This location is SUPER clean and I have been here 3 times. I use the app to order ahead and to look up the flavors of the week. I go in and when they give me my order, its fresh and warm. Service is very fast and you're in and out quickly! Cookies are amazing! Tastes delicious and great for parties. This was my first time ever trying Crumbl or going into a store. I needed a quick dessert to grab for Mother's Day so I thought I'd try these. My experience felt very cold. Though the workers absentmindedly mumbled welcome to Crumbl when I walked in they all stayed busy in the back , never approached me and I was confused. I'm looking up at the wall for a menu and I think it's idiotic they don't have something large hanging up with all the different cookies, prices etc!! I finally see there's just 3 iPads and I guess I have to figure this out myself! I was in a rush to pick up my kids so I just did the mini cookies 12 for over $30 bucks with tax! Next time I will plan ahead and bake myself! I honestly think baking toll house cookies at home are just as good if not better than these and a lot cheaper. Guess I'm just not a Crumbl fan. I prefer the older style bakery where someone actually helps you, maybe try a sample etc....that's just me. read more

I look forward to getting my mini crumbl cookies once a week and each week I try it from this location I'm more and more disappointed. Every week the cookies are very undercooked. I ordered cookies for pickup and they told me they only had one Reese's cookie left but gave me none and replaced it with a random cinnamon roll cookie. Along the wedding cake cookie had barely any frosting. I don't recommend trying this location sadly. read more

This is the worst location I have visited. First of all, it was 2 pm and they didn't have the open sign on. We walked in and the two girls working ( it was a Tuesday) were pretty much rude. No hello or a greeting as we walked in. Not very much to choose from. If you don't like what you're doing, get another job. You two employees give this place a bad representation. read more

Crumbl employees need to be trained about allergies. My daughter loves Crumbl cookies so we go there all the time we ordered our cookies and put a note on there that she has a severe nut allergy. Please use clean utensils and change the glass. I always watch to make sure that they honor our request the two young ladies that were working at the place completely ignored our request. I asked them if they read it. They said no I explained to them her not allergy and she said there's no nuts and any of our cookies that is 100% incorrect pistachio isn't it which happens to be one of the two she's most allergic to, and if she eats it or ingest it or even touches it, it could possibly kill her. I don't know whether they were not trained properly or if they just don't care either way it's unacceptable. This will be our last time at Crumbl. Even after I reiterated to them the importance of I'm using clean gloves one Girl changed her gloves but the one who didn't change her gloves handed us the box so now my child can't eat the cookies. I didn't want to sit there and argue with them or train them that's not my job. read more

Wow. I have never received such horrible service. As someone who has been in customer service for 5 years I get what it's like to be behind the counter. However, I never understood why it's so difficult for some workers to be friendly and respectful. I walked in, waited in line. After the cashier finished taking the order from the people in front of me, she did not acknowledge me or let me know she'd be with me in a bit. She just looked at me, left and did something else and occasionally made eye contact with me. All 3 employees continuously made eye contact with me, not a single one said hi or even smiled... I watched the cashier hand out two orders which were placed after mine (I placed a pick up order 15 minutes before I got there.) Only after 15 minutes of me awkwardly standing there did she ask if I was waiting for something. She checked on my order then asked if it was a Doordash order and when I nodded she said something to her coworker that made her stare at me constantly. When she finally gave me my order I didn't get any sort of thank you and the box wasn't even fully closed. If I was being rude maybe I'd understand the attitude. But I was literally just standing there waiting to be helped? I read another review about a similar experience and clearly these girls have not been retrained or take their job seriously. Being kind is not that hard. I hope the owner cares about how his customers are being treated. I had a long day at work and decided to treat myself to something sweet and now I feel even worse. read more
