    Available cookies for sale

This Crumbl location opened just a few months ago. I have visited twice already. On my first visit, I had the chocolate chip cookie and on the second time, I had the pecan. The staff is always friendly and readily available to assist you. One staff is taken off due to parking issues and the cost. Being just across Porto's, finding a place to park is always a struggle. Also I can't see myself spending $5 for a cookie wherein you can buy one from Porto's. However, it's ok to indulge once in a while.

I came in for a pick up, the store was quiet and empty. I ordered at the tablet at the counter and it was ready in just a few minutes. The cookie had a good balance of chocolate and strawberry flavor. Parking- street parking or a few spots behind the building

This place is cute. Self Order and the cookies taste good. The service wasn't spectacular, it's not that serious but we weren't greeted when walking in or asked if we had any questions but I'm not offended I'll probably be back to grab the Oreo cookie mini cake.

Dirty establishment. Employees do not even greet their customers in and seem very unenthusiastic. No communication to customers whatsoever, they kinda just expect you to use the tablets. I prefer visiting the NoHo West location despite this being a lot closer.

Ordering online was convenient and easy. When ordering, you can text when you are close to the shop and then they will prepare and box it fresh. Staff is nice and friendly. We usually order the regular size but opted for the minis this time. Was disappointed with the ratio of size to cost (6 palm size cookies for $17). 6 larger cookies is $24.99 and felt like a better deal. Cookies were delish though. Coconut cream was good, chocolate milkshake was meh and the brookie was fantastic. Storefront is small and parking is hard to come by on a busy weekend. There are 2 EV charging stations on Hollywood way 1/2 block away across from target (that may more convenient). Interested to see how long it lasts at this location given steep competition from Porto's across the street.

We Burbankers don't like to brag but, yes, we've got our own Crumbl. Where Hollywood Way meets Magnolia, directly across the street from Portos. In the mood for a dessert that's a bit sweeter, and a bit pricier, with giftable presentation? Crumbl! It's all about the cookies, the flavors change every week, and cost about $5 each. The IYKYK pink Crumbl box will get you into the pickiest homes if you don't want to arrive empty-handed. The cookies themselves are super rich, super big and super good. Crumbl even sells a Crumbl-cookie-cutter ($5) which cuts your cookie in four pie-shaped pieces. There's a four-pack box, a six-pack box, and something even more jumbo. Staff is super nice and super patient as you figure out just much a cheat-meal it's going to be. Worth it though. They make the cookies right there! Street parking, natch, but remember -- Burbank is the city without a parking meter.

They just opened one here at Burbank. I've heard all about them. I got one chocolate chip cookie for free. Just need to show them you've downloaded their app. I bought one lemon cheese cake cookie, which is great; I also got a tres leches one, which is a bit too sweet for my taste. They are pricey. $5 each. If you buy 4 or 6 or more there will be a discount . The more the cheaper. But I will recommend the lemon cheesecake one for sure. They got self service machine. I love that. The store is neat.

We came for the grand opening in Burbank and heard about it from Facebook. We bought a 4- Pack of the Semi Chocolate Chip flavored cookies and got our Free Chocolate Chip cookie to celebrate the Grand Opening! Super happy the location is in Burbank and it is finally open! They did forget our free cookies and we didn't bother to check until we got home so we had to make the trip back to receive the cookies which was a bit annoying but we understand it is their first day. We love Crumbl and will come back!

Ordered on Uber Eats over an hour ago and they told us we need to wait another 30 minutes for this!!???!?!?

Ordered on Uber Eats over an hour ago and they told us we need to wait another 30 minutes for this!!!!!! The couple next to us picking up theirs ordered on the kiosk inside 15 minutes prior! Employees slow, careless, don't have cloths to wipe their hands covered in frosting...just so messy, unorganized. I was speechless.

THEY will NEVER MATTER after you've tried the doughnuts and other baked & fried yummerz here! They put love into their product. Why do I say that? Because they put pride in their product. As a chef I understand the complexities that go into making something as seemingly innocuous as a doughnut or donut - however you may spell it. The right ingredients in PERFECT proportions... The perfect temp & thickness... The perfect wait for the perfect rise... The perfect oil temps... (the oil they use is ALWAYS FRESH! In all the years I've been coming here - 39 years & counting, and the hands it has changed the quality has never waned. The transitions were seamless. FOLKS That never happens! And now, the three ladies that run it now have STEPPED IT UP!! You cannot go wrong with any of the MANY options they offer. From GIANT DONUTS to Croissant, buttermilks, raised, fritters, rolls, muffins, and more - oh and coffee - you will never go wrong here. When I encounter a grubbery that seems TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE - I return several times to see if it was a fluke or a way of business. I tried finding a flaw. ANY FLAW. They don't exist here. The ladies are friendly, professional and courteous. I drive 10 miles out of my way to purchase the baked goods here for all the reasons I listed above. There is plenty of parking and they actually have a table outside for ambiance as well as convenience of enjoying it IMMEDIATELY! I'm sure once you tried The Doughnut Hut you'll feel the same way! And the donuts are a decent size for the price. The donuts were fine. They weren't anything out of this world for us. They were very sweet, the icing on them was a bit much for us. We tend to like a more subtle, I think with our donuts. But they weren't bad at all. We were able to go up and grab our donuts quickly. However, after us a small line formed. So I could see this place getting busy sometime. There are a few parking spots behind the Hutt. You can also park on the street.

