This was my first time visiting this amazing restaurant, and lunch was perfection. I had the meatball sub, which was ample, wonderfully seasoned, and served on a fresh and crusty Italian roll. This restaurant is a flip from the former Parma. Surprisingly enough, the quality of the food is exceptional. The whole new design, wow. Awesome up beat venue. Unfortunately, loud. Facility adjustments are needed. Definitely great older crowd. Bring the music down a notch. Be able to have a good conversation without raising your voice. The service was exceptional. Went there on a whim because our ususal spot was slamming and I'm so glad we did. There was no wait on a Friday night but we caught it at a good time because it was busy earlier. The server was excellent - very informative and tried to upsell for the restaurant but not harshly and in a respectable way, which I admired. Food was very good. My companion had a bone-in veal parmasiann that was huge and he liked it a lot. I had the bolenaise and it was very good. I don't do well with food prepared with MSG and it did have some in the dish but it was too bad. Tables are very close to one another and the ambiance is dark, but if you want good food at a good price you should go. I do think there's a lot of locals who go there regularly. read more

We had high hopes based on the reviews but encountered several issues. They were out of several of the items we wanted to order (a lobster special, halibut and scallops plus two of the mocktails), the food took over an hour and a half to be served and one of the entries arrived cold and had to be reheated. The shrimp cocktail was tiny for $4 a piece. The restaurant was extremely loud and multiple tables that came in after us received their food more quickly. The kitchen seems too small to accommodate the tables. On a positive note, the server was so nice and very apologetic. It was not her fault and she did take the entree off the bill that arrived cold and offered free dessert. For a Saturday evening we were surprised there was no presence of mgmt that ever came by. Hope this place is able to work out the service issues. The food was ok- not great given the wait and the prices. read more

first off Rachel our bartender is the sweetest, most attentive person I've ever met. she's remembered conversations we had in the past and is so accommodating and reccomends drinks or food substitutions for me cus I'm vegetarian. but overall the food is 10/10 every time especially brunch! if you want high end great quality food and service please come to crudo. the atmosphere is classy and artsy and even when it's busy it's comfortable and service is fast! love love love I was not paid to write this by the way I just love this place so much hahahaha read more

Decided to try a new restaurant in our area tonight and we're not disappointed. Staff was welcoming, service was fast, drinks were perfectly crafted and the food was just amazing! It was tastefully designed and surprisingly quite being tight quarters. Food was very good and we had a pleasant waiter Noah. Wine by the glass was a little pricey. Menu prices were in line with most other similar restaurants. All in all a pleasant dining experience. Would try again with some friends in the near future. read more

So happy my wife and I were finally able to try Crudo. We stopped in for brunch today. Let me tell you this place is phenomenal! We had the hash and eggs and the crab cake Benedict. Both dishes were SOOO good. And the bloody Mary's are next level! Not only is the food absolutely delicious the service is on point. They also did an incredible job with the build out which provides a great atmosphere. Can't wait to get back here to try their dinner service. read more

If you haven't checked out Crudo on Putnam Pike in Smithfield yet... what are you waiting for? The team behind this new spot did an unbelievable job redesigning and reworking this longtime restaurant locale. The decor is clean and modern with just enough cool touches without going over the top. The staff is younger with a good mix of older pros and it shows. The service is spot on and not overbearing. Great drink and wine selection, including some great mocktails for the kids and non drinkers. That's all great but what sets this place apart is the food! From extremely fresh oysters and lobster cocktail to obviously scratch made desserts, the food is just spot on delicious! The burger was cooked perfectly as was our cacio Pepe with fried egg. My son had fruity pebble pancakes and candied bacon with French toast bites... not a crumb left! We enjoyed our brunch here so much that we have reservations now for dinner next weekend! read more

