Edmund at Crown Plumber has done a few big (and small) jobs for us in the last year or so and we have been highly satisfied with his work. He re-routed our washer and dryer from one side of our laundry room to the other, which involved tearing up the drain in the concrete floor and re-routing that as well. He re-routed all our water lines in an orderly fashion and installed a whole-house water filter system for us. When we asked if he could drop the water lines another foot or so after he was done, he came back and fixed it to our liking with no additional charge, no questions asked. Edmund also fixed our leaky shower, fixed our wobbly toilet, and replaced some old traps and piping under all our sinks. The leaky shower fix involved switching out the tub drain, which was a tricky fix since he had to maneuver through some piping and wires through the room below, which he did like a champ. It also involved some minor tile work, which we were pleased with. Edmund guarantees his work and will come back and fix anything that you are unsatisfied with, no questions asked. I couldn't be happier with Crown Plumber's service! Immediate service, efficient, fine workmanship, tidy, honest, and even above and beyond what I'd asked for. My water heater failed catastrophically (water everywhere) on Thursday night, so needed prompt service. Called Friday morning at 8:25. Edmund arrived in less than half an hour. He evaluated my needs, called his assistant to pick up a new heater and got right to work on the removal and shut-off valve installation. He was focused, patiently answered my many questions, and does neat, high quality work. Edmund not only replaced the water heater shutoff valve, but even replaced a second, leaky shutoff valve on an adjacent pipe and refused to charge me for it. He also added a safety drainage pipe to minimize a future flood, and offered a few good tips. In spite of all these extras, his price (lower than other quotes I got) remained the same. There were water traces on our ceiling. It turned out to be a leak from jacuzzi faucet, that we didn't know initially. Worked with a handyman, visited multiple times, he left in a mess and he couldn't finish the job. Talked to Edmund. He asked for specific photos, sent in messages. Over a phone call, he diagnosed the issues, ordered the parts. Came and fixed it quickly. Price was little bit above average. I wish it was less. Anyways Edmund did a good job. Wesley at Crown plumber just resolved a plumbing crisis- gurgling toilet and sink and back up into the tub when the washing machine ran.