Walked in around 12:50pm on 6/29/26 and was greeted by a lovely, sweet lady with a pretty smile by the name of Maddy. She was not only pleasant, but very knowledgeable about the menu and the history of the restaurant. Restaurant along with the restroom was very clean. One gender neutral restroom. The restroom had cute black and white photos on the walls. So did the restaurant. Lot's of beautiful touches here and there. As soon as I was ready to place my order, Maddy, got my order right and the food came out pretty quickly, hot, fresh and delicious!!! I ordered their Chicken Pot Pie-filled with white gravy, cooked carrots, peas, and corn. The crust was so fresh that it is so hard to describe. ($10.55), was worth every penny of it!! Then, I also got their Chicken Pesto Sandwich, which came with Mozzarella cheese, greens, tomato on a toasted Sourdough bread. I opted for the fruit instead of the side salad. ($15.25), got their medium size hot decaf. Latte, with Coconut milk($5.75), and for the milk they charged me 0,85 cents extra. (Was not informed about the extra charge for the milk). Finished my meal with a whole size Blueberry/Peach Pie.($41.95). Was a very decent size for a pie. You get what you pay for.. Everything tasted above and beyond my expectations!! Took the pie to go..They have an extensive menu options from coffee/tea, Latte, Espresso, salads, sandwiches, pies, wraps, variety of juices and more.. Street, and metered parking only. Thank you Maddy, Republic Of Pie, Cheyenne(their general manager that was so lovely to talk to) and Mary who brought out my pie and cleaned my table afterwards. Last, but not least..they have a live band playing on the weekends from 6-to 8pm. Next time, I will go there around that time to listen to some live music..

I've only ordered to-go through someone, so I can't speak for ambiance but it's an extremely busy lot, so if you live near & want to enjoy in the comfort of your own home, it may be best to plan ahead, bring ice box, take multiple ppl so one can order/pick up & other can stay in the car if there's no parking. We've tried the mango stinky rice sundae (must order), Thai tea lemonade- basically cha manaow (can skip), mango sticky rice drink (pretty good if you're looking for drink version of the sundae but can be off putting texture to some), Thai tea shaved ice (melted so fast so wasn't very enjoyable), pandan toast (a lil dry but good w gelato), & gelatos: mango (good staple), coconut milk butterfly pea (yummy/creamy perfect w mango sorbet), jasmine matcha (good choice), pandan milk (strong flavor creamy yummy), earl grey Thai tea (top 3), hojicha crunch (#1), & Thai tea coffee (eh ok just coffee). All the gelatos were shining stars it just depends on preference; very thick, flavorful, & creamy. I've tried 3x in the past 2 months but will be back for more~

Do you have any sense?! Anyway, turns out that person was upset that their order got canceled on DoorDash. If that person ever saw the line at Lou's, she'd understand why. Better yet, if she ever tried Lou's, she'd never have the gall to post nonsense like that. If you haven't had it, don't review it. Simple as that. As for ALL of the items at Lou's "Oh, aimé-je" it does NOT get any better. The croissants are hands down the best in America. The sandwiches (all of them): finger-licking good. The éclairs are the most delectable in town, as are the other pastries. And with ALL of that, somehow the best thing is still the customer service. I have yet to walk in there without seeing Lou personally chatting it up with customers, the man is everywhere. On sunny and rainy days he's passing out umbrellas, and on Mother's Day he's handing out wonderful gifts for all the ladies. The staff take their lead from him and are every bit as splendid. Got here early Sunday afternoon because the line was not absurdly long -- about 6 ish parties in front of us and waited around 15-20 minutes. The interior was really small and there's really only room for to place your order -- if you ordered a drink or sandwich you'd have to step outside to wait. There are a couple of small round tables covered with umbrellas for small parties if you want to do a small meet up or wait for your goods. We had wanted some croissants and apple tarts but unfortunately they had run out of the Apple tarts by the time we ordered (another excuse to return next time). We were convinced by the nice lady at the register to pick up not one but two almond croissants because they were fresh out of the oven and I'm SO GLAD we did. It was still hot/warm when we took our first bite after walking back to our car -- flaky amazing lamination with a steaming frangipane filling, for sure the best almost croissant I've had. The regular croissant was also good but not fresh/warm like the almond croissant so it left less of an impression but I can imagine it also tasting amazing if we got it fresh. Burbank is not necessarily close to where I live but I'm so glad we happened to stop by to finally try this spot out! I'd love to try the sandwiches and tarts next time!

This location is in the heart of Burbank with plenty of street parking. As i walked in, the store was not packed or crowded. Staff were polite and attentive. The drink itself was topped off with a small flan and Ube ice cream scoop. Such a fun drink to enjoy, as you indulge in crunchy flakes, coconut jellies and boba, exploring this drink was nothing but fun for my tastebuds. The Ube ice cream was creamy, rich and delicious, not too sweet. I highly recommend the Halo Halo signature drink, you wont be disappointed. I must come back and try their other specialty drinks.
