We came here to pick up some hooks and eyes for the door and the gentleman kindly directed us to the right place in a second! Love the quality service! Cheers

It was a very difficult project as it wasn't a color that was readily available. He was patient and professional and it took so long. I am very grateful to him. The outdoor items of the store had soil & amendments and plants for sale. The perlite was for $9.99, yikes! Home Depot sells it for about $5.97. Then I saw it, a beautiful succulent with lots of pups already but it didn't have a price tag. I had a feeling it wasn't going to bode well as this is one of those boutique type of shops at this plaza. It might as well be the Erewhon or Gelson's of home & gardens shops, unlike Home Depot. You know what I mean? Typically this would sell for about $4-7 but it's $9.99! But it's so pretty and it has many pups for me to distribute & repot. Toby at the cashier stand helped me out. He was knowledgeable & amiable. Additionally, he offered valuable info about the lady bugs & praying mantis that are sold to help our ecosystem. I didn't do much browsing, just purchased my succulent and went my merry way. It was a great experience but the prices here are definitely more for upscale shopping.

It is a huge location with many services and amenities. It also has a huge parking lot, so there is always parking. Garden Center- 100/10. It is huuuuuuge and always looks beautiful. They keep it in pristine condition. It's always fulllllll of a wide variety of plants, flowers, and gardening supplies. They also have great deals on flowers and plants. I get everything I need here. Service- 100/10. The friendly staff working in the garden center are truly amazing. I typically interact with Anthony, Monica, and Pantelis. All of them are amazing and truly their helpfulness is why I continuously keep coming back. Honestly the managers at this location should be proud of what amazing staff they have! This truly is the best Home Depot garden center and location I have ever been to. I'm so thankful it's only a 3 minute drive from my house :)

We met Gio while she was in the middle of a group training with at least 20 Home Depot employees and managers. She absolutely did not have to stop what she was doing, and it would have been completely understandable if she simply pointed us in the right direction or asked someone else to help. Instead, Gio immediately stepped away from the group and personally helped us find the electrical items we needed. What stood out most was that she did it with a great attitude, patience, and genuine willingness to help -- even though she was clearly in the middle of something important. That kind of customer service is rare. She represented Home Depot incredibly well, not just as an employee, but as someone who clearly understands the value of taking care of customers in the moment. It made a big impression on us, and I hope this compliment makes its way to her leadership team. Gio is exactly the kind of person who makes customers remember a company in a positive way. Home Depot is lucky to have her.

This was my second time having lunch there because after my first visit, I left feeling underwhelmed but thought maybe I'd just ordered the wrong thing. I wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately, yesterday confirmed my first impression. The service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and did a great job. The problem is the food. There were three of us, and every single dish came in surprisingly tiny portions. A $30 salad was served on what looked like a saucer-sized plate. My friend's salmon arrived on an equally small plate, and the sweet potato fries came in the tiniest little bowl imaginable--about the size of a small McDonald's fries. They tasted good, but there were barely enough to share. Can you make the serving sizes any smaller? It honestly felt like there was a food shortage. I ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad, and it was a huge disappointment. The chicken was mostly dark, greasy meat filled with gristle and tendons. It was honestly unpleasant to eat. The salad itself was very small, and the wonton strips seemed to be the main ingredient instead of the chicken or fresh vegetables. Overall, the food was bland, the portions were incredibly small, and my salad was borderline gross. It's a shame because the setting is gorgeous and the service was great, but the kitchen simply doesn't deliver. I can't recommend this restaurant based on the food.

Terrible management and product quality…read more I paid top dollar for a new front door from Ganahl, only to receive one with obvious defects: flaws in the wood -- including what appears to be a deep saw-cut burn and an oil stain -- putty oozing from the surface, and other workmanship issues that should never have passed quality control. When I reported the defects, Ganahl was dismissive and argumentative. I was essentially told that "wood is wood" and that the condition of the door was normal. That position quickly fell apart when the matter was escalated to the manufacturer, T.M. Cobb, which acknowledged -- from only a few photographs -- that the door did, in fact, have defects requiring attention. Despite that admission, we were told that it would take at least a week for someone merely to inspect the door, with no indication of how much longer an actual repair or replacement might take. Ganahl knew that professional installers were scheduled for the day the door arrived and that the installation was necessary to keep exterior stucco preparation, inspections, and the rest of the construction schedule moving. I proposed a remote video (Facetime) meeting so the parties could review the defects promptly and discuss possible solutions before the project was further delayed. Ganahl and/or T.M. Cobb unilaterally decided that such a meeting would be fruitless and instead dictated that I would have to wait for an in-person visit. T.M. Cobb also refused to discuss the matter with me directly, while Ganahl refused to put me in contact with the person T.M. Cobb planned to send to inspect the door. Their proposed course of action was therefore no solution at all -- send the installers home, stop related work, delay inspections, absorb the resulting costs, and wait at least a week without even being permitted to speak directly with the manufacturer or its inspector about possible options. We were therefore left with two unacceptable choices -- refuse to install the door and bring the project to a halt, or install it to keep construction moving and potentially have to rip it out later. To make matters worse, we were told that installing the door could be treated as acceptance "as-is," supposedly relieving Ganahl and T.M. Cobb of responsibility for correcting the defects. In sum, Ganahl delivered a defective premium-priced product, offered no timely or practical remedy, blocked efforts to discuss solutions promptly, and attempted to shift the consequences of its quality-control failure entirely onto the customer. The defective door was unacceptable. Ganahl's dismissive attitude, lack of urgency, refusal to take ownership, and unwillingness to facilitate direct communication made the experience significantly worse. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering a door through Ganahl or purchasing a T.M. Cobb product.
