I am beyond disappointed with my experience here. I bought two slices of cake, and they were both absolutely terrible. For starters, each slice was tiny and cost $8, which is insane given the quality. The cake was noticeably stale, and the cream had a hard, crusty texture that didn't taste fresh at all. I tried the Tiramisu slice, and it was a disaster, it was swimming in sugar and way too sweet. It completely lacked the smoothness and consistency that a proper Mascarpone cream should have. This is terrible quality for "premium" prices. I could easily go to almost any other bakery and get a better-tasting cake for half the price. Save your money and AVOID!

Came down at this place on May 8 around 9pm for a bite. The service at this place appears to have declined over time. Although there is an outdoor seating area available, unfortunately it does not seem to be properly maintained. I chose to enjoy my danish and coffee on the patio, but had to clean the table myself due to its condition (fortunately, I had wet wipes with me). In addition, the staff seemed to remain indoors and did not check on the outdoor area, which made the patio feel neglected, particularly in terms of cleanliness. I also experienced some misinformation regarding my order. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk for an additional charge and specifically asked whether the drink was unsweetened. The female staff member confirmed that it was, which led me to believe it contained no sugar or sweetener. However, the drink turned out to be sweetened. I hope management will address these service and communication gaps to improve the overall customer experience.

Love my birthday cake
Yan W.

My hubby got me a beautiful Blueberry Chiffon cake for my birthday yesterday at Paris Baguette, and I also redeemed their birthday promotion for a slice of cake there. I picked the Carrot Cake. I thought I would not like Carrot cake, but surprisingly, it tasted so good. The Blueberry Chiffon Cake was so delicious. The cake was moist, and it was not too sweet. It was very addictive.

Food / pastries are great (most of the time), but customer service is ZERO. - It raised my cortisol levels - Turned a great and happy morning, into stress and confrontational for no reason Today I wanted to bless a client with pastries. So I spent in total $136. Since they boxed up all the pastries without asking me, I asked for bags to make it look nicer. They said no bags for the boxed pastries. I asked for a few smaller bags. She gave me 2. Then I realized I needed 1 more bag for the napkins (that I had to pull out one by one from the dispenser b/c she did not want to give me a stack of napkins). The cashier (female) said I was already given too many bags I should have received zero bc my items were boxed. She refused to give me 1 more small paper bag. Unbelievable. The owner / manager ignored me for awhile. Then I beseeched her in Korean "How can I go to a client's office like this - fist full of napkins??" She finally gave in and gave me a SMALL wax coated bag for the napkins. I will start spending my money elsewhere at other Paris Baguette locations or go to 85c. They seem to be penny-wise and dollar foolish. Very disappointing behavior. I also orderd a large peach iced tea, easy ice, she gave it to me with 1.5 inches less drink. I asked her to fill it to the top. She was annoyed but complied. Customer service is the name of the game. They need some retraining on this.

Color your favorite Yelp correspondent pleasantly shocked when he discovered a PARIS BAGUETTE Bakery neatly pinioned to the SW corner of the "Plaza at Diamond Creek" shopping center. The shopping center is anchored by Super H Mart and features an eclectic, international bazaar feel to it, what with its Korean super market, two Vietnamese Phó shops and now its bustling, Parisian-themed bakery. Talk about happy coincidences! I'd dropped into the plaza on a delivery gig then was drawn to the sharp, navy blue and gunmetal gray signage. Right away the store staff were a pleasure to interact with, notably ANGELO, who guided this momentarily stupored customer how to deploy their trays and tongs to serve myself from their tempting array of freshly baked goods. Both in words and deed, Angelo clearly exemplified the "We are happy to see you, but happier to serve you" slogan that hangs prominently in the store. I ordered a trio of items. A large Mocha Smoothie, minus the expresso 'cause I didn't wanna be awake all night, a Ham.& Gruyere Sandwich on a Flute-shaped baguette lovingly smeared with unsalted butter then toasted and a flaky, wondrous dark chocolate pastry. Pro Tip #1- Try your best to not visit Paris Baguette on an empty stomach, else you might as well hand over your wallet or purse because the unbelievable selection of yummy, decadent treats will enchant you! Pro Tip #2- Definitely enroll in their in-house loyalty program. From the jump they'll lavish you w/ a free pastry, just for signing up! You'll accrue loyalty points for every pre-tax dollar you spend... Which, in my case, was $20.90. For my maiden assessment of this gleaming bakery, I'd accord 5 stars on service (Bravo, Angelo!), 4 on flavor, 5 on presentation and a 3 on pricing, the latter aspect is concerning only because the prices remind me of Manhattan or San Francisco, two other places known for gashing hard working folks with prices that are just a bit skyward. Overall grade? 4 stars.