Our first Sunday Brunch at Crudo - and very probably not our last. Tucked away in a mini-mall strip I wouldn't have noticed it except for a Yelp search for "brunch near me". Gorgeous and moody sea-themed interior. Excellent and friendly service. Beautiful bar including raw bar area. But the cocktails and food were the star. Started with Taormina morning's cocktail. Tasty, not sweet, alcohol forward and delicious. Green Goddess eggs were likely best deviled eggs we'd ever had. Burger with fried brie and egg were immaculate - gooey, creamy, and done to order with lightly truffled fries. Cacio e Pepe with fried egg was beautifully elevated (still trying to work out the flavors). Finished with ricotta trifle with raspberry coulis - light and delicious. Highly recommend. read more

Food was excellent ! We had oysters they were amazing, fresh ,shucked well ,very flavorful yet delicate.We were told they were harvested in Duxbury. Calamari were delicious. Nice coating and fried to perfection My husband had the Halibut on the menu it was flakey anf flavorful served with spinach and fingerling potatoes. I had the veal chop. I asked if could sub out mushroom truffle risotto for creamy parmesan polenta , they had no problem with my substitution.($ 4.00 up charge on bill) It was screaming with flavor!!! Celebrating my mom's 77th birthday and everyone loved brunch. We were a party of 6 and were seated in a booth which was both comfortable and cute - the overall ambiance was a 5/5. The food was fantastic and pleased the palates of teenagers, seniors and those in between. We loved the "make your own mimosa" option and the service was excellent. There are so many other menu items I want to try, so I'll definitely be going back. They have a frittata of the day which was really tempting also. I want to check out their dinner too. There's so much to love about the place between the food and drinks, the decor, the staff, and the 80s/90s classic hip hop music that was playing. I ate here on July 3rd with my kids and parents and it was delicious!! Our server Rachel was very friendly and the food was fantastic! We had stuffed mushrooms, scallops in bacon, and calamari apps. The mushrooms were my favorite but they were all very good. For dinner, I had the cioppino and my husband had the eggplant and they were both great! Great food, service and atmosphere what else do you need??! My parents went back a couple of nights later because they love it so much! I will definitely go next time we are back in town! read more

Went to Crudo last night for the very first time... it did not disappoint starting with the rabe sausage and cannellini beans.... our entrees were delicious.. I enjoyed the pork chop (cooked to perfection) and my husband had the chicken parm which was also exceptional....the ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful and the staff could not have been more inviting to make us feel VERY COMFORTABLE.... I've been to Crudo on Rt 44 twice in ten days. To give you an idea of how much I like this place, the second time I chose it as my bday meal with my brother and S-i-L. The decor is nice, the staff is good, the food is REALLY good and the prices are terrific. The friend with whom I first went asked me where I want to go for my actual bday and we're going back there. I swear I have no connection except it's a really good place and I want it to stay around for a long time! We visited this restaurant on June 28th. Someone spent some $ to decorate interior of this restaurant- well done. So well done we were prepared to forgive the assortment of disappointments in food preparation- over dressed Caesar salad, rolled eggplant breading soggy, pasta served just warm - but our server was very attentive and it was early-maybe they just weren't ready for us and perhaps if I packaged up leftovers I could salvage the meal? But then the political conversation started from a group of young, idle male servers in an open area. We could hear every guffaw, snarky comment, and endless critique. Seriously? No manager on duty to tell them to quiet down? No matter what side they were on they are going to tick off some customers - can this restaurant afford to alienate half of its guests? Aren't we all sick of hearing these dialogs? We came for a nice quiet dinner that ended up feeling like a trip to the dentist-an ordeal to be endured. We asked for the check and did not take our leftovers home. The two star rating is for our server -Sydnie (who was not part of the political conversation) and the beautiful job done on the interior of the restaurant-we won't be back. read more

where do I start man. first of all, the ambiance. talk about gorgeous decor. turtles on the tv. lighting candles etc. the oystera? Forget about it. Deviled eggs, crab. then I had the lobster roll. The thing about a lobster roll is nobody wants a dry roll. you could tell they put this roll in its place. Buttered, crispy yet soft in all the right spots. Lobster meat in surplus.
