Unfortunately, our prior RV company got bought out by them (orangewood RV). Not only did they not check if our warranty prior to "doing an inspection", they charged us over $500 for labor and only fixed one little thing - that wasn't even what we brought it in for. Horrible communication, horrible service, and we showed up to pick it up today and had an extra $300 on top of our bill. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I walked in and spoke to the 2 nice ladies at the desk who were helpful. I requested to see some RV''s. They spoke to the GM who was sitting by 2 other salesman who were not busy. The female told me no one was there today help because the 2 senior salesman were at lunch. I told them I only wanted to look inside to check interior layouts. They said maybe later. I left my name and number in case they came back soon. As I was walking out, I noticed approximately 10 employees inside that were not busy. I said, "since no one can show me as RV, I guess no one wants a dale. I'll take my business elsewhere." I exited and drove to the class B's to see if I could look inside the windows. I was quickly followed by a salesman. I thought he might have brought keys to help. Instead he cussed me, in front of my wife and in-laws. I told him there was no reason to cuss me. He then swore at me again and said he was going to call the police. We left. I have never been treated this way, ever by any salesmen in my 56 years. If I did this at my job, I would face serious discipline. They were extremely rude and highly unprofessional. Steer clear of this location.

Don't expect a proactive call. You'll be the one chasing them, and when you finally do get through **after weeks of silence**, somehow the repair is magically "done." But don't be fooled you're likely to be back again. If you're considering doing business with them, seriously **run the other way.**

They missed the actual problem (a failed relay and corroded bus bar) because they never bothered to look in the correct compartment. When I proved the issue wasn't fixed, management (Jon) tried to charge me even more. I had to pay an independent shop to fix their negligence. They are happy to take your money but clearly lack the expertise to work on modern RV electrical systems.
