I would have been happy to hear back from Priority One on Sat May 23rd that they could come out Tuesday May 26th but instead was told they could send a tech out on Say May 23rd, This is what customer service is all about...Tech Greg Cardwell showed up to the house after 2pm on Sat May 23rd...he was very professional and explained in detail what needed to be replaced.... AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Roy and his folks did an amazing job, charged me an amazing price. Fast forward to June 2026. Our minisplit in the dining room was just not working so great. So we get Priority One in to help. We pay $200+ for an evaluation and apparently a shot of freon coolant. The technician leaves, the unit is making awful sounds and no air spits out. We get a new technician in from Priority One, tells us the blower wheel is broken up, that we need to spend $600+ to fix? WTF? WTF? How does a hard impact durable plastic blower shatter? Only way is if someone puts a screwdriver in there. Clearly this is what Roy's technician did. Roy calls me and tells me this stuff happens? He must think I am a total moron. Hard impact blowers 7' off the ground just shatter the moment his technician leaves? Really Roy? I bring in Priority One's competition. They agree the last technician destroyed our blower. Ugh. Fortunately his replacement cost is over $200 less than Priority One!!!!! Now I have to pay $600 to repair the brutal damage caused by Priority One. Horrible. From day one I considered Roy and his team the most honorably HVAC guys on Earth. Boy was I wrong. This outfit is a scam. I was scammed for $200+ on day one this year and had to pay a fortune to repair damage his technician did. I should be calling an attorney as I have dozens of pics to support what these scammers did. Do not use! Contact me if you want details on the part they damaged, pics, etc. No one should be scammed like us. I can also provide you the name of the technician that stuck the screwdriver in the flywheel/blower.

My experience with Valley Plumbing was shocking--and not in a good way…read more Early Thursday as I was leaving for work, I noticed water pooling around my water meter. It appeared I had an underground leak, so I immediately called Valley Plumbing. I've lived in the valley a long time and have seen their trucks everywhere, so they were my first call. The earliest dispatch they had was for that afternoon. While waiting, I decided to prep the area to speed things up. I shut off the main line, tracked down the leak, and excavated the pipe myself. It turned out to be a simple cracked PVC elbow on the 1 1/4" main line. When the technician arrived around 1:30 PM, I showed him the exposed pipe, and he agreed with my diagnosis. He told me he'd generate a quote. Having done plenty of sprinkler repairs over the years, I knew it was a straightforward fix, though I was hesitant to mess with the main line myself. When he came back with a quote for $1,114.00, I was floored. But with the water turned off all day and the late hour making it impossible to get another plumber out, I felt backed into a corner. I didn't want my family without water overnight, so I told him to go ahead. The actual repair took less than 20 minutes. He used one PVC elbow, one coupler, and about 6 inches of pipe--literally about $20 in parts. The rest of the time was spent sitting around waiting 45 minutes for the cement to set before turning the water back on. He arrived at 1:30 PM and was completely wrapped up, paid, and gone by 3:45 PM. I reached out to Valley Plumbing afterward, assuming there must have been a mistake or misunderstanding. I fully expected to pay a few hundred dollars for an emergency service call, but $1,100+ felt predatory. When a manager called back, he explained that $1,114 is just their standard "book rate" for touching a 1 1/4" line. When I asked how $20 in parts and 20 minutes of basic labor justified that cost, he essentially said that's just what they charge, mentioned their techs are professionally trained, and actually thanked me for digging the hole, noting it would have cost even more if they had to excavate. The repair was completed successfully, but charging over $1,100 for 20 minutes of basic PVC work on a pre-excavated hole is completely unreasonable. I will never use this company again.

What a fantastic experience! Starting off with meeting their salesman Julien who showed up on time,…read morewearing a company shirt and listened to what type of system I wanted and what my budget was and then presented me with 3 options all within my budget and within 2 hours of our meeting! Next came the 3 person installation crew: Aaron, Johnathan and Jesus Jr. They showed up on time, in uniform and introduced themselves to me. They installed my new split system ac unit with an inverter compressor with a gas heat fan coil unit and installed new diffusers throughout the house in 10.5 hours working non-stop (I gave them access to the drinks in my mini fridge to keep them hydrated) but I was very impressed with their work ethic! They even fixed the 2 pre-existing issues I had with no air flow in 2 of 3 rooms by rounding out my duct work that had become squished. In the course of moving the old fan coil unit out and the new fan coil unit into the attic, the ceiling sheetrock was cracked; they took pictures and reported it to their boss and brought it to my attention. So, Next Level scheduled a repair man for the ceiling and a Tech to investigate the lack of air flow in the kitchen. 2 days later Roberto and Bryon showed up first thing in the morning. Roberto not only did a great job repairing my ceiling, he also repaired the area around the new thermostat that needed touching up. Bryon adjusted the volume dampers we added to our existing ductwork to force more air to the kitchen that had always been starved of air flow. My whole house is now very comfortable and I'm actually looking forward to receiving my electric bill to see how much I'll be saving!!! I found Next Level by using Google AI and asking for the best AC companies with the best pricing and the highest customer satisfaction ratings and Next Level was one of five companies I interviewed. They obviously have earned their reputation in this valley!!! Thanks again to everyone at Next Level for taking of me.
