Delivery driver got address wrong, even though it was written correctly and we have delivered to that address on numerous occasions. He texted to say he was delivering the cookies and then we didn't hear anything else. Hours later no one bothered to contact us to let us know the delivery driver couldn't find the house (again, address was correct). We finally called the store to make sure they were delivered and were told they were not. Very poor customer service. Will not use this location again. read more

Cookies are great but customer service and options need improvement. There's a sign on the door limiting the number of customers inside to 10 but what are you to do when there are more than 10 people waiting for their orders to be filled? It would have come across way more professional if u personally asked people waiting for their orders to wait outside instead of just yelling at everyone in the lobby that there's a limit. Great cookies but this is the closest I've felt to covid exposure since the state reopened. Way more than ten customers were jammed into the tiny space. Several were not wearing masks. My husband I decided to come in to try out their cookies while we were out running errands. The cashier was friendly and explained all the cookies available to us. They have mini cookies on display but the cashier told us up front 'oh no don't get your hopes mini cookies are only available for catering'. That disappointed me but I understood. When i asked how many I had to order of the mini size, cashier simply said 'I don't know, you have to order at least 24 hours in advance.' I thought that was rude and he didn't even take the courtesy to check for me. I love supporting new and local businesses and my husband does host many gatherings at his business so I wanted to keep them in mind for his next gathering. We ordered almond joy, chocolate chip, sugar, biscoff, and smores. My husband also ordered a regular milk. We received our cookies in a few minutes and went out to the car to try them, my husband forgot his milk and when i went back to ask about it.... the same cashier wanted to argue with me and said we didn't order a milk. Unfortunately he said they are out regular milk and only had chocolate milk. He asked if i still wanted it and I declined since I know my husband only wanted regular milk, when I told my husband what happened he was just not happy. We just left after that but the service was very disappointing. The cookies are pretty big and they are not as sweet other cookies. Staff is always friendly and it always smells really good since they're making cookies non stop. It's been a lot busier since they blew up on TikTok but even then I didn't wait in line for longer that 30 minutes despite the line wrapping around the store. I do strongly recommend going when Reese's pieces is available, it's the best flavor they came out with just go early since that flavor sells out quick. read more

They were good but I think they need to cut back on the butter...The chocolate chip cookie was flour-y & it was VERY buttery. It could have been better without all of the butter. My mom got a nutter butter & she said it was a butter cookies with peanut butter on top. Hot cookie with massive amount of now-melting frosting. The frosting was just about as thick as the cookie - and the richness was over the top. More importantly, I think this fusion just won't work. I used to love coming here for cookies, but in the last month things have taken a turn for the worse. Their app is abysmal for ordering ahead, and ordering curbside can be more frustrating than just standing in line and getting the order yourself. It used to be you could order curbside, say you arrived, and have your order in less than a few minutes. Now the store turns off curbside and even if you order in advance for a specific pick up time, they won't prepare your order until you arrive. Long line out the door? They're getting their's first. I have waited over 15 minutes for a single cookie order EVERY time I've ordered over the last couple of weeks. I also deliver for DoorDash and every time I've arrived and it gives me the ready-by-this-time estimate, I always end up waiting at least ten minutes past that. The app is a big reason behind this, but also because the store has no system for managing high traffic times to get out orders as fast as possible or to prioritize based on arrival, ready by time, or advanced ordering. These cookies are good...but not good enough for the hassle or wait. Hard pass. read more

I have never heard of this place but the pictures looked really good, so I figured I would give it a try. I called and asked if they delivery and the lady that answered said I can go to the website or the app for delivery. I simply responded okay and asked what cookies where available. She then told me to refer to the app or the Instagram page because she had another order. She came off REALLY rude and acted as if she didn't have time to answer my questions. I asked her again, she speed through the cookie options and when I asked what the difference was between a cookie, she advised I go look at the app or social media site. I was really disappointed.
