I tried to post a honest review on the app, for the Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie. It's like the App was rigged.

Delivery 11/2023 Easy App. I love that you can order a box of 4 cookies. Delicious flavors. The person that received the Cookies was overjoyed. I went back to Crumbl 09/26/24. I tried to place this review on the App and it came back "remove bad words" there are no bad words and is not offensive. These are true feelings. I visited the Polaris Pkwy location 09/26/24. I would eat a Walgreens Chocolate Chip Cookie. Before I eat another one from Crumbl. The Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie was soft, that's all the good it had going for it. It taste like I was eating flour, "not even flour" then there was a flavor that was standing out that I can not place my finger on. I picked out a chocolate chip and I couldn't even taste that. Maybe the batch of Jumbo cookies they baked that day "was not the day for a good turn out." Me being a chocolate chip connoisseur. I was REALLY hoping for a HAPPY MOMENT when I toke a bite out of my Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie. I had to throw the rest of that cookie away. I am glad others enjoyed the cookie.

The pies were pretty good. Who knew that pies from a cookie shop would taste great. The service was kinda slow but it was the night before Thanksgiving.

Crumbl changes their cookie line up daily with the chocolate chip being a staple. Honestly, after trying several flavors, chocolate chip reigns superior! The app makes it super easy to order ahead and schedule a pick up time. You also receive Crumbl points, which eventually gives you $10 off after 100 points (1 point/dollar). This review is more for the 8/29 to 9/3 cookie line up. I had ordered a 4 pack with chocolate chip, brownie batter, pink sugar, and cookie butter lava. The good: order was ready on time, chocolate chip once again was the best cookie of the week. The new and improved pink sugar unfortunately fell flat for me. The pink buttercream was overly sweet and found the almond extract to be excessive. Also, the cookie was not baked well enough, so remained undone inside. I also did not like this location compared to the Dublin one. Things seemed a bit hectic inside.

    Pecan pie from Easton

I've been a huge fan of Crumble Cookie. Constantly getting them, trying their new flavors and stuff. I got to say I'm disappointed in this location. Came in on Saturday for the pecan pie which I had it first during last fall. Absolutely love it so it's like a early treat. Since it's a Thanksgiving themed kind of deal. But I'm disappointed.... The pecan pie isn't anything like that I remember. What I got was just a cookie with a few drops of pecan on it... It's not even shaped like a pie... All I can say is, avoid this location if you want to enjoy your cookie. Dublin's location would be my recommendation. They have consistency and I was never disappointed whenever I go there. I've attached photos of pecan pie from both locations. (See for yourself, both cookies were brought on Saturday)

I didn't realize there was a Crumbl over here, but noticed it when perusing the Easton map. We were excited to stop by and check out the weekly slate of cookies. We selected a box of 4 cookies and opted for 2 of the classic chocolate chip cookies, a sugar cookie with rainbow sprinkles and a circus animal cookie on top, and a chocolate cake cookie. They were all large, rich, and tasty. Service was fast and friendly - we placed an order at the kiosk and they were out, warm and fresh, in just minutes. Parking is available in the shopping center lot.

Box of four is a little cheaper per cookie, so why buy just one? Note to self, one cookie is four servings, so don't eat it in one sitting! We got chocolate chip, a classic favorite, s'mores, which our daughter loved, a sugar cookie with frosting, and the apple pie. My family wasn't keen on the apple pie, so I got to eat most of it. I think it's neat that they have the pie flavors, but the cookie crust is probably a little much for some people.

I actually haven't even tried the cookies yet. I'm posting this review based on the customer service I received. 1. I ordered a dozen cookies online with very specific quantities of each cookie. I ordered and prepaid online last night with a pick up time of 12-12:30pm today to ensure my order would be ready when I arrived. 2. When I arrived at 4pm, my order was not ready for pickup. Instead of jumping right into packaging my order, the employee immediately began to try to tell me that I was wrong to expect my order to be ready when it was scheduled for four hours earlier. 3. When my order was finally being boxed, I saw that a large box was being used. I politely asked for my dozen cookies to be packaged in three boxes of four instead to allow for easier transport to school. I was immediately told by the same employee that I had to specify that online if that's what I wanted. Only after I insisted that the least he could do after not having my order ready was to package the cookies differently at my request did he finally agree to package in three boxes rather than one. 4. Then I was informed that the store was out of milk chocolate chip cookies (I had ordered three) and I'd have to pick something else instead. I did pick something else in order to get out of the store and on my way. However, I would like to point out again here that had my order been filled at 12pm as scheduled, the store likely wouldn't have been out of two of the only six varieties of cookies they sell. And even if they had been out, there would have been plenty of time to bake more to fill my order properly. 5. I was offered no apology or any way to make it right. 6. Before the excuse comes up of not being able to staff adequately, please see the attached photo exhibiting a multitude of employees without direction or efficient workflow. I very rarely write reviews on Yelp. This one had to be written. Please do better for those that decide to pay a premium for cookies. I expected a much different experience and was extremely disappointed.

I mean crumbl cookies are just amazing, but I had to confirm the Easton location was living up to the hype. It certainly did! They were serving up hot cookies and my smell inside this place is amazing! For a 4-pack it was $12.50. I will say, I don't love spending money that that on cookies because I feel like I can make good cookies at home, but there's something about these cookies that makes the money worth it! This location was cranking out cookies and they were hot! The staff was super friendly and my experience here was great! Definitely check this location out if you're at Easton!!

