Most trash crumbl location. Very bad for their reputation. Day before thanksgiving I came to pick up my order, 3 girls were standing and talking for themselves without any acknowledgement that I'm there standing in the pick up area. One of the girls came and gave someone their pick up order then asked me what the name of the order is and I waited 10 minutes for her to put my order together, when I had placed the order 2 days ago for pick up. As I continued waiting I asked if my order is ready and they said "we're working on it." The girl comes to the pick up area puts the order on the table and walks away without even saying anything, I had to ask her if it's mine to be sure and she responded "ya" with attitude. How did these girls even get hired? This location was a very bad look for crumbl and I will never buy anything from them again. Not to mention my celebration cake looks like shit and she probably spat in it. read more

Went by today for the grand opening and got the gooey-est, most delicious chocolate chip cookie fresh out of the oven. Gooey, thick and chunky with a light dusting of sea salt on top. It was so delicious and the other cookie flavors looked great as well. Especially the lemon Cheescake variety. The shop itself is cute, Service was great and when we left I was already thinking about when I could come back next. I'm earmarking it in my brain as a great stop for date night and I'll definitely order a box to serve as treats for my next celebration or event. read more

The cookies were good, but they didnt have any bags so I had to carry 13 small boxes without a bag. It was very overpriced but it's good to have it once in a while. I'm on the fence about this location. I've been to this location twice for a pickup order and on both visits I have been the only customer there, but not one hello or hi when I walked in. No eye contact at all. I was invisible. So I just wait over against the wall by the pick up section. Both times I came in the morning. Is it just the morning crew that sucks? There are 4 or 5 employees there and no one can say hi? I get it customer service jobs are annoying. Been there done that but I would never make a customer feel unwelcomed just because I don't like my job. The only time that I was acknowledged was when my name was called for me to get my cookies. And I will add that the person who handed me my cookies was friendly. Now, the cookies are really good. So that would be the only pro for me. But are the cookies so good that it over shadows the poor customer service. Don't think so. So that's why I'm giving 3 stars. read more

So, T MOBILE had an offer for one free chocolate chip cookie from Crumbl and I went to the one near me to redeem. It's all self serve...three employees in the baking area just look at you with bored looks on their faces. No signs, nothing telling you everything is up to you. A customer ahead of me told me there's no customer service. One female worker especially had the look of wanting to be anywhere else rather than to be standing there rolling little balls of cookie dough on to a baking sheet. She was the worst of the three. If anyone had a question or there was a problem with their self serve gadget, she would wander on over and deal with it begrudgingly. For my single free cookie the system wasn't working properly....here she comes again, attitude in tow to make it right. The transaction completed...one of the other girls brought me the cookie and I said thank you. As I left the store and was halfway down the block, the one with the attitude yells out to me from in front of the store "have a nice day" dripping with an F*** You along with it. I didn't bother to respond. Needless to say, I will NEVER visit that Crumbl store again and will tell people I know not to as well. I miss the days of customer service. Having to wait for 20 minutes just to order one cookie is absolutely ridiculous. Plus getting attitude on top of things. Hoping this isn't the kind of service the other stores offer. read more

2/3 of their check out machines are out of service... they just opened. This is just embarrassing AND THEY WERE COMPLETELY OUT OF THE PINK SUGAR COOKIES MID WEEK. No signs out stating this either, only told after waiting 5 minutes for my order. This is a terrible store with only 3 employees who have no clue how to help customers and no manager on duty to help the workers but it shouldn't be difficult to have some smiles and good, helpful attitudes. Just an embarrassment on the whole crumbl franchise. Do better. read more
