I love Crudo every time! Love the decor and the quaintness of this little spot! Service is friendly and attentive! I usually get the specials but went for one of my menu faves - the Halibut! Yummy! Pan seared and crisp - delicious!! The drinks - also part of the thing I love about Crudo! Especially the pineapple cosmo!! It's perfect!!!

We went for brunch for my daughters birthday. We had a reservation for Sunday at 10 am. There was no one in the place! The dining room has an upscale look and our server was very attentive. My husband and I ordered Bloody Marias. The flavor of the mix was delicious, not too spicy, which was good for me. My husband chose the ghost tequila in his, but it tasted just like mine. My daughter had the iced cafe grande which she loved. For appetizers I chose the oysters, which were so fresh and the highlight for me. The rest of the family shared the bacon wrapped scallops and the Crudo Stuffies. The scallops were a hit, the stuffies were just okay. The texture inside was a bit mushy. For our main course, my daughter ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes, which were the family favorite. My daughter in law ordered the Portuguese Sweetbread brown sugar brûlée french toast. It was tasty but soggy. We assume with Brûlée it would be crisp. The portion was huge. My son had the eggs in purgatory which was good and my husband had the blueberry pancakes which he called ordinary. I ordered the house hash and eggs. The bottoms of the eggs were crispy, the hash was tasty and the home fries are simply salty roasted potatoes, no onions, peppers or other seasoning. The food was good, but it was not amazing. After looking at the menu and reviews, maybe we set our expectations too high.

    Veal parm!! Huge portion!

Service was outstanding! Food was fantastic and the drinks were delicious! Rachel G. is an amazing bartender!!

Probably one of the best bone in veal Parmesans I have ever had. Fork tender super crispy on the outside breading along with a super fresh sweet tomato sauce and cheese. Pasta is very high quality as it has that texture much like when you make it from scratch. The meatball appetizer was delicious and had great flavor was served in the same sweet fresh tomato sauce . The burger was incredible as well. I shared with the people I was with so we could all try multiple items. Limited Italian menu but everything we had was amazing. Extensive fish and raw bar but that isn't my thing. Overall great place attentive service clean. Highly recommend.

Cozy little Italian and seafood spot right off 295. Been wanting to try this since it changed over from Parma. Since I knew it was smaller I made a res on Yelp but we were really early for dinner (3:30) so it probably wasn't needed but I'd imagine it's a must during the busy times. We were immediately greeted with a smile and seated. Waiter was perfectly attentive and super knowledgeable. Nice drink menu but not a ton of beer selections if that's your thing. I had a maple old fashioned and it was pretty good. Not too much maple and just the right size. They have a nice mocktail menu too. The food was decent but probably not what got this place a 4.7 on Yelp. The crab cakes were fresh and the flavor was good but it could have used just a hint of crisp on the outside for texture. The chicken parm was sizable and the sauce was tasty but the breading didn't adhere to the chicken. The statler chicken was tender but took 45 mins to come out of the kitchen (which is fine so long as the wait staff warns you about that ahead of time). Overall, it was a good dining experience and I look forward to going back again soon.

On my way home from Scarborough Beach in RI, I made a pit stop at Crudo in Smithfield. This spot has been on my radar for a while, and I'm glad I finally got to try it. They serve weekend brunch until 3 pm, which is perfect for a late-morning meal. I started with oysters and a dill bloody mary made with their in-house dill vodka - one of the best I've ever had! For my main course, I opted for the chimichurri steak and eggs, paired with a side of cornbread. Tom provided excellent service from behind the bar. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try more dishes!

Nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant. We met some friends here this weekend who said they really enjoyed their first experience here a few weeks ago. Outside of the casual decor, everything here was excellent. There's not that much seating and it gets crowded pretty quick. When it is crowded, it can be a bit noisy, but this white tablecloth dining was absolutely fabulous. There's a very good selection of entrées, appetizers, drinks, and desserts. You should easily find something you like. For an appetizer, we went with the beet salad. Very good. Beets were fresh and tasted great. Two of us decided to go with one of the nightly specials. There were three to choose from. We selected the pork chops. Awesome! Perfectly cooked, good sized pork chop, sitting on a bed of asparagus risotto. Carrots and peppers rested on top. Everything sits in a maple gravy.... terrific. My girlfriend chose the eggplant parmesan. That included ricotta cheese and a side of pasta. She loved it. They do take reservations, but be advised you might be on a time watch.

4 jumbo shrimp cocktail! Just perfect.

The response was we only take reservations for parties of 6 or more. Fair enough. I said I'd like to drive up and pit my name in for the next available table for 4. We arrived around 6:30 and I put in my name. I was told it would be 30-45 minutes. No problem. I ordered drinks at the bar and sat outside enjoying the night. At 7:20 I went back and side and saw two 4 tops open and asked the waitress if either of those were for us. Her response "We can't sit 4 people at those tables only." Found that odd seeing as the other 4 tops had 4 people sitting there. She said she was waiting for the table in the back to finish and we could have that one. I said ok and ordered more drinks and went back outside. At around 8:15 a couple came strolling by us and asked what the wait was like. I said we had been waiting for an hour and a half, but they could go check if the bar had seats. 15 minutes after they went in I went in and saw them seated at one of the 4 tops that was open earlier. I asked the waitress why she would sit 2 people that just walked in at a table that fits 4 people that have been waiting for close to 2 hours. Her response "They had reservations." First off that's a total lie as I just spoke to them before they went in. Second, you said you don't take reservations for parties of less than 6 people!! To make matters worse, 2 other staff that my brother in law and I spoke to about the situation all gave differing stories about reservations. Again, you told me on the phone no reservations for parties under 6 people. And to top it off, no apologies, no offer to fix it, no offer of apps or dessert or anything. Not looking for freebies, but literally no remorse. All they did was hide in the back and try to ignore us until the bartender helped us. We have been here many times, always good food, service is good, but the host station is always chaotic. This time took the cake. Will not be back for a while.

We started out with my husband's newfound favorite, the clam cakes. I appreciated the herbiness of the breadcrumbs they were fried in. My husband got the crab roll for his entree, and I did like the bite I was able to sneak of it. I really wanted the lobster roll but that $42 price tag turned me away quickly. Instead I got the fish and chips with pollock for my entree. I am always complaining about portion sizes. Not here, I was only able to finish around 1/3 of it. It is substantial! Not only was it a generous portion, but it was really nicely fried, and I loved the flaky salt on it. My one complaint is the sauces that you pay extra for. I got some piri-piri mayo and garlic aioli. Both of these were absolutely not worth it, grossly lacking in flavor. Don't waste your money on these and stick with ketchup. The staff was friendly, helpful, and as attentive as they could be from inside the food truck. The locale is super cute with a bunch of picnic tables out on a patio. The parking is super limited though so beware. Would definitely recommend!

Perfectly crispy and meaty Heirloom Tomato Salad (4/5): Nice and refreshing to have a veggie dish, though it leaned a little on the salty side. I was vacillating between the hot dogs and a couple of the chicken sandwich's and ultimately selected the Cool Ranch Ray with grilled chicken, cheddar, bacon, and Ranch dressing. It was delicious! Unfortunately, the fries left something to be desired as they were fairly dried out and a bit tough to get down. Perhaps a bit less time in the fryer could have fixed that.
