I had my car towed to Eli's, January 19, 2014, on a Sunday. I was told by the wrecker driver and…read moreothers who saw my accident, the car would probably be totaled due to the age of the vehicle, the roof was caved in, front & back windows broken. My vehicle has very low mileage, a great economical vehicle that has been well maintained. However, I only had liability, high probability the insurance would not cover my vehicle. The other vehicle, which came into my lane, left the scene. I was attempting to avoid a head on collision. No witnesses! Four days passed and my adjuster had not been in to see the vehicle. The local junk car dealer told me Eli's would be charging me a daily $20.00 storage fee; he was deducting that amount from the price he was offering me. With that information, I quickly decided to move the vehicle to a friend's house and wait for adjuster. When I arrived at Eli's, to meet the tow truck driver, I couldn't see my vehicle. I went inside looking and asking for my vehicle. I was very impressed with the staff. Even though the staff knew the vehicle was going to be totaled, they had moved my vehicle to a covered area because it was raining. The staff was protecting the interior of the vehicle. When I went inside the office to take care of the bill, they did not charge me for storage. All I paid was the wrecker fee. I was quite impressed with the staff. Hope you have a great experience with them as well. Diana E

Quality Control Non Existent. The Collision guys don't check and verify their completed work! I…read morehit a Deer about 2 weeks ago and brought my 2026 GMC Sierra Denali into Chuck Nash Collision Center for repairs, since that's where I bought it from. I didn't inquire how long I would be without my truck and just left it to them. Liz was very helpful and kind, but that's the only positive thing there. I informed them that I bought the paint sealant package when I bought the truck and they (the Dealership) put it on the day I bought the truck. They asked for the Receipt for proof, understandable. I informed the Collision Center to call the Finance Manager, because he (Ian) would have the receipt. I actually thought it was a Ceramic coat, but Ian told me it was a special sealant package for an extra $1,000 plus. Anyway, when I picked up the truck the Driver's door made a sound coming from the hinge area like something was loose, I thought it a tool left behind in the door, but Liz informed me it sounded like a loose hinge. I explained that sound to Liz and she witnessed it as well. She asked me to come back on Monday since they were about to close in an hour. She never informed me about the Special Sealant package and what they did about it, but I found out it wasn't reapplied. The Right Hand Doesn't talk to the Left there. Because when I talked to the Finance Manager, Ian and he told me he'd take care of it, but the Collision Center never called him. Now, I have to go back AGAIN on Monday, spending more time (40 min. drive one way) and gas money to have my truck fixed like it should have been the first time! Now, the Collision Center and the General Manager won't return my calls to coordinate a time to bring my truck in! I thought us Americans learned the history of Quality Control after WWII. Also, to me this appears that the Collision Center does a Half ass Job the first time and prays the Customer won't notice their mistakes!

I was the one initiating all conversations and calling for updates. Also, they had a total of 6 months to realize my car was a total loss, and I was not aware until I had to call them and then they delivered the news. I have been making car payments on a vehicle I wasn't even driving, that's frustrating in itself. I understand with COVID-19 that parts took awhile to come in, but the lack of communication when parts did come in and how late it took to get the ball rolling to start on my vehicle is no excuse.