Yummy! I can see what the fuss is all about. The cookies are amazingly delicious. One can order and pay at the kiosk. Alternatively one can also order via the app (of course)! I love the double chocolate chip cookie the best. The sugar cookie was like eating a Magnolia cupcake. Chocolate chip is the standard cookie, I believe, with the other five cookies new each week. Ordering a half or full pint of ice cream is an option. Cookies are warm and fresh and are quick to sell out!

I am so excited that another Crumbl cookies location opened, and it is at Easton! I always enjoyed the experience visiting Crumbl cookies. The staff were very friendly. They greeted me as soon as I entered the door, and asked me how the cookies looked before they closed the box to make sure I am happy with it. They also changed the cookie flavors weekly! For this week, they had frozen hot chocolate, Neapolitan, classic sugar, cinnamon swirl, walnut chocolate chip, buckeye brownie, and classic milk chocolate chip. Make sure to check them out when you are around the Easton area!

Wow. Huge warm cookies with the ability to self order. The staff were amazingly efficient and helpful in getting through the line of waiting cookie lovers. I was quite surprised that this was their opening weekend for how smoothly everything was going. The cookies were fantastic and perfectly packaged.

Weekly assortment, the honey bun cookie was amazing!

I've slowly become a Crumbl addict, to the point where I've already got $10 is rewards points. The cookies are addicting, my favorite us the Strawberry Icing one. It reminds me of a Cheryl's cookie on steroids! They change their menu weekly so that's pretty exciting. Strawberry cookie 1-5=5. Customer Service 1-5=5!

We were gifted tickets for the German Village picnic Giftory experience which gave us two macarons of our choosing and two vanilla shortbread cookies for free. We chose the raspberry chambord and pistachio macarons while also ordering two pistachio cloud matchas. All of the desserts were excellent. The raspberry macaron was very fruit forward while the pistachio was more subdued, but still had a spot on flavor. Even with sugar coating the shortbread cookies, the touch of vanilla made them taste light. I could easily see myself eating far too many of those. The star of the show was the matcha. 10/10! I've never had a pistachio flavored drink, so I was a little hesitant, but wow, I'm glad I ordered it! The matcha base wasn't overly sweet nor was the pistachio foam overly salty. Perfect mix of sweet and savory. Even thought the line was out the door, it moved at a decent pace and our drinks didn't take too long to receive. I'd like to try the strawberry matcha next time, but I'm not sure if I can pass up the pistachio Highly recommend!

**5 stars for the milk bread**…read more FUN FACT -- Tous Les Jous is owned by a South Korean food conglomerate group (same concept as Paris Baguette) and this is a bakery with Asian and European baked goods. I visited Tous Les Jours for the first time on Memorial Day (May 2026) at the Columbus location. I arrived around 2:30pm on a Monday. Surprisingly, they had lots of options available even with my late arrival because most bakeries run out of items quickly. They sell croissants, cakes, milk breads, macarons, drinks, etc. MY ORDER ($18.95 total for 4 items) -- Twist Donut ($2.95), Sweet Frank Roll ($4.50), Almond Croissant ($4.75), and a Whole Milk Loaf bread ($6.75). 1. Twist donut ($2.95) - sweet but not overly sweet. It tasted just like a regular twist donut that you'll find at other donut shops. 2. Sweet Frank Roll ($4.50) - good. Perfect savory option for breakfast or lunch. Soft and buttery bread base. I think $3 would have been a better price but the bread roll was good. I ate this in my car before driving back to Cleveland. It held me over until I got home. 3. Almond Croissant ($4.75) - my favourite item - buttery with some almond cream or paste inside. Topped with almonds. I don't like creamy things at all and I didn't realize that this croissant had a cream inside until I opened it but the cream is very light and it is more of a spread than a cream. 4. Whole Milk Loaf Bread ($6.75) - Fresh and soft. Definitely my other favourite item. This was all gone within a day, that's how good it was. Buttery goodness. The best bread. Overall, I enjoyed visiting Tous Les Jours and I hope to visit their Cleveland location soon. I ordered takeout so I didn't sit in but they have some tables and chairs available. I'll definitely be back if I'm close by the area again. Tous Les Jours means everyday in French and I wish I could visit them everyday...haha. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 101/250 total reviews in 2026 - 942 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 27 May 2026

New location, same great service and taste!…read more I have tried donuts in many states and countries and I have yet to find one better than here. Well, if I'm honest there was this Amish stand at a farmers market in Central PA that had outstanding donuts, but they only sold them a few times a year and I have no idea how to find them! This trip, I got the big boy donut, a white icing cake donut, and a pretzel. The big boy donut is a huge glazed donut as big as your head. That's right, you can hold it up to your head and it will be just as large!!! This time, however, they put a twist on them and added icing to a few. I know, sweet on top of a sweet sugary donut seems like overkill, and it was. But come on, anyone willing to eat a donut as big as his head has no problem with something super duper sweet! The other items were equally good, and I liked their new larger location. They even added a few new items since I was last there like donut holes/bites. This place continues to reign as the donut king in my estimation, and the fact that they FINALLY accept credit cards now is a huge win.
