I waited to calm down before writing this review. This is right after Christmas so I'm guessing some staff members may have taken the holidays off. I scheduled an appointment at 11:30 and wasn't helped until 10 min later. My appointment was scheduled with Tony, but was helped by Jeff. I needed to get my car inspected because my check engine light went on and needed a maintenance check/oil change. My car finishes in 2 hours and I come back and my engine light is still on. I'm walking back and forth looking for Jeff to see what the issue was. He then fixed the issue and when I get back to my car he has my window rolled all the way down after a car wash. I was already annoyed at the fact that he neglected my check engine light, and to come back with my window left with water stains just pissed me off after that. I shouldn't see this as a big issue, but because Jeff didn't do an efficient job meeting all my expectations I will not be returning to this Lexus dealership. He said "next ones on me" no thank you Jeff, but please do an efficient job for your next customers going forward. read more

This place is a joke. I need help with my wheel insurance. Nobody wants to help. I added wheel insurance when I purchase my car and when I call to ask about an issue I have so I don't waste anyone's time to make sure they say YES.......now I'm here and they are quick to say NO and give me a wheel repair guy that will do a great job. I can look for myself. I called and emailed them to call me back to verify and I get nothing. There service department sucks. They are quick to charge you for everything, even tire rotation but that's funny that I can not rotate my tires. They act like they care but they just agree with you and do nothing. I will make sure this review goes on every possible site. Oh and there finance department blows and so do there salesmen. I'll be going to the Riverside Lexus from now on. read more

Disappointed. Second purchase from here and they dropped the ball again! Not sure why I even came back. All broken promises. Everyone seems to be a manager but really not THE MANAGER. one manager even made a comment "I'm surprised you even bought the car like this...in its condition" when we came to fulfill our DUE BILL. Provided a loaner was told my vehicle was complete to find out that they just wanted the loaner back because it had been sold umm WHAT! So you loaned us someone else's car? My car was not complete and what was done to it was a very crappy job. Manager also made a comment "yea we do get complaints sometimes" WTF!!! Was told scratches could be buffed out no problem turns out scratches are too deep to buff and they can't do anything. Even though it was on DUE BILL! So after all the smiles I received day of purchase and all the managers saying we'll take care of it when I came to take of it I felt like I wasn't taken care of as promised. I was called back in the day after signing for resigning because my payoff was incorrect even though the amount was text messaged and emailed to the rep. It's been 30 days since signing and I have yet to receive my funding notice to whom I'll be making payments to. Finance rep stated my contract was in "limbo". Where is limbo!!??? I want to cancel my extended warranty and was told it couldn't be completed until they received my contract back. Cuz again it's in limbo! I can go on with more but bottom line is MY EXPERIENCE WAS A MESS!!! read more

This is my second car purchased from Ray at crown Lexus. For my second car we went in this week to look at a 2016 Is. This time around it was a little more difficult because of a trade in with negative equity. From the beginning I thought it would be impossible for this deal to happen, I was wrong! Ray got me out of my 2013 Hyundai and into a 2016 Lexus for only 30 dollars more than what I was paying before. The whole process was smooth and I didn't feel any pressure in buying the car. Recently had car serviced account access for a 15000 mile service also had a warranty issue that was resolved and came out nice. Got my car back after I got home I noticed that they wash the vehicle as a result of them watching the vehicle the front license plate must have gotten caught in their machine and was bent and twisted and also at the time put a nice scratch in the front bumper. So if you have a front license plate on a bracket on your Lexus be aware that it may be get caught in the machine and twist up your custom front license plate bracket. Take note to have the car either not washed or have it hand washed so that this will never happen. read more

BAIT AND SWITCH. Watch out for their scam. Beware the financing numbers. I had called around several dealers and Crown Lexus was able to give me the best price it seems. Within 5 minutes, I said I'll take the car since they were able to beat the price of the other dealers. We agreed on an out the door price and I showed up the next day to pick up the car. The rep provided the paper with all the break down which came out the the agreed out the door price. I was sent to financing to finalize the paperwork. This is where things get tricky or even scammy. I brought out my calculator to compare the month payment they gave and the dealer was off by 12-13 dollars a month, which is around 400-500 more total than what we agreed. The rep said something was wrong with my calculator. I did quick calculation in my head with their monthly payment and it seems within the ballpark with the interest and car price. However, at the end I requested to see the financing breakdown again and realized I was financing 400-500 dollars more on the car than the out the door price. I asked them why and then they decided to tell me the reason for the mismatched calculation was that I had a higher tax rate than they thought. However, the rep/manager are aware of my exact address for tax calculation when we spoke over the phone and when I came in as well. They were also very well aware after I filled out all the paperwork with all the information included and we waited an hour for them to complete the paperwork before going into financing. The finance rep decided to ask the manager to see if they can now honor the original out the door price that we agreed on. The dealer came back with "No, we can now only match the other dealer." This was a waste of time and I almost got scam out of $400-500 dollars on this car with them trying the BAIT AND SWITCH. Like I said, they gave me a true break down initially on paper and then tried to change it during financing when it's confusing and already tiring for a lot of people. They even tried to confuse me with pointing out the reason being due to the rebate and a bunch of BS. Won't ever return here nor recommend anyone I do like to come. I ended up going to another dealer that same day that honored the out the door price without playing these tricks and is cheaper than Crown Lexus if i was to get scammed by them. I've been coming here for the past 6 years and service has always been acceptable. Just mediocre. But this time around I was really disappointed. It was for regular maintenance. The ineffective communication skill is what infuriates me. They informed me that the repair will take one additional day so I'm already a bit annoyed but this person called at 3pm to tell me that the car is ready for pick up on Saturday and forgets to tell me that they close at 4pm. I get there around 415pm and the place is closed. If you had any foresight, you'd be telling your customer that since we are closed on Sunday please make sure you come before 4pm because we close at 4pm and you won't be able to pick up you car until Monday. But apparently such foresight cannot be expected and I just look like a stupid customer who didn't know you close at 4pm on Saturday. read more