Paris Baguette locations are always a joyful place to stop at for cakes/pastries/sandwiches/beverages and more. This petite place inside a small plaza was also very clean, vibrant, and good. The seating area inside isn't huge, but you can always sit outside the entrance door area too. I visit Paris Baguette regularly to earn points and rewards via app. This place has everything and the display area was fully stocked. I like it. Staffs are young and willing to help customers as desired. Music playing in the background was comforting. Paris Baguette foods and beverages aren't cheap these days, but everything is still delicious and worth digging into when you feel like it. Entrance may feel a bit narrow when customers are fully packed inside or lining up at front counter. Loved my usual soufflé cheesecake and small hot chocolate. Regular cake lovers and cafe lovers do enjoy Paris Baguette. Location was hidden and quiet. Tiny spots are easy to miss. We're still loving the good cafe bakery vibes inside. Nice.

Paris Baguette is one of top Korean bakery stores. Diamond Bar location is not the biggest, but one of the better one with lots of choices whether you just want pastries, cake, desserts, or sitting down and catch up with friends over coffee and bakeries. It is with limited indoor and outdoor seating and tables. Service is mostly friendly, but it is not very consistent. Price is more on high end side. The cakes are their forte. The vibe is modern, trendy, clean with taste and flavors of Korean bakeries. Quality of cakes depends on how much they produce accurately. Sometimes they have lots in refrigerator. It usually is my number one choice back then, now it's fairly wide open with so many bakeries. Nevertheless, it's got special Korean flavors and trends that you want from home. It is your hometown bakery. Plaza inside also have shops that sells trendy Korean clothes.

This is what I received for the croissant egg and bacon sandwich.....it looks nothing like the picture and there's no bacon.

I purchased the croissant egg and bacon sandwich. It looks nothing like the picture unfortunately. There's no bacon either. What's going on Paris? I've never had this issue before, but don't know if I will be going back.

Apparently a light ice request comes with strict portion control and grandma grade sass, who knew? Now you do! I was going through the reviews and had such a similar experience with the older Asian lady in the apron, usually in all black clothing that I figured why not share my encounters. Her attitude and demeanor stands out in the worst way! She's consistently rude, which is especially noticeable given how friendly and accommodating the rest of the staff has always been to me. I typically ask for light ice in my drink and I have never had any type of issues at any Paris Baguette locations until my encounters with the older Asian lady dressed in black, usually in a tan apron. The first time, she only filled my drink about 60-70% of the cup with ice. When I politely asked if she could fill the rest of the cup, she looked me up and down and bluntly told me no, indicating it was because I ordered less ice, that is all I would receive. The second time, there was an employee in training. I ordered my usual, not expecting much after the first experience. The trainee was preparing my drink, but she abruptly stopped him, saying "no, no, no fill it," which clearly caught him off guard. My last encounter was nonetheless very similar. There was a large drink order ahead of me however the older Asian lady made eye contact with me, looked me up and down in a way that felt judgmental, prioritized my drink, once again only filling it about 60-70% of the cup with ice. After these experiences, the entire interactions I had with her left me feeling very uneasy and uncomfortable as a paying customer. While any policy change regarding light ice is completely understandable, the condescending and hostile manner in which it was communicated by the older Asian lady is unacceptable and unprofessional. Clear and respectful communication should be the basic standard. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression that outweighs the otherwise great pastry and drinks. I've also shared my experience with coworkers who used to frequent this location, and now avoid due to my negative experience. Hopefully no one else will have to experience this type of hostility over light ice since it seems like a recurring issue with the older Asian lady in the tan apron, 85°C Bakery Cafe would never treat their customers like this, go there instead!!

