe Henegar, about a Fusion, went to the dealership test drove 3 different Fusions. I agreed to fill out the credit applications, thinking my payment would be out of reach again. I waited couple of minutes, well the finance people did "their" magic, low and behold the first Fusion I drove the payment was out of reach. Joe, came back to me and said "We have a Fusion that will work, it will be in later this afternoon" Fine, call me when it gets in. I went back over, taste drove this one, and said let's see what kind of deal we can make. I did not like the first payment, and was not real comfortable with it, told them I needed to sleep on it. The next day came, and I was still uneasy about the payment, I started going back and forth. I finally settled on a payment I thought would never be possible, plus FREE WINDOW TINT, and lifetime free oil changes!!! How could I not pass this offer up?!? All in all, my experience with Cronin Ford has been excellent. I am very happy with my purchase! I got a very good deal on a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid! Thank you all so much! If you want to be treated the best go see Jeff Harper at Cronin Ford Kia. He was AMAZING!! He went above and beyond his job title of product specialist. He truly cared about both my husband and I and wanted to make sure that we were happy and satisfied and behind the wheel of what we truly loved. He took the time to explain everything to us about the car. Even stayed late past his shift when everyone else was gone and the doors were locked. He just wanted us to be happy with our purchase. It was a breath of fresh air to see someone that was not just out for another sale or pushing the most expensive car in the lot. He wanted us to be happy and comfortable through the whole process. He even gave us bottles of water when we first got there and Starbucks as we were leaving. He gave us his phone number as we left if any questions came up. I was in the market for a particular configuration of a F150, and I can't begin to say how thankful I am that Cronin Ford happened to have a matching one on their lot, and how thankful I am that I stumbled across this dealer on the Internet. I worked with Adam G in sales who was incredibly prompt, straightforward, honest and helpful. Before coming across Cronin, I got every variation of the stereotypical car sales pitch, from forced add-ons to finance tricks -- Cronin was so much better in every respect -- no tricks, no tactics, no games. This seems like a simple concept but when it's a vehicle in high demand it feels like an impossible task, and I had almost given up on finding an honest dealer. I texted the dealer and Geoffrey responds after checking "no scratch on the bumper." The next day my wife and I drove 3.5 hours to see the car only to realize it didn't just have 1 scratch but 3. Two of which had brushed in touch up paint to try and hide it. I asked to see the salesperson to voice my disgust of being lied to and to let him know I had ZERO interest in the car now, but he never came out. I have been a Cronin Ford customer for many years. I recently leased another vehicle from Cronin since my previous car's lease was up. My salesperson was Julie. I couldn't ask for a nicer, kinder, considerate person! She made the process of leasing a car pleasurable. It was the dealership's Christmas party that day. Julie stayed professional & made sure I had the vehicle with the options I wanted. She also helped with the financing options which took awhile. Julie stayed focused until everything was in place. I also have to thank the financial department for their assistance getting everything in order for me. Once the bank issued a check my loan was actually started. So canceling it is not easy without any fees and penalties. Everything was fine. I talked to Cody to make sure they clean my car and went to sleep. At night a txt message woke me telling me Cody has sold the car to someone else. 2 days ago!!!! He didn't care about our deal. Or the bank or all the trouble I had to. He sold the same car to two people ? When I confronted him he just ignored me. I live 4 hours from him and took a day off work for it. I worked with Angela and Devon to purchase a 2024 Explorer from 200 miles away with the greatest of ease. I needed a new car after mine had been deemed a "total loss" by my insurance company. I found one online, contacted Cronin via the website, and received a call from Jeremy later that day. We set up an appointment for me to test drive the vehicle on Saturday. When I got to the dealership, the service was great. The car I'd been looking at wasn't what I wanted, so Calvin showed me some others, keeping it in the same family of vehicles and even the same color. They kept my monthly payments around where I wanted them while still making sure I had a low amount of interest to pay off, added heated seats without me having to pay out of pocket, and even got me an extra warranty I hadn't expected because there was a coupon in the system for me. I've been dealing with Geoff Briceno for a while now in preparation for buying a new Ford. I haven't been a particularly easy customer by any means. I just want something specific but I don't make rash decisions. Geoff has been patient and is constantly following up with me. He's extremely knowledgeable and has always been very professional . I WILL NOT purchase from any other dealership or salesman as it is hard to find a salesman or dealership that won't try to get over on you! This is why I don't mind paying a little more at Cronin.
