I liked it!!!! I love just a traditional chocolate chip cookie.... Nothing fancy, but this cookie is warm, soft, and huge. It's perfect!!! I tried the lemon and chocolate cookies too, but it was like too chocolatey and too lemony. However, the chocolate chip is just right. Crumble is a good cookie sometimes underbaked but still good flavors are odd but the cream cheese frosting is good

The cashier was welcoming, helpful, and easy going. The employee calling names when it was time to pick up your cookies was not. There are kids talking and a customer didn't hear her name being called from the miserable employee. Said employee had a nose ring. She wasn't wearing a name tag. So the cashier called it louder, which allowed the customer to hear her name being called. The other employee then decided to roll her eyes and was very unpleasant. She proceeded to be like that with the next customer before me. For a new location, that I was excited to be close to central San Antonio, it was very off putting and really made wish I didn't order the cookies. It ruined to excitement to try the cookies, and made the trip unpleasant. The cookies were great, but that unfortunate experience just wasn't it. read more

Cookies are good, service at quarry not great! So this review is a little different. I reached out to the store for help fundraising as crumble helps out nonprofits and diff projects. They declined which was fine but they offered a couple of coupons for a few cookies. When I accepted the coupon thinking we could add them to a raffle they told me they were too busy to slide the coupon over the counter. These cookie stores are making 50k a month, the owners are not local San Antonio people. They moved here to open these stores so at least have integrity and if you can't donate 4 cookies, don't even offer. read more

The cookies were so hot and fresh. They are also pretty big, two people could easily share a cookie. The chocolate chip melted in my mouth and was so gooey. Usually never disappoints, sometimes I'll get a cookie that's a little too underdone but still tastes great!

Crumbl was great. There was only Crumbl on the west / northwest side so I'm glad they made one more central SA. Now we need one in the northeast. Anyway, I got a 6 pack of the large. I had to try one of each. Apparently their flavors rotate weekly. My flavors were as follows - French toast with a scoop of "butter" on top, bagel with cream cheese, fruity pebbles... then the other 3 were sugar cookie with pink icing on top, chocolate chip and iced oatmeal. I mentioned the first three cookies separately since they were breakfast themed cookies. The were all really good. The bagel cookie was interesting- it was savory more than sweet. The cream cheese icing was not sweet but it was actually pretty good? It was different so I appreciated that! I also really appreciated the French toast cookie, because it was fluffy and square shaped - just like French toast. The girl at the counter told me the scoop on top was "butter" and I was disappointed about that. I was thinking I like savory stuff too, but I'll just remove it. Luckily I tried it first and it was sweet more like icing. I believe it was butter cream so I just sliced little pieces of the "butter" onto cookie chunks. The others were delicious but not as unique or notable as these two. Will I be back? You bet. Will I get another 6 pack of the large cookies? Very unlikely as it's way too tempting for me! I'll get the little ones and I'll freeze/share most first. Sadly, I dug in before getting a picture. read more

This is a great franchise, however this location....don't waste your time to inconvenience these employees. The cookies here were not what this company normally produces. Taste and presentations were way off! Taste was "not worth the calories and threw away an expensive cookie. Employees were not inviting in any way, 3 customers total and screaming your name for your order like in a warehouse. Show you the cookies, try to close the box and then turn and walk away with attitude of don't bother me again.