'Large' ice mocha

For $7 a cup now (used to be $5) this is what I get when I order it with half ice and life sweetener. I know there is inflation but how does this justify??? Whenever the owner is around this is the type of shit they do. Stop coming people, this place is a scam.

I know Paris Baguette is mostly known for their pastries and cakes, but I wanted to leave a review from the perspective of someone looking for a cozy study or work spot! This location is tucked in the corner of a plaza, with one entrance facing the parking lot and another entrance through the plaza doors on the left. I came on a Wednesday night after dinner for a sweet treat and a comfy place to get some work done. The TVs that usually display the menu were down, which isn't a big deal if you're just grabbing pastries or ordering cakes, but it did make ordering drinks a tricky since there wasn't a physical drink menu either. I overheard a very patient cashier reading the options to a customer which was super kind of him! * WiFi: There's free Wi-Fi and I found an outlet at my table, though outlets seemed pretty limited overall. Even in the evening, the space felt lively and safe, with a few families bringing their kids in for dessert. * Seating: Seating is ample: booths, cute wicker-style tables, and even outdoor seating with plants and fairy lights--definitely fits the cozy bakery vibe. *Sugar mochi donut: I tried this because I wanted to branch out from what I usually get, but I probably wouldn't get this one again (3.5/5, in my opinion). It was a little dry, probably from sitting out since I came later in the day. Totally understandable, just something to note if you're coming in the evening. Parking is easy, with plenty of spaces in front and throughout the lot. No restrooms inside from what I could tell, so they're likely within the main plaza. Overall: I'd definitely come back, but probably just get a different dessert next time. Great vibes, good Wi-Fi, and perfect for a casual work or chill night solo or with family and friends.

I recently visited Paris Baguette and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a hot coffee and a pastry, and also brought my own cup. I asked the staff if they could put some ice and water in my cup, but I was told I would be charged $1, even if I used my own cup, which didn't make much sense. I also asked for the Wi-Fi password, and they told me Wi-Fi is limited to only 30 minutes. On top of that, there were signs on the outlets saying no charging was allowed. I've been to other Paris Baguette locations before and have never encountered these kinds of restrictions. I really like this brand overall, but the service and policies at this particular location were frustrating and inconvenient. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this location again.

The staff said their biscoff latte is their specialty so i decided to try that drink. It wasn't that sweet and it was bad. For the pastries, it looked like a lot of the ones I was hoping from browsing online were not available. I ended up getting the biscoff cheesecake. It was on the sweeter side but it was very good. For the drink, I ended up getting the banana latte. Been on a streak of getting that lately so wanted to compare with other stores. I didn't get a lot of banana in the taste. At least it had an espresso shot for the caffeine fix and did not taste like the artificial banana. Nothing special there and stand out. For the interior, they had a few seating they primarily accommodated a few groups of four and two. I was able to grab a bench seat that had an outlet. However, there wasn't enough space for my laptop and the items I ordered. WiFi was available but it had a 90 minute limit. The store had a moderate noise level and stayed busy throughout the time that I was there. The service on the order was quick and they do bring it out to you. The store also has their own house espresso which was a medium dark roast. American Express is accepted as a payment option here. Overall, it was a decent work spot. If I come back, I'd prefer to try another drink and hope other pastries are available. Would recommend the biscoff cheesecake for those that want something sweet and the house coffee beans for those that like medium roasts.
