Worst service. I ordered 1.5 dozen minis and I only received 1 dozen. I mentioned it to the girl at the register and she said I'm sorry I thought you said 1. I said, no worries how long will it take to get another dozen out. She said It would be quick. I ordered the dozen and waited 20 mins. I walked up to the register and ask about my order and it turns out they forgot about it. I waited another 20 mins to get my cookies. When I my name was called I mentioned to the girl that it took them 40 mins to get my order. She looked at me with attitude and said, well yeah, I didn't know you had another order. No apologies or anything. She gave me a dirty look and just walked away. I will never go back to this place again. read more

Overall Rating: Solid 1 Star This location has gone completely downhill since my last experience! What happened?! Location: This Crumbl location is in a shared plaza with other businesses. Parking: There is plenty of parking in the shared lot. Ambiance/Decor/Atmosphere: Dirty! This may be the most dirty and messy Crumbl location that I have ever visited. The counters were dirty, the floors were dirty, it was quiet and not inviting at all. Definitely not what I would expect from a Crumbl. In fact, it was so dirty and unorganized that I went to check to make sure they had an A health score. Service: The service was terrible. None of the employees moved with intention, seemed to have any energy or pep in their step. The stanchion was not properly placed for where the line started and ended and although I was next in line, the woman before me was still serviced before I was because of where I was standing, which, I thought was the line. The cashier knew I had been standing there but still proceeded to take the customer after me first. Either she was simply clueless and not paying attention, or she didn't care. Either way, horrible customer service. There was only one employee expediting all of the orders while the other 2 employees did whatever it was that they were doing. The employee expediting the orders moved slow as molasses. It took way too long for me to just get one cookie! When she was presenting the orders, she had zero energy, a very blah attitude and barely opened her mouth. Awful customer service across the board. Food/Beverage(s): The cookie was good but that was expected. Overall: Overall, this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth. I know for a fact that I'll never return to this Crumbl again but I will definitely have to think about if I want to ever go to any Crumbl again. I ordered cookies online to be delivered to my car. My app updated that it had been delivered but I hadn't received anything. I had to call them to bring out my cookies. That's not the first time that this has happened. I've tried picking up in store, it'll say I have my cookies, but they haven't even greeted me yet. The co workers were arguing back and forth making it uncomfortable for patrons. The person who I assume was a manager was chastising her employees in front of customers too. It took way to long for them to "find" my order that they had put in the app was completed. I use this feature to better help myself and them, but despite that, I am still unconvinced. It's sad too, I love Crumbl cookie but this makes me go less often. read more

This place is Amazing! You don't see a lot of Cookie as hops around these days, so when there is one that is thriving, you already can imagine it's quality. The service was so fast and friendly when we stopped in. The store front was quaint as they do mostly catering style and pick up deliveries. There is seating outside which was picnic style under a big tent shade structure. Inside there is milk and chocolate milk as well as water. I'm totally planning to visit again! read more

Lots of hype for Crumbl Cookies presently in the media and on social media. In some cases the hype leads to expectations that aren't met and that is the case here with a disappointing experience. Didn't find the employees to be especially welcoming, and for a first time customer, I was greeted by someone who didn't seem especially happy to be helping us. The waiting area is cold and unwelcoming and order verification was not in place as one of our cookies, which we didn't realize until home, was incorrect. I thought the employee that rang in our order verified what we wanted, so I am not sure where the disconnect was. The cookies aren't bad, but based on the value of what you pay I certainly wouldn't order here again. And I while I intended to do a mobile order someday I will go ahead and delete the app. Was going to give three stars, but couldn't bring myself to do so based on experience, value, and knowing I won't be going back to give it another shot. read more
