I am not a ketchup on meatloaf kind of guy so I used the gravy from my mashed potato's. It was still dried most likely due to it being heated up on a grill because it had a crust on both sides. My wife had breakfast and the bacon has been sitting all day and probably reheated. The food was cheap like 25ish for the both of us but if I am ever there again, it will not be my first choice. However, the first red flag was that it was far too dark (with a gumbo-like color, rather than the blond-brown of a proper etouffee), and when I tasted it, I was shocked that it simply tasted burnt. My food was delivered soon after and all was delicious and well cooked. The check was put on the table before I finished so I could leave as quickly as I wished.
