The damage was purely cosmetic--there was no mechanical or structural damage. Before choosing them, I checked Google reviews and saw they had a 4+ star rating. My insurance company had my vehicle towed, and I spoke with Collin over the phone. During that conversation, I clearly stated that I did not want my front license plate mounted to the bumper, as the bumper was being refurbished. Collin agreed and told me the repair would take about one to two weeks. About a week and a half later, I was notified that my car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the first thing I noticed was that the front license plate had been mounted to the bumper anyway. Collin apologized and said they would remove it and repaint the bumper. I also pointed out that the headlight seals were not sitting flush with the bumper and that the inner fender liner was not properly adjusted, leaving noticeable gaps. A few days later, when I returned to pick up my car, I noticed a visible paint chip under the driver side headlight. Once again, I had to leave my car for repairs. When I returned again, there was a visible crease in the paint near the fog light. After yet another repair attempt, the paint began cracking at the bumper mounting points, and I had to leave my car again. Eventually, Collin informed me that they would need to order a new bumper because the original could no longer be refurbished. When I picked up the car after the new bumper was installed, it initially looked good. However, I noticed that the weather stripping around the headlights was damaged and the inner fender liner was still not properly adjusted. Collin argued that the damage was due to the age of the car, but I explained that the headlights were less than four years old and were damaged during their repair process. At that point, he was dismissive and showed no concern. Additionally, my vinyl rails were damaged because the shop ran my car through a drive through car wash. Collin even complained that insurance companies do not pay to wash cars. The interior of my vehicle was left in terrible condition, and this was dismissed as being "a little dirty." Ultimately, I had to take my car to another body shop, where these issues were fixed correctly the first time. I also had to replace my headlights due to the damage caused by Fix IT Body Shop. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Stay away.

Unfortunately I paid over $9,000 dollar for Full vehicle wrap and a paint correction. I should have suspected there was going to be an issue when they never sent photos of the paint correction. Charles from Wrapvault/Lusso told me all the right things but when I got my vehicle back it was an absolute disaster. There was sand and dirt underneath almost all the sections of the clear bra including the hood, roof, quarter panels , and rear decklid. There were some area where it looked like hair or fuzz was under the clear bra. There were clearly visible dark seam lines on the pillars of the car. The clear bra in front was already lifting off the front bumper. The carbon front splitter had clear bra on top but maybe half an inch below leaving the most vulnerable area completely exposed. As of now I will have to spend over 10,000 to repair what they have done.

Talking with some RV "experts" we were told that it was probably the inverter/converter. We were looking at somewhere around $1,500.00 just for a new part. We called Nick and he said he would be out the very next day. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem in les than one hour. The problem was a bad relay at a cost of $58.00. Nick was also able to bypass the relay to get us up and with full power until the relay arrived. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, prompt and fair priced. We highly recommend using Express RV and Home Services to anyone.

Then my wife remembered taking her car to Sun Devil Auto for rear break repair, were she dealt with John and she had a good experience there. So we took it there and the service was unmatched, the price was right, the treatment was great, and the car is like brand new... These people are great, next time you need anything done in your car, from an oil change to engine repair trust them and take it there...

After 3 hours we decided to go to the location to see if she could get her reservation. The man working at the location was visibly annoyed and frustrated with dealing with any customers. When we got our chance to speak with him he prefaced the conversation by stating that they prefer customers to not be present in the waiting area while they are working on fulfilling rental requests because they don't like dealing with customers facial expressions and scoffs when their expectations aren't met. We canceled the reservation and went with a company who doesn't treat you as an inconvenience.
