The broth was rich and flavorful, and the portion was generous with tender pieces of meat. Definitely one of the better pho presentations I have had in the area. I also ordered the sizzling steak pate with baguette, which came out hot and smelled amazing. The steak was tender and savory, the egg added richness, and pairing everything with the fresh baguette made for a really satisfying dish. In my experience in a similar circumstance if you're the server you do something to try to make it right. I dunno maybe take off a soda or bring out a free slice of cake if not take something off the bill. Just felt pretty amateur. All we got was some vague excuse about the kitchen being renovated. That's something you should tell a large party when they're ordering.
