This place has been here a while now. After dropping off the kids to school, we would stop by here for a coffee and a quick breakfast. It's a mom and pops place, haven't seen any employees, just mom and pops. I've tried the tasty donuts, bear claws, and breakfast croissants. Coffee is strong and freshly brewed. Nothing fancy, for just under $10 you can get a home cooked breakfast, coffee and pastries. They're fast & affordable, come over and visit this place to start your day out right! read more

This is a small corner donut shop right across street of shell. The donuts are good, I tried a sandwich #3 Hero which sells for $9.50 as lunch. Nothing stands out it's average. People are friendly and nice. Will be back for donuts. read more

A neighborhood donut shop cuz apparently there seems to only be 2 in this city which I need to do another search on as the one we normally go to was closed for the day. A mom and pop shop to save our morning with a mixed donut order. Not sure if I came late but there wasn't much of a variety of donuts left ... well Not to my preference I should say. The most important ones though were in the bag... Apple fritters secured! Felt that I spent a little more than normal over a box of mixed dozen since I know bars and twists and Apple fritters costs a little more but it definitely saved our donut craving! read more

They ran out of donut varieties by 10am? Friendly folks. I got a croissant sandwich instead for $6.50 (croissant, bacon, egg, ham). Powder donut was fluffy. They wake up at 330am and open at 5am. They are only closed X'mas and New Year's day. Hard working folks. Go and support. read more

I like to support local businesses but I would not go background this place again. Husband is really nice but the lady works there is very unfriendly. I ordered 2 dz + 2 custard. They gave me 10 in one box and charged me separate for custard. I told her she has to give me 12 for 1 dz and charge me separate for 2 custard. She didn't understand simple math... She still insist I get 10. Whatever. Not worth arguing with her.. but she is not getting my business moving forward! read more

I don't go too often but when I crave donuts or croissant sandwich, this is one of my favorite small hidden spot. My favorite is twist glazed donuts & ham egg n cheese croissant sandwich. Made fresh buttery taste. Donuts are crispy outside & soft and moist inside. Coffee is just okay but the donuts and pastries makes up for it. Opens super early 4 am M-F for early workers. I love this place. Would stop a couple of times of week on the way to work to pick up donut holes and a glazed twist. The donuts are airy and light... not 'heavy' like some other donut shops. Now that I'm retired and don't drive that way often... I'm down to once a week on the way to golfing! The gentleman is very friendly and knows my order by heart now! read more

Great mom and pop kinda place. They work hard and it shows in their donuts, sandwiches, and their hours. They get up very early to make fresh donuts in time for their opening hours. This is my second time having within a couple of weeks. I was shocked on the first time how good it was. So I wanted to try them again today and it is still as good as the first time so I decided to write this review for them so more people can have their yummy donuts! Their donuts are little crunchy and crispy on the outside and side on the inside. That's all I'm going to say. If you know what I mean, you'll probably get your car keys and go there right now too. These donuts are so good! I've been coming here for years....and by years, I mean over a decade! Tried other places near by, but am always drawn back. I usually stick to my favorite, the sugar twist, but have tried almost every donut available. The donuts here are super fluffy, soft, and chewy. They taste so light you almost forget about all the calories...if only.... i drive by everyday and have noticed that their hours seem to have been extended into the late afternoons. I'm sad to say this place was super disappointing. An entire half of the display wasn't even stocked. There were only about 5 types of donuts to choose from and they were just the basic ones. Regular, a couple of glazed and sugars, and a few chocolates. That was literally all they had. There was barely enough for a half dozen, which is what we got. Then once we ate them we realized we made a huge mistake because they were old and tasteless. Even if they were just about to restock or a little behind that morning, the owner shouldn't have let us buy those old nasty donuts. This place was such a bummer I'm definitely not going back. You would be wise to avoid until they change their game. read more

I've been coming here with my kids since they were in elementary school. My children are adults now, but we still come here for donuts. The donuts are freshly made, soft, and delicious. The maple bar is amazingly good. They open super early so it's a great place to stop by before leaving for work. read more

This has been my go to place since I was a child! I still love their donuts, especially their croissants! My parents chat with the owners often and have told me how hard working they are, as many people are, even through the pandemic. Please stop by to support a mom and pop shop if you get the chance! Aside from their croissants, I recommend their Apple fritters and their mini donut balls (what's the proper name for them?). As for safety measures, masks are required (there is a sign posted on the front door) and there is a plexiglass where the register is. Happy munching! read more

The music was also moderate, so I was able to focus without any earphones. There was plenty of seating from the center table to seating at the wall and even window seats. There were outlets available near seatings at the wall. There was also free WiFi as well. At first it indicated you would only have WiFi access for 1 hour. However, after the hour, I reconnected and it refreshed the timer. For my coffee, I decided to get an iced Dalgona latte. They provided many pieces of Dalgona. I did ask to get this at regular sweetness and ice. Overall, after the Dalgona dissolved with the ice, it felt like a good amount of sweetness. It was decent, but I've come back to try other drinks!

To my surprised they were individually packaged and this location had multiple flavors compared to the locations I've been to prior. They were individually wrapped and premade, not as fresh as what I have had prior. We got 2 of the walnuts, 2 redbean filling, 2 chocolate looking ones, and the rest in original custard. The others were fun to try but the custard is my favorite. A nice snack if I'm already at this H-Mart picking up groceries but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. I like the locations that sell them fresh, when they're warm and tasty. The taiyakis are made fresh to order but it's a bigger pastry.

This was 11 am on Wednesday. I counted the seats, they had 6 four-seaters tables, 4 two-seaters tables (with two guests in one table and three guests in another table). This kinda service and nonsense seating policy on a hump day, is the type that drive customer like me away and choose franchise establishments such as panera or starbucks which located less than a mile away. None of the coffee refillable. No Creamers options/ milk options, sense was just unwelcoming and wouldn't want to come back. Maybe in another 8 years. I enjoy my breakfast taste though, but nothing extraordinary.

The CA rolls had total 10 pieces instead of 8 pieces, they look different than other Japanese restaurants, they looked flat but they all had enough cucumber, avocado, crab meat, and even fish roe. The Kimbap were good too, and it had 11 pieces (can be cut to 12 pieces coz one of them was much bigger than others) they all had egg, cucumber, carrot, crab meat, fish cake & daikon radish inside. The price was good compare to many restaurants nowadays. (Please see my attached pic for updated menu) The owner was very friendly and she asked me do I like it? Friendly business and good food. It's more of a takeout, no seats at all, and they only accept credit cards.
